第五部分焊接施工方案的編制及案例分析5第五部分焊接施工方案的編制及案例分析全套資料(全套標(biāo)準(zhǔn)方案,可以直接使用,可編輯優(yōu)秀版資料,歡迎下載)5管道焊接5.1坡口的制作加工5.1。1鉻鉬合金鋼管道、不銹鋼管道、應(yīng)采用機(jī)械方法進(jìn)行坡口加工。但不銹鋼管道的加工機(jī)械不得與碳鋼混用。切割后的坡口表面應(yīng)進(jìn)行清理,并應(yīng)達(dá)到平整光滑、無毛刺和飛邊。5.1.2其它金屬母材的坡口加工,除機(jī)械加工外,允許采用氧乙炔焰和等離子加工坡口,但必須用砂輪將坡口表面的氧化層去除,對(duì)凹凸不平處打磨平整,露出金屬光澤。5.1。3管子內(nèi)徑或外徑不等時(shí)應(yīng)將厚側(cè)管壁削薄,其削去的厚度與長(zhǎng)度之比為1:3.5。2組對(duì)要求8。2。1管道的對(duì)接焊縫組對(duì)時(shí)應(yīng)做到內(nèi)壁齊平,內(nèi)壁錯(cuò)邊量不宜超過壁厚的10%,且不應(yīng)大于2mm,若設(shè)計(jì)有特殊要求時(shí)按設(shè)計(jì)文件執(zhí)行。5.2。2不等厚管子、管件組對(duì)時(shí),若內(nèi)壁錯(cuò)邊量超過上述規(guī)定或外壁錯(cuò)邊量>3mm時(shí),應(yīng)按要求進(jìn)行修整。5.2.3焊縫組對(duì)間隙按本工程的焊接工藝規(guī)程(WPS)進(jìn)行。5。2.4焊前應(yīng)將坡口及內(nèi)外表面距離坡口邊緣不小于10mm范圍內(nèi)的油污、銹跡、漆、毛刺等污物清理干凈,清理合格后及時(shí)焊接。5。4焊接方法及焊接材料選用5.4.1焊接方法工藝介質(zhì)、不銹鋼、合金鋼、高壓管道以及泵進(jìn)口管道采用氬弧焊或氬電聯(lián)焊。當(dāng)管道管徑<2″、管子壁厚〈5mm時(shí)全部采用氬弧焊;壁厚≥5mm或管徑≥2″壁厚〉3。5mm時(shí),打底層采用鎢極氬弧焊,填充蓋面采用手工電弧焊。焊接時(shí)應(yīng)確保焊縫根部熔透,且層間和兩側(cè)熔合良好。各焊層之間應(yīng)清理干凈,確認(rèn)該層無缺陷后再進(jìn)行下一層焊接.5。4.2焊接材料:見表8。2.4焊接材料選用一覽表材質(zhì)焊條牌號(hào)焊絲牌號(hào)20J422H08A或TIG—J5020GJ426或J427TIG-J5016Mn、Q345-BJ507TIG—J50或H10Mn216MnDGJ507RHER55—C10Cr18Ni9或304A102ER308或H0Cr21Ni10321A137H0Cr21Ni10Ti15CrMoR307TIG-R30或H13CrMoAL245J422或J427H08A或TIG-J5009Mn2VDGLB-52NSTGS-1N12Cr1MoVGR317TIG-R31或H08CrMoVA5.5焊接工藝要求8.5.1直管段上兩對(duì)接焊口中心面間的距離,當(dāng)公稱直徑大于或等于150mm時(shí),不應(yīng)小于150mm;當(dāng)公稱直徑小于150mm時(shí),不應(yīng)小于管徑。5.5.2焊縫距離彎管(不包括壓制、熱推或中頻彎管)起彎點(diǎn)不得小于100mm,且不得小于管子外徑。5。5.3焊口組對(duì)時(shí)點(diǎn)固焊應(yīng)呈對(duì)稱位置,如所焊管材需預(yù)熱,無論是在坡口內(nèi)點(diǎn)固焊或用橋式固定板進(jìn)行組對(duì)焊口,都應(yīng)采用和正式焊接相同的工藝進(jìn)行預(yù)熱。在去除橋式固定板時(shí),應(yīng)不損傷母材,并用砂輪將母材表面打磨光。如損傷母材,應(yīng)按焊接工藝規(guī)程要求進(jìn)行補(bǔ)焊。根據(jù)材質(zhì)和檢驗(yàn)要求,對(duì)補(bǔ)焊處進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn),施焊焊工應(yīng)是考試合格的焊工。5.5.4點(diǎn)焊和正式焊接時(shí),起弧應(yīng)在坡口內(nèi),嚴(yán)禁在母材上起弧,焊條應(yīng)按規(guī)定進(jìn)行烘干方能使用。5。5.5焊接的具體要求,包括所采用的焊材、焊接工藝參數(shù)、預(yù)熱、熱處理、硬度檢驗(yàn)等要求應(yīng)執(zhí)行針對(duì)本工程編制的焊接工藝規(guī)程(WPS)。5。5。6封底層的焊接應(yīng)確保焊縫根部焊透,焊接中對(duì)焊縫根部?jī)蛇叺娜刍癄顩r要多加注意,保證焊縫根部熔合良好,焊層之間應(yīng)清理干凈,確認(rèn)表面無缺陷后再進(jìn)行第二層的焊接,蓋面時(shí)應(yīng)注意焊縫兩側(cè)不咬邊,每道焊縫原則上應(yīng)一次完成,尤其對(duì)易產(chǎn)生淬性傾向的材料。如發(fā)生意外情況或?qū)嵲诓荒苓B續(xù)焊接完成時(shí),在封底焊后則應(yīng)填充到一定的厚度,以防止裂紋產(chǎn)生。5。5.7不銹鋼焊接時(shí),應(yīng)在坡口兩側(cè)各不小于100mm范圍內(nèi)涂上白堊粉,以防焊接飛濺玷污焊件。5.5。8鉻鉬合金的焊接,焊件組對(duì)前,應(yīng)對(duì)坡口兩側(cè)50mm范圍內(nèi)進(jìn)行清理。油污可用蒸汽脫脂,對(duì)不溶于脫脂劑的漆和其他雜物,可用氯甲烷、堿等清洗劑清洗,標(biāo)記墨水可用甲醇清除,被壓入焊件表面的雜物可用磨削、噴丸或10%鹽酸溶液清洗,干燥后方能焊接。焊接時(shí),層間溫度應(yīng)≤100℃.5.5.9對(duì)不需預(yù)熱的管材,當(dāng)環(huán)境溫度≤0℃時(shí),也應(yīng)預(yù)熱到15℃以上。預(yù)熱時(shí)的加熱范圍,以對(duì)口中心線為基準(zhǔn),每側(cè)不應(yīng)小于焊件厚度的3倍.5。5.10焊縫焊完后,應(yīng)對(duì)焊縫表面的咬邊、突瘤進(jìn)行修理,周圍的飛濺物也應(yīng)清理干凈。5.5。11遇風(fēng)、雨、雪天氣,應(yīng)采取防護(hù)措施,確保焊接質(zhì)量.(溫度低于5℃、濕度大于90%;風(fēng)速大于2m/S)5。5.12探傷不合格的焊縫在返修時(shí),應(yīng)查明原因,按焊接工藝規(guī)程中的工藝返修,同一部位返修碳素鋼不超過三次,合金鋼、不銹鋼不超過二次.若超過此限制,應(yīng)上報(bào)焊接技術(shù)負(fù)責(zé)人,訂出具體返修方案,由技術(shù)負(fù)責(zé)人批準(zhǔn)后方能再次進(jìn)行返修。5.5.13高壓管道與低溫管道焊接處,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)須做熱處理,以消除熱應(yīng)力。5。5.14熱處理工作應(yīng)在無損傷檢驗(yàn)合格后進(jìn)行。但對(duì)容易產(chǎn)生焊接延遲裂紋的鋼材,焊后應(yīng)及時(shí)進(jìn)行熱處理。否則應(yīng)在焊后立即均勻加熱至250~350℃,然后保溫緩冷。5.5。15予熱及熱處理過程中,內(nèi)外部溫度應(yīng)保持均勻。熱處理的加熱范圍,每側(cè)不應(yīng)小于焊縫寬度的3倍,加熱帶以外部分應(yīng)予保溫。5。5。16管道及組成件焊前預(yù)熱要求鋼種或鋼號(hào)壁厚(mm)預(yù)熱溫度(℃)20≥2650—12516MnDG≥2050-10015CrMo≥12150~20012Cr1MoV≥6200~30009Mn2VDG≥2050—100(注:當(dāng)采用鎢極氬弧焊打底時(shí),焊前預(yù)熱溫度可按上表規(guī)定的下限溫度降低50℃)5。5。17管道焊接接頭熱處理要求見下表:鋼種或鋼號(hào)焊縫厚度(mm)熱處理溫度(℃)20≥30600~65016Mn≥20600~65015CrMoDN>100且tm≥13700~75012Cr1MoVDN>100且tm≥13700~75016MnDG≥16580—62009Mn2VDG≥16580—6205.5。18焊后熱處理的加熱速率、熱處理溫度下的恒溫時(shí)間及冷卻速率應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:5.5.18。1當(dāng)溫度升至400℃以上時(shí),加熱速率不應(yīng)大于(205*25/δ)℃/h,且不得大于330℃/h。焊后熱處理的恒溫時(shí)間應(yīng)為25mm壁厚恒溫1h,卻不得少于15min,在恒溫期間內(nèi)最高與最低溫度差應(yīng)低于65℃。恒溫后的冷卻速率不應(yīng)大于(60*25/δ)℃/h且不得大于260℃/h,400℃以下可自然冷卻.8。5.18.4熱處理后進(jìn)行返修或硬度檢查超過規(guī)定要求的焊縫應(yīng)重新進(jìn)行熱處理。5.6焊縫檢驗(yàn)5。6。1外觀檢驗(yàn)5.6。1.1焊縫焊后表面應(yīng)無氣孔、裂紋、夾渣、凹陷等缺陷及熔合性飛濺.5.6。1。2焊縫寬度設(shè)計(jì)無要求時(shí)為坡口寬+(3~6)mm。5。6。1.3焊縫加強(qiáng)高與咬邊a)設(shè)計(jì)文件規(guī)定進(jìn)行100%射線照相檢驗(yàn)的管道焊縫寬度:e≤1+0.10b,且最大為3mm(b為焊縫寬度,e為加強(qiáng)高);不允許有咬邊現(xiàn)象.b)其余焊縫:e≤1+0.20b,且最大為5mm;咬邊深度不大于0.5mm,連續(xù)長(zhǎng)度不大于100mm,且焊縫兩側(cè)咬邊總長(zhǎng)不大于焊縫全長(zhǎng)的10%。5.6。1。4角焊縫的焊角高度應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)定,其外形應(yīng)平緩過渡,表面不得有裂紋、氣孔、夾渣等缺陷。咬肉深度不得大于0.5mm。5。6.2焊縫無損檢驗(yàn)焊縫表面應(yīng)按設(shè)計(jì)文件的規(guī)定,進(jìn)行磁粉或液體滲透檢驗(yàn)。5。6.2。2管道焊縫的內(nèi)部質(zhì)量,按設(shè)計(jì)文件規(guī)定進(jìn)行射線照相檢驗(yàn)或超聲波檢驗(yàn)。射線照相檢驗(yàn),超聲波檢驗(yàn)按《現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備、工業(yè)管道焊接工程施工及驗(yàn)收規(guī)范》GB50236—98規(guī)定進(jìn)行.5.6。2。3當(dāng)設(shè)計(jì)文件無規(guī)定時(shí),焊縫射線照相檢驗(yàn)的比例和質(zhì)量等級(jí)按下列規(guī)定執(zhí)行.5.6。2。3。1下列管道焊縫進(jìn)行100%射線照相檢驗(yàn),其質(zhì)量不得低于Ⅱ級(jí)。⑴輸送劇毒流體的管道;⑵輸送設(shè)計(jì)壓力≥10MPa或設(shè)計(jì)壓力≥4MPa且設(shè)計(jì)溫度≥400℃的可燃流體、有毒流體的管道;⑶輸送設(shè)計(jì)壓力≥10MPa且設(shè)計(jì)溫度≥400℃的非可燃流體、無毒流體的管道;⑷設(shè)計(jì)溫度<-29℃的低溫管道;⑸設(shè)計(jì)文件要求進(jìn)行100%射線照相檢驗(yàn)的其他管道。5.6。2.3。2輸送設(shè)計(jì)壓力≤1MPa且設(shè)計(jì)溫度<400℃的非可燃流體、無毒流體的管道,可不進(jìn)行射線照相檢驗(yàn)。設(shè)計(jì)要求除外。5。6。2。3.3其他管道進(jìn)行抽樣射線照相檢驗(yàn),抽檢比例不得低于5%,質(zhì)量不得低于Ⅲ級(jí)。5。6。2。4對(duì)規(guī)定進(jìn)行局部探傷的焊縫,如有一道焊縫不合格,應(yīng)對(duì)同一焊工所焊另兩道焊縫進(jìn)行探傷,如果這兩道焊縫又出現(xiàn)不合格,每道不合格焊縫應(yīng)再檢驗(yàn)兩道該焊工的同一批焊縫,如仍有不合格,應(yīng)對(duì)該焊工的同一批焊縫全部進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)。該焊工應(yīng)重新考試合格后方可從事相應(yīng)的管道焊接工作.5。6.2.5對(duì)不要求進(jìn)行內(nèi)部質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)的焊縫,檢驗(yàn)員也必須全部進(jìn)行外觀檢驗(yàn)。5。6。2.6對(duì)于要求熱處理的焊縫,熱處理后應(yīng)測(cè)量焊縫及熱影響區(qū)的硬度值,結(jié)果要符合設(shè)計(jì)文件要求,并填寫《熱處理報(bào)告》.檢驗(yàn)數(shù)量不少于熱處理焊口總數(shù)的10%。有無損檢驗(yàn)要求的管道,應(yīng)在空視圖中按介質(zhì)流向?qū)缚谶M(jìn)行編號(hào),并對(duì)無損檢驗(yàn)的焊口進(jìn)行標(biāo)識(shí)。標(biāo)識(shí)內(nèi)容應(yīng)包括檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告號(hào)、焊口號(hào)、焊工號(hào);經(jīng)過返修的焊口要有返修標(biāo)記,以滿足焊接質(zhì)量的可追溯性。5。6.2。8外觀檢查和無損探傷不合格的焊口,應(yīng)及時(shí)進(jìn)行返修焊接.返修焊接次數(shù):碳鋼管道不得超過3次;不銹鋼管道不得超過2次.8。6。2。9正常返修可按正常焊接時(shí)的焊接工藝參數(shù)進(jìn)行.超次返修,必須根據(jù)《返修焊接工藝評(píng)定》,編制《超次返修焊接工藝》,并經(jīng)總工程師批準(zhǔn)后,方可進(jìn)行返修。返工焊接程序:焊接外觀檢查無損探傷缺陷定位焊接外觀檢查無損探傷缺陷定位返修焊接記錄切割重新焊接無損探傷報(bào)告第五章、主要項(xiàng)目的施工方案Chapter5ConstructionPlanofMainProject一、主要施工技術(shù)Majorconstructiontechnology1、施工內(nèi)容ConstructionContent施工準(zhǔn)備施工準(zhǔn)備Constructionpreparation鋼筋工程RebarWork混凝土工程鋼筋工程RebarWork混凝土工程ConcreteWork模板工程模板工程TemplateInstallation給排水工程Watersupplywork鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程給排水工程Watersupplywork鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程SteelStructureWork圍欄工程Fenceconstruction油漆工程Painting油漆工程Paintingwork碎石工程Graveconstruction電纜工程Cableconstruction2、施工準(zhǔn)備PreparationforConstruction

theotheranotherdirection,orthreebricksonedirectionandtheotheranotherdirection.4.9.5砌磚宜采用一鏟灰、一塊磚、一擠揉的“三一"砌磚法,即滿鋪、滿擠操作法。Bricklayingshallusethemethodofonelayerofmortar,thenonelayerofbrickandthenpressingtogether。4.9。6砌磚一定要跟線,“上跟線,下跟棱,左右相鄰要對(duì)平”。水平灰縫厚度和豎向灰縫寬度一般為10mm,但不應(yīng)小于8mm,也不應(yīng)大于12mm。Thebricklayingmustbealignmentfrombottomtotop,fromlefttoright.Horizontalmortarlayerandverticalmortarbothis10mmthick,butnotlessthan8mm,morethan12mm.4.9.7管溝完成磚塊砌筑后進(jìn)行水泥砂漿抹面。Afterbrickwallisfinished,themortarsurfaceshallbedone。4。9.8為了與底層粘結(jié)牢固,可以在抹面前,在底子灰上刮一道素水泥粘結(jié)層,緊跟抹面層1∶2.5水泥砂漿。Inordertoensurefirmconnectionwiththebottomlayer,beforesurfaceplastering,onthebottomtoputonepurecementlayer,andthenuse1∶2.5cementmortarforsurfaceplastering.4。9.9抹完一塊后,用木抹子搓平,用鋼板抹子壓光。待收水后再次壓光。Afteroneareaofsurfaceplasteringisfinished,onewoodenfloatcanbeusedforlevelingandthenonesteelfloatforfinishing。Afterwateringisgone,anotherfinishingshallbedone.4。9。10從架空管下來向東采用地溝安裝,用輕型蓋板。過走道采用重型蓋板.Thepipepathunderpiperackcanusepipetrenchwithlowdutyconcretecover,underwalkwayuseheavydutycover.4.9。11過路地溝及蓋板的澆筑按照甲方提供的技術(shù)資料施工,其余輕型蓋板厚度為40mm。Thepipetrench,whichacrossroadanditscovershallbebuiltaspertechnicaldocumentfromtheowner.Otherlowdutycovers’thicknessis40mm。4。10土方回填Backfilling4。10。1土方回填施工前,管道安裝已經(jīng)完成,并檢驗(yàn)合格,辦理好隱蔽工程驗(yàn)收手續(xù)。Beforebackfilling,pipeinstallationandinspectionarefinishedandprovedon-spec,andrecordsforconcealedworksarefinished.4.10。2土方回填包括管溝外側(cè)和直埋管道。Backfillingshallcoveroutersideofpipepitandthepipe。4。10。3直埋管道凈深為800mm,管底及管面敷砂。敷砂層厚度為100mm,寬度為D+200mm。Cleardepthofthepipeis800mm,onthebottomandtopofthepipe,sandshallbeintroduced。Thesandlayershallbe100mmchickandD+200mmwide.4.10。4土方回填施工前應(yīng)清理干凈管溝內(nèi)的雜物垃圾。Beforebackfilling,debrisinthepipepitmustbeclearedup.4.10.5土方回填應(yīng)優(yōu)先選用原管溝中挖出的土,但是不得含有有機(jī)質(zhì).Backfillingshallusetheoriginalsoilfromexcavation,butshallnothaveorganicmaterials。4.10。6應(yīng)檢驗(yàn)回填土有無雜物,粒徑是否符合規(guī)定,以及回填土的含水量是否在控制的范圍內(nèi);如含水量偏高,可采用翻松、晾曬或均勻摻入干土等措施;如遇回填土的含水量偏低,可采用預(yù)先灑水潤(rùn)濕等措施。Thesoilforbackfillingshallbecheckedwithoutdebrisandsizeshallmeetregulation.Watercontaininginthesoilshallbeputundercontrol.Ifwaterinthesoilistoomuch,canbeairedinthesunshineormixedwithdrysoil。Ifthesoilistoodry,somewateringshallbedonebeforebackfilling。4.10.7回填土應(yīng)盡可能達(dá)到最優(yōu)含水率,以獲得最佳密實(shí)度.Soilthebackfillingmusthavepremiumwaterrateinordertohavebestcompaction.4.10.8回填施工應(yīng)分層攤鋪,并且分層夯實(shí)。Soilbackfillingshallbeonelayerafteranotherwithcompactiononeachlayer。4.10。9填土全部完成后,應(yīng)進(jìn)行表面拉線找平,凡超過標(biāo)準(zhǔn)高程的地方,及時(shí)依線鏟平;凡低于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)高程的地方,應(yīng)補(bǔ)土夯實(shí)。Afterbackfilling,levelingshallbecheckedonthesurface.Allspotshigherthanstandardelevationshallbereduced。Allspotslowerthanelevationshallbeincreased。4。10。10土方回填結(jié)束后,應(yīng)恢復(fù)地面綠化.Afterbackfilling,greeneryshallbereinstalled。4.11鋼結(jié)構(gòu)SteelStructure4.11。1鋼材應(yīng)具有質(zhì)量證明書,并符合設(shè)計(jì)和專業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求。Steelmaterialsshallhavequalitycertificate,andmeetrequirementofdesignanddisciplinestandard。4.11.2如對(duì)材質(zhì)有疑義時(shí),應(yīng)按國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《鋼的化學(xué)分析用試樣采取法及成品化學(xué)成分允許偏差》(GB222-84)和《鋼材力學(xué)及工藝性能試驗(yàn)取樣規(guī)定》(GB2975-82)的要求取樣,并按現(xiàn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行化學(xué)分析和力學(xué)性能試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)和國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求。Ifthereisanydoubtfulpointtosteelmaterial,sampleshallbesampledasper“Steelanalysisandsamplemethodandproductchemicalallowabledeviation”(GB222-84)and“Steelmechanicalandprocessperformancesamplerules”(GB2975-82),andanalyzedasperlivestandardforchemicalandmechanicalperformance.Theresultshallmeetdesignrequirementandnationalstandard。4。11。3鋼材表面或斷面上不得有裂紋、結(jié)疤、折疊、氣泡、夾雜、和分層,表面缺陷深度不應(yīng)大于鋼板厚度負(fù)公差值的一半。Onthesurfaceandsectionofsteel,crack,rollingsink,overlaps,airbubble,entrapmentandlaminationshallnotbefound.Depthofflawshallbethanhalfofallowabledeviation。4。11.4H型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的節(jié)點(diǎn)板、加勁板、梁端蓋板及異形板均應(yīng)采用樣板號(hào)料.樣板的允許偏差應(yīng)符合下表規(guī)定。Gussetplate,stiffeningplate,cappingplateandsketchplateinHSteelStructureshallusetemplate.Theallowabledeviationoftemplateshallfollowthefollowingtable。樣板的允許偏差序號(hào)Item名稱Name允許偏差(毫米)Allowdeviation(mm)1兩相鄰孔心距Heartfromtwoadjacentholes±0。52邊長(zhǎng)Side±13對(duì)角線長(zhǎng)度差Diagonallengthdifference14孔心距偏離Deviatefromtheholefromtheheart放樣和號(hào)料應(yīng)根據(jù)工藝要求,預(yù)留切割加工及焊接收縮余量。Accordingtoprocessrequirement,thetemplateshallhaveallowanceforcuttingandweldingcontraction.4.11。6樣板應(yīng)經(jīng)質(zhì)量檢查部門確認(rèn)合格后,方可使用。大批量生產(chǎn)的零部件樣板和樣桿應(yīng)經(jīng)常檢查.Templateshallbecheckedbyinspectiondepartmentandprovedon—specbeforeuse.Massivelyproducedtemplateforpartsandrodshallbeinspectedoften。4。11.7零部件直接號(hào)料長(zhǎng)度和寬度的偏差不應(yīng)大于1毫米。Thelengthandwidthoftemplateforpartsshallhavetheallowancedeviationlessthan1mm.4。11.8翼板和腹板切割后的允許偏差應(yīng)符合下表的規(guī)定.Aftercutting,wingplateandwebplateshallhavetheallowancedeviationasthefollowingtable.翼板和腹板切割允許偏差Webcuttingwingandalloweddeviations序號(hào)Item名稱Name允許偏差(毫米)Allowdeviation(mm)1翼板寬度Wingwidth±22腹板寬度Webwidth+203切割端面不垂直度Non—verticalityofcuttingface板厚的10%,且不大于24。11.9氣體切割前應(yīng)將切割區(qū)內(nèi)的鐵銹、泥沙、油污清除干凈.Forgascutting,rusts,soilandoilinthecuttingareashallbeclearedup。4。11。10對(duì)接焊件的允許偏差應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:Forweldingparts,allowancedeviationshallbeasfollows.厚度的錯(cuò)邊量△δ≤10%δ,且不大于1毫米;Mis-matchonthicknessshallbe△δ≤10%δandlessthan1mm.寬度錯(cuò)位量△b,腹部不應(yīng)大于1毫米,翼板不應(yīng)大于2毫米;mis-alignmentonwidth△b,thewebplateshalllessthan1mm,andthewingplateshalllessthan2mm。翼板或腹板拼接的最小板塊長(zhǎng)度不宜小于800毫米,并應(yīng)使軋制方向與長(zhǎng)度方向一致;Theminplateusedinwingplateorwebplateshallnotlessthen800mm,andthecuttingdirectionandshallfollowthelegth.翼板、腹板對(duì)接后,側(cè)向彎曲的偏差應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:Afterconnectingofwingplateandwebplate,thelateralbending’sallowancedeviationshallbeasfollows.1)板長(zhǎng)L≤6米時(shí),不應(yīng)大于2毫米;WhentheplatelengthL≤6m,lateralbendingshalllessthan2mm。2)板長(zhǎng)L>6米時(shí),不應(yīng)大于3毫米;WhentheplatelengthL>6m,lateralbendingshalllessthan3mm。4。11。11翼板、腹板應(yīng)先整平檢查合格后,方可組對(duì).組對(duì)后的H型宜當(dāng)天焊完。Wingplateandwebplateshallbeinspectedforlevelingandalignmentandprovedon—spectbeforematching.Aftermatching,HSteelshallbeweldedonthesameday.4.11.12翼板對(duì)接焊縫與腹板對(duì)接焊縫的間距應(yīng)大于200毫米。Thedistancefromweldingforwingplatetoweldingforwebplateshallnotlessthan200mm。4.11.13牛腿、加勁板、連接孔與對(duì)接焊縫的間距應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求。設(shè)計(jì)無要求時(shí),應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:Distanceinbetweencorbel,stiffeningplate,connectingholesandend—to-endweldingshallmeetdesignrequirement.Ifthereisnorequirementfromdesign,followingsshallbemet.牛腿與對(duì)接焊縫的間距應(yīng)大于500毫米;Distancebetweencorbelandend-to—endweldingshallnotlessthan500mm.加勁板與對(duì)接焊縫的間距應(yīng)大于100毫米;Distancebetweenstiffeningplateandend—to—endweldingshallnotlessthan100mm.連接孔與對(duì)接焊縫的間距應(yīng)大于300毫米;Distancebetweenconnectingholesandend-to—endweldingshallnotlessthan300mm。4。11.14構(gòu)件分段制作時(shí),應(yīng)在出廠前進(jìn)行預(yù)組裝,并分組編號(hào).Steelstructurefabricationshallhavepre—assemblinginthefabricationyardandmarknumbers.4。11.15設(shè)計(jì)要求接頭銑平頂緊時(shí),端部銑平的允許偏差應(yīng)符合有關(guān)規(guī)范的規(guī)定.頂緊后用0.3毫米塞尺檢查,接觸面積不應(yīng)小于75%,邊緣最大間隙不應(yīng)大于0。8毫米。Ifdesignrequiresmillingflat,allowabledeviationforendmillingflatshallmeetrelevantregulation。Aftertightening,itshallbeinspectionby0.3minsertruler.Theareainsertedshallbelessthan75%andbiggestslotatedgeshalllessthan0。8mm。4。11。16H型鋼焊接完畢應(yīng)經(jīng)矯正,檢查合格后方可組對(duì)連接件。AfterweldingofHsteel,alignmentandinspectionmustbedonebeforematchingandconnecting。4.11。17牛腿、連接板標(biāo)高的允許偏差為±2毫米;左右位移的允許偏差為2毫米.Corbelandconnectingplate’sallowabledeviationshallbe±2mm.Displacement’sallowabledeviationis2mm。4。11。18柱截面重心線對(duì)柱腳底板設(shè)計(jì)位置的允許偏差為2毫米;焊后底板翹曲變形不應(yīng)大于3毫米。Theallowabledeviationforcolumncenterlinetocolumnbottomdesignshallbe2mm.Distortionofbottomplateafterweldingshalllessthan3mm.4。11。19翼板和腹板的焊接坡口,宜采用機(jī)械加工。Bevelforweldingofwingplateandwebplateshallbemademechanically。4.11。20氣割的坡口表面應(yīng)打磨干凈。對(duì)有淬硬層的母材,應(yīng)將淬硬層磨去,并不得使坡口表面因打磨產(chǎn)生的高溫,形成新的淬硬層。Dressingshallbecarriedoutforbevels
