摘要:高校科研團(tuán)隊(duì)在學(xué)科交叉的背景下,跨學(xué)科研究已成為一個(gè)趨勢(shì)。但同樣存在許多因素影響團(tuán)隊(duì)成功而被忽視。本研究從教育生態(tài)學(xué)角度出發(fā),探討高??鐚W(xué)科科研團(tuán)隊(duì)的建設(shè)問(wèn)題。使用質(zhì)性研究方法,采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、小組討論、深度訪談等方法,通過(guò)分析數(shù)據(jù)和參與者的觀點(diǎn)來(lái)理解團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)背后的教育生態(tài)環(huán)境。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),高校跨學(xué)科科研團(tuán)隊(duì)的建設(shè)離不開(kāi)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力、資源共享、互信關(guān)系等多個(gè)因素的影響。文章提出高??鐚W(xué)科科研團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)的策略,包括提高領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力、優(yōu)化資源配置、強(qiáng)化團(tuán)隊(duì)文化、建立協(xié)作平臺(tái)等建議,以實(shí)現(xiàn)團(tuán)隊(duì)的成功和長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展。

Abstract:Inthecontextofinterdisciplinaryresearch,theconstructionofinterdisciplinaryresearchteamsincollegesanduniversitieshasbecomeatrend.However,manyfactorsthataffectthesuccessoftheteamareoftenignored.Fromtheperspectiveofeducationalecology,thisstudyexplorestheissuesofconstructinginterdisciplinaryresearchteamsincollegesanduniversities.Qualitativeresearchmethodswereused,includingquestionnairesurveys,groupdiscussions,andin-depthinterviewstoanalyzedataandunderstandtheeducationalecologicalenvironmentbehindteamconstruction.Thestudyfoundthattheconstructionofinterdisciplinaryresearchteamsincollegesanduniversitiesisinfluencedbymultiplefactors,includingleadership,resourcesharing,andtrust.Thisstudyproposesastrategyfortheconstructionofinterdisciplinaryresearchteamsincollegesanduniversities,includingsuggestionstoimproveleadership,optimizeresourceallocation,strengthenteamculture,andestablishcollaborationplatforms,toachievethesuccessandlong-termdevelopmentoftheteam.

Theconceptofinterdisciplinaryresearchhasbeenincreasinglyadvocatedinrecentyears,asithasbeenrecognizedthatmanycomplexandpressingproblemscannotbesolvedbyresearchersworkingwithinasinglediscipline.Interdisciplinaryresearchteamsincollegesanduniversitiesplayacriticalroleinadvancingknowledgecreationandsolvingproblemsinvariousfields,suchasscience,socialscience,engineering,andmedicine.

However,theconstructionofinterdisciplinaryresearchteamsincollegesanduniversitiesposessignificantchallengesduetothedifferencesindisciplinaryculturesandexpectations,whichcanleadtocommunicationbarriers,unequalcontributions,andconflicts.Moreover,teammembersmayfacedifficultiesinintegratingtheirexpertiseandaligningtheirresearchgoalsandmethods,whichmayhindertheteam'sabilitytodevelopinnovativeandimpactfulresearchoutcomes.

Toaddressthesechallenges,thisstudyproposesastrategyfortheconstructionofinterdisciplinaryresearchteamsincollegesanduniversities,basedonaqualitativeanalysisoftheexperiencesofsuccessfulinterdisciplinaryresearchteams.Theproposedstrategyincludesfourkeycomponents:improvingleadership,optimizingresourceallocation,strengtheningteamculture,andestablishingcollaborationplatforms.

ImprovingLeadership

Effectiveleadershipiscriticalforthesuccessofinterdisciplinaryresearchteams,asitsetsthetonefortheteam'svision,goals,andculture.Theleaderofaninterdisciplinaryresearchteamshouldpossessthefollowingqualities:

First,theyshouldhaveadeepunderstandingoftheinterdisciplinarynatureoftheteam'sresearchgoalsandmethods,andbeabletofacilitatecommunicationandalignmentofgoalsamongteammembersfromdifferentdisciplines.
