基于指紋圖譜技術的苜蓿和燕麥草中黃酮類營養(yǎng)活性物質(zhì)分析與評價摘要:

本研究采用指紋圖譜技術,對苜蓿和燕麥草中的黃酮類營養(yǎng)活性物質(zhì)進行分析與評價。采用高效液相色譜-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用技術,分別測定了苜蓿和燕麥草中的黃酮含量,并采用指紋圖譜技術進行了分析和評價。結果表明,苜蓿和燕麥草中均含有豐富的黃酮類營養(yǎng)物質(zhì),其中以燕麥草中的異鼠尾草素含量最高。同時,應用聚類分析和主成分分析對指紋圖譜數(shù)據(jù)進行了處理,得到了苜蓿和燕麥草不同批次中黃酮類物質(zhì)的高度相似性。本研究表明指紋圖譜技術在黃酮類營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)分析和評價中具有較高的可靠性和實用性。

Abstract:

Inthisstudy,fingerprintingtechnologywasusedtoanalyzeandevaluateflavonoidnutritionalactivesubstancesinalfalfaandoatgrass.High-performanceliquidchromatography-massspectrometrywasusedtodetermineflavonoidcontentinalfalfaandoatgrass.Thefingerprintingtechnologywasusedtoanalyzeandevaluatetheresults.Theresultsshowedthatbothalfalfaandoatgrasscontainedrichflavonoids,andisoorientininoatgrasshadthehighestcontent.Atthesametime,clusteranalysisandprincipalcomponentanalysiswereusedtoprocessthefingerprintdata,andthehighsimilarityofflavonoidsubstancesindifferentbatchesofalfalfaandoatgrasswasobtained.Thisstudyindicatesthatfingerprintingtechnologyhashighreliabilityandpracticalityintheanalysisandevaluationofflavonoidnutritionalsubstances.

Flavonoidsareagroupofbioactivecompoundsfoundinplants,whichhavebeenassociatedwithvarioushealthbenefits.Theyareknownfortheirantioxidantandanti-inflammatoryproperties,whichmakethemvaluableinmaintaininghumanhealth.Theuseoffingerprintingtechnologytoevaluatetheflavonoidcontentofalfalfaandoatgrassnotonlyvalidatestheirnutritionalvaluebutalsoensurestheirsafetyandefficacy.
