概述summary本工程為110kV變電站到各個廠區(qū)10kV配電室包括電纜敷設(shè)、終端頭及中間頭制作、試驗、接線等在內(nèi)的全部工程。工程的位置：Constructionlocation110kV變電站、1#10kV配電室、2#10kV配電室、3#10kV配電室、4#10kV配電室、5#10kV配電室、6#10kV配電室，沿線橋架敷設(shè)二、具體工程量如下：1．110kV變電站到1#10kV配電室5根3*300電纜，每根320米，共1600米；2．110kV變電站到2#10kV配電室5根3*300電纜，每根380米，共1900米；3．1#10kV配電室到2#10kV配電室5根3*300電纜，每根265米，共1325米；4．110kV變電站到3#10kV配電室6根3*300電纜，每根606米，共3636米；5．110kV變電站到4#10kV配電室6根3*300電纜，每根825米，共4950米；6．3#10kV配電室到4#10kV配電室6根3*300電纜，每根370米，共2220米；7．110kV變電站到5#10kV配電室3根3*185電纜，每根900米，共2700米；8．110kV變電站（老母線）到5#10kV配電室3根3*185電纜，每根900米，共2700米；9．110kV變電站到6#10kV配電室3根3*185電纜，每根945米，共2835米；10．110kV變電站（老母線）到6#10kV配電室3根3*185電纜，每根945米，共2835米；11．90套終端頭、6套中間頭制作；12．電纜試驗及連接。第二章施工組織機(jī)構(gòu)為更好的提高施工過程管理，優(yōu)質(zhì)高效的完成工程內(nèi)容，我公司決定由主持《擴(kuò)建工程110kV變電站項目》的先生擔(dān)任本工程的項目經(jīng)理，一方面先生有豐富的施工經(jīng)驗，另一方面熟悉本工程的工作環(huán)境，便于開展工作。2.1組織機(jī)構(gòu)圖Organizationchart職務(wù)：項目經(jīng)理職責(zé)：全面管理P職務(wù)：項目經(jīng)理職責(zé)：全面管理Duty:totalmanagement職務(wù)：項目總工職責(zé)：技術(shù)負(fù)責(zé)職務(wù)：項目總工職責(zé)：技術(shù)負(fù)責(zé)安全部安全檢查質(zhì)檢部質(zhì)量檢驗安全部安全檢查質(zhì)檢部質(zhì)量檢驗施工部工程施工后勤部后勤保障第三章施工方案Chapter3constructionplan3.1總體思路3.1GeneralIdea工程特點說明：本電纜工程特點和難點在于電纜敷設(shè)在高度10米左右的架空橋架上，架空處沒有人站立和行走的平臺，并且很長距離的橋架電纜不能水平橫向放進(jìn)去，只能沿橋架縱向穿進(jìn)去。這些都給施工帶來了很大難度。Constructioncharacteristic:Thecharacteristicanddifficultpointarethatcablewillbelayedonthecabletray10metershigh.Thesupporthasnoplatformforworkerstostandandwalk.Alsothereisalongdistanceofcablethatwillbelayedverticallythroughcabletrayinsteadofhorizontallylayed.Therewillbringdifficultiestotheconstruction.鑒于以上工程特點，在編制施工方法時，首先要考慮的是施工安全，高處作業(yè)必須采取可靠措施；同時也要考慮施工質(zhì)量，電纜工作最最關(guān)鍵的質(zhì)量環(huán)節(jié)是敷設(shè)過程避免對電纜造成傷害。所以我們編制施工方法重點對以上兩點采取措施。Regadingtothecharacteristicabove,constructionsafetywillbeconsideredfirst.Suitablemeasuresneedtobeadoptedforoverheadwork.Constructionqualityneedtobeconsideredtoo.Thekeyqualitypartistoavoiddamageofthecableduringthelayingprocess.Sowemadeconstructionmeasuresregardingtotwopointsabove.3.2電纜敷設(shè)前的準(zhǔn)備工作3.2Preparationworkbeforelayingthecable3.2.1機(jī)具準(zhǔn)備Equipmentandmachinepreparation電纜敷設(shè)前，應(yīng)將電纜滾輪、電纜軸支架（承重50噸以上）、牽引機(jī)、繩索等必須品運到現(xiàn)場，并放于預(yù)定位置，以便開展工作。Beforelayingthecable,cabletrolley,cablereelsupport(bearingweightabove50T),tracorandropewillbetransportedtositeandputinthepositionplannedahead.3.2.2腳手架搭設(shè)Scaffoldingbuild-up電纜敷設(shè)過程將遇到多處拐彎及上下橋架的情況以及部分位置需人工看護(hù)，所以在這些位置應(yīng)搭設(shè)腳手架方便施工。根據(jù)現(xiàn)場勘察情況，至少需搭設(shè)雙排腳手架12處，每處50m2，此僅為估計值，具體搭設(shè)數(shù)量及搭設(shè)面積需根據(jù)現(xiàn)場施工需要而定。Duringthecablelaying,conditonswillbemetsuchasturningthecornerandgoingupanddownofthecabletray.Alsosomeplacesneedtobewatchedbytheworkers.Soscaffoldingneedtobebuiltatthesepositionstoprovideconveniencefortheconstruction.Basedonthesitesurvey,atleast12doublerowscaffoldingneedtobebuiltandeachscaffoldingwillbe50m2.Thisistheeastimatedvalue,theexactquantitywillbedecidedaccordingtotheconstructiondemand.3.2.3電纜檢查Cablechecking1）施工前應(yīng)對電線進(jìn)行詳細(xì)檢查；規(guī)格、型號、截面、電壓等級均符合設(shè)計要求，資料齊全；電纜軸應(yīng)完好無損，電纜外觀完好無損，鎧裝無銹蝕、無機(jī)械損傷，無明顯皺折和扭曲現(xiàn)象。1)Cablesneedtobecheckedcarefullybeforeconstruction;specification,model,sectionandvoltageclassneedtomeetthedesignrequirement,thecertificateandmaterialsneedtobecomplete;Thecablereelneedtobeunwounded,thesurfaceofthecableneedtobeunwounded,thearmorhasnopocking,noequipemtdamage,noundentifiedfoldandtwist.2）應(yīng)事先作耐壓和泄漏試驗，試驗標(biāo)準(zhǔn)應(yīng)符合國家和當(dāng)?shù)毓╇姴块T規(guī)定。必要時敷設(shè)前仍需用2.5kV搖表測量絕緣電阻是否合格。2)High-voltageholdingtestandleakagetestneedtobemadebeforehand.Thetestresultsneedtomeetnationalandlocalpowersupplydepartment’srugulation.Theinsulatingresistanceneedtobetestedby2.5kvmegohmmeterbeforecablelayingifnecessary.3.3電纜敷設(shè)3.3laycable由于電纜截面積比較大，敷設(shè)過程比較吃力，所以考慮以牽引機(jī)為主人力為輔的敷設(shè)方法；初步計劃采用兩臺牽引機(jī)，每百米一臺，中間放電纜滾輪以減少電纜的摩擦力；由于電纜長度較長，考慮應(yīng)將電纜由中間向兩邊敷設(shè)的原則，即將電纜軸放于封閉橋架的西端，在110kV變電站和橋架中間分別放牽引機(jī)，由最上層開始敷設(shè)電纜，到變電站后繼續(xù)牽引，直到留出足夠余量后集中人力將電纜穿如站中；另一半電纜，由于電纜橋架為開口的，可以先沿橋架方向?qū)㈦娎|放于地面，再用升降車將電纜抬如橋架內(nèi)，為保護(hù)電纜此處可采用人力敷設(shè)，個別區(qū)域正在施工的除外。Sincetheareaofthecablesectionisbig,itisdifficulttolay.Thetractorisconsideredtoworkasthemainforce,manpowerhelpingthetractor.Theinitialplanistousetwotractors,settingthemwith100minterval,withcablereelbetweentoreducethefrictionforceofthecable.Sincethecableisverylong,thecablelayingneedtoadoptthemethodthatlayingthecablefrommiddletotwosides.Thecablereelneedtobeputtothewestofthesealedcabletray.Thetractorisputin110kvsubstationandthecabletray,layingthecablefromthehighestlayer.Continuetopullingthecablewhenarrivethesubstation.Letworkerstoinsertthecablestothesubstationwhenenoughcableispulled.Therestpartofthecableswillbelayedonthegroundalongthecabletraydirectionandbecarriedtothecabletray.Manforcewillbeadoptedtoprotectthecableinthisarea.Indivisualsectionswhichundertheconstructionisnotincluded.電纜敷設(shè)工作要保證整個工作區(qū)域通訊良好，沿電纜走向每一處都有專人監(jiān)護(hù)電纜的附設(shè)情況，及時提醒電纜牽引過程安全和質(zhì)量都有保證；Thecommunicationsofthewholeconstructionareawillbeensuredduringcablelaying.Eachareaalongthecablelinewillhavedesinatedpeopletoinspectthecableconditiontoensurethesafetyandqualityduringthepullingofthecable.3.3.2電纜有地面引上到橋架需要人力配合機(jī)械作業(yè)，人員必須站在升降斗車上或站在提前搭好的腳手架平臺上操作；Manforceneedtocorperatewiththethemachinetopullthecablefromgroundtothecabletray.WorkersneedtostandontheJLGorscaffoldbuildupbeforehandtooperate.3.3.3電纜敷設(shè)拖放電纜時，應(yīng)從電纜盤上端引出，避免在支架及地面上摩擦；用機(jī)具拖放電纜時，其牽引強(qiáng)度不應(yīng)大于電纜的應(yīng)力強(qiáng)度，以免拉傷電纜，牽引速度不宜大于15米/分；電纜敷設(shè)過程中應(yīng)防止電纜扭傷和過度彎曲，電纜的彎曲半徑應(yīng)符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求；Thecableneedtobepulledfromtheuppersideofthecablecoiltoavoidthefrictionwithcabletrayandtheground.Thepullingforceofthemachineshouldnotstrongerthanthestressintensityofthecabletoavoiddamagingthecable.Thepullingforceshouldnotexceed15m/second.Duringthecablelaying,excessivecabletwistandbendshouldbeavoideded.Thebendingradiusshouldmeetthestandardsrequirements.3.3.4在電纜的兩端、接頭處、交叉拐彎、及進(jìn)出建筑物時應(yīng)設(shè)標(biāo)志牌；Signneedtobesetonbothheadsofthecable,connectionarea,crossing,turningacornerandgoinginorourofthebuilding.3.3.5敷設(shè)電纜的注意事項Theattentionsduringcablelaying1)架設(shè)電纜軸架的地方必須平整堅實，支架必須采用有底盤支架；1)Theplacetosetthecablereelneedtobeevenandstable,thesupportneedtousethesupportwithbaseplate.2)牽引電纜，速度宜慢，力量均勻，速度平穩(wěn)，不得猛拉猛跑，看軸人不得站于電纜軸的前面；2)Thespeedneedtobeslowwhenpullingthecable,theforceneedtobeeven,withastablespeed.Donotrunquicklyorpullviolentlytothecable.Theworkerwhowatchforthereelisnotallowedtostantinthefrontofthecablereel.3)電纜敷設(shè)時，機(jī)械和人必須有序作業(yè)，人員決不允許處在有可能受機(jī)械傷害的位子，3)Duringthecablelaying,workersneedtoworkinorder.Thesameasthemachines.Workersarenotallowedtostandinapositationthatmayhurtbythemachine.4）敷設(shè)過程處于轉(zhuǎn)角地段的人員必須站在電纜彎曲的外側(cè)，已防被受力或運動中電纜擠傷摔倒；4)Duringthecablelayingprocess,theworkerswhoworkatthecornerneedtostandtheoutsideareaoftheflexurecabletoavoidfallingoverorsqueezingbythemovingcable.5）高處作業(yè)（離地高度1.8米）必須采取措施：設(shè)有合乎要求的防護(hù)欄桿、掛好配有2根安全繩的全身式安全帶。5)Workigathigh(Obove1.8mfromtheground)needtotakeprotectionmeasures:settingrequiredbarricade,hungingfullbodyharness.6）電纜工作，環(huán)境溫度要保證在0゜C以上，雨雪大風(fēng)等惡劣天氣不能施工。6)Cablework,thetemporatureneedtobeensuredabove0゜C.Theconstructioncannotbeproceedduringthebadweathersuchasrain,snowandstrongwind.3.3.6電纜冷縮終端頭制作3.3.7makecablecoldshrinkageterminal把電纜置于預(yù)定位置，剝?nèi)ネ庾o(hù)套，鎧裝及襯墊層，開剝長度根據(jù)現(xiàn)場情況確定，襯墊層留10㎜；再往下剝25㎜的護(hù)套，露出鎧裝，并擦洗開剝處往下50㎜長護(hù)套表面的污垢；護(hù)套口往下15㎜處繞包兩層Scotch23膠帶；在頂部繞包PVC膠帶，將銅屏蔽帶固定。1)putthecableonthedesignatedposition,andshuckofftheouterjacket,metalshieldinglayerandlinerlayer.thelinerlayerkeep10mm,outerjacketshuckoff25mm,revealthemetalshielding.Scrubawaythedirtofthesurfaceofjacket.Underthejacketgob15mmfoldtwolayerscotch23adhesivetape.FoldPVCadhesivetapeonthetop,thenfastenthecopperscreenbelt.用恒力彈簧將第一條接地線固定在鋼鎧上。2)fastenthefirstgroundinglinewithconstantforcespring.繞包Scotch23膠帶兩個來回將恒力彈簧及襯墊層包覆?。幌仍谌俱~屏蔽帶根部纏繞第二條接地線，并將其向下引出，注意，第二條接地線位置與第一條接地線位置相背。3)BagandcovertheconstantforcespringwithScotch23.Enlacethesecondgroundinglineonthethreecorescreenbeltandelicititdown.用恒力彈簧將第二條接地線固定住。4)fastenthesecondgroundingwithconstantforcespring半重疊繞包Scotch23膠帶將恒力彈簧全部包覆住；在第一層Scotch23膠帶的外部再繞包第二層Scotch23膠帶，把接地線夾在當(dāng)中，以防水氣沿接地線空隙滲入。5)bagandcovertheconstantforcespringwiththehalfoverlapScotch23adhesivetape.BagthesecondlayerScotch23adhesivetapeouterthefirstScotch23adhesivetapetomakethegroundinglineinit.在整個接地區(qū)域及Scotch23膠帶外面繞包幾層PVC膠帶，將他們?nèi)扛采w住。6)coverthewholeareaandScotch23withPVCadhesivetape.安裝分支手套；安裝冷縮式電纜密封分支手套，把手套放到電纜根部，逆時針抽掉芯繩，先收縮頸部，然后，按同樣方法，分別收縮三芯；用PVC帶將接地編織線固定在電纜護(hù)套上。7)installfiliationglove.Installcoldshrinkagecableoffiliationglove.putthegloveoncableend,thenfastengroundinglineoncablejacketwithPVCbelt.套入冷縮式直管，與三叉手指搭接15㎜，逆時針抽掉芯繩，使其收縮。8)installcoldshrinkagepipe,connection15mm,thentakeoutcoreropetomakeitshrin.k冷縮式套管口往上留30㎜的銅屏蔽帶，其余的割去；銅屏蔽口往上再留10㎜的半導(dǎo)體層，其余的全部剝?nèi)ィ瑒冸x時切勿劃傷主絕緣；按照接線端子孔深切除頂部絕緣；外半導(dǎo)電口往下65㎜處，繞包PVC帶做一標(biāo)識，此處為冷縮端安裝基準(zhǔn)。9)coldshrinkagebushingkeep30mmabovecopperscreen,othersshear,copperscreenpointkeep10mmsemiconductorlayer,othersshear.MakeamarkwithPVCdownthesemicoductivemouth65mm,thisplaceistheinstallationnormofcoldshrinkageend半重疊繞包Scotch13半導(dǎo)電帶，從銅屏蔽帶上10㎜處開始，繞至10㎜主絕緣上，然后返回到起始處。10)bagsemiconductorlayerwithhalfoverlapScotch23,startabovethecopperscreenpoint10mmtocircleto10mmaininsulated,thencomebacktothestart.壓接接線端子，挫平打光，并且清理干凈；用清洗劑將主絕緣擦拭干凈；在半導(dǎo)電帶與主絕緣搭接處涂上硅脂，將剩余的涂抹在主絕緣表面；套入冷縮式終端，定位于PVC標(biāo)識帶處，逆時針抽掉芯繩，使終端收縮；用Scotch23絕緣帶填平接線端子與絕緣之間的空隙，然后從絕緣管開始，半重疊繞包Scotch70絕緣帶一個來回至接線端子上。11)pressandconnecttheconnectionterminalandclearthesurface.Wipesiliconegreaseontheconnectionofsemiconductorandmaininsulated.pitchonthePVCmarkposition.FillandleveluptheinterspaceofconnectionandinsulatedwithScotch23,thenbaginsulatedwithhalfoverlaptoconnectionterminal3.4電纜交接試驗3.3cabletesting測量絕緣電阻。測量各電纜線芯對地或?qū)饘倨帘螌娱g和各線芯間的絕緣電阻。1)testtheresistanceofinsulated.Testtheinsulatedresistanceofcablecoretoearthortometalscreenlayerandeachcablecore.直流耐壓試驗及泄露電流測量。2)DCpressuretestingandleakcurrenttesting.3.5施工依據(jù)3.5constructionbasis《電氣裝置安裝工程電纜線路施工及驗收規(guī)范》GB50168-921）electricdeviceinstallationp
