李清照《聲聲慢》開頭的七對(duì)疊詞“尋尋覓覓,冷冷清清,凄凄慘慘戚戚?！倍摇皩?，清清，凄凄”屬平聲，“覓覓，冷冷，慘慘，戚戚”是仄聲，平仄交替，除了音韻的美感還有感情的郁結(jié)，翻譯難度極大。美國(guó)翻譯家KennethRexroth譯為Search.Search.Seek.Seek.Cold.Cold.Clear.Clear.Sorrow.Sorrow.Pain.Pain.
