)是為此項(xiàng)目成立的合資公司。公司是由某醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)下屬機(jī)構(gòu)某醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)科技發(fā)展中心和中社網(wǎng)信息產(chǎn)業(yè)有限公司下屬的項(xiàng)目公司某有限公司及某同投資管理有限公司共同合資。醫(yī)學(xué)網(wǎng)定位為“專(zhuān)科分會(huì)和醫(yī)生活動(dòng)的園地”,通過(guò)與某醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)及某醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)所屬的各專(zhuān)科分會(huì)合作,有效組織專(zhuān)科分會(huì)資源,將分會(huì)日常面對(duì)醫(yī)務(wù)人員的學(xué)術(shù)交流、臨床研究、醫(yī)療指導(dǎo)等活動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)化,從而帶動(dòng)分布在全國(guó)各地的專(zhuān)業(yè)醫(yī)務(wù)人員上網(wǎng),為之提供免費(fèi)服務(wù),利用專(zhuān)業(yè)醫(yī)生對(duì)醫(yī)學(xué)網(wǎng)的依賴(lài),吸引醫(yī)療器械廠(chǎng)商實(shí)現(xiàn)最終收益。在公司運(yùn)營(yíng)中貫穿“信息+商務(wù)”的商業(yè)模式,形成資金、信息、技術(shù)、用戶(hù)、服務(wù)、管理等多種資源的共享和協(xié)調(diào)。總之,公司是以站點(diǎn)為依托,通過(guò)整合網(wǎng)上網(wǎng)下資源,為廠(chǎng)商提供服務(wù);同時(shí)使醫(yī)學(xué)網(wǎng)的醫(yī)學(xué)資源產(chǎn)生增值與功能擴(kuò)散,開(kāi)展針對(duì)社區(qū)的醫(yī)療服務(wù),從而產(chǎn)生巨大的商業(yè)價(jià)值。公司的目標(biāo)是成為互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上面向衛(wèi)生機(jī)構(gòu)、
