外貿(mào)英語學習資料:怎樣用英語報價

1.文體介紹

報盤(offer),也叫報價,是賣方主動向買方供應商品信息,或者是對詢盤的答復,是賣方依據(jù)賣方的來信,向買方報盤,其內(nèi)容可包括商品名稱、規(guī)格、數(shù)量、包裝條件、價格、付款方式和交貨期限等。報盤有兩種:

虛盤(non-firmoffers),即無約束力的報盤。一般狀況下,多數(shù)報盤均為虛盤,虛盤不規(guī)定報盤的有效日期,并且附有保留條件,如:Theofferissubjecttoourfinalconfirmation/priorsale.該報盤已我方最終確認為準/是否事先售出為準。

實盤(firmoffers)則規(guī)定有效日期,而且賣盤一旦被接受,報盤人就不能撤回。
