1臺(tái)42臺(tái)43RBBJ-臺(tái)4附件3技術(shù)文件交付要求一般要求圖紙及通訊，均應(yīng)使用中英文對(duì)照。同時(shí)提供AutoCAD電子文本。為設(shè)備監(jiān)造檢驗(yàn)、施工調(diào)試試運(yùn)、性能試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)收和運(yùn)行等四個(gè)方面。供方圖紙資料須滿3份。所有配合設(shè)計(jì)資料（包括過程資料）除主送設(shè)計(jì)單位外均應(yīng)KKS編碼，提交設(shè)計(jì)單位及供方審核。供方在設(shè)計(jì)配合以及最終版圖紙的圖紙中應(yīng)標(biāo)注全部直至部件級(jí)的KKS編碼。1～33～5日內(nèi)完成，供方配合設(shè)計(jì)階段圖紙修改時(shí)間累積不得超過7日。設(shè)計(jì)單位簽字確認(rèn)無問題后，供方應(yīng)按確認(rèn)圖紙供生產(chǎn)圖紙并按本技術(shù)協(xié)議規(guī)定的時(shí)間和圖紙發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)單位及需方。需方簽字確認(rèn)后方可用于正式生圖”等；所有圖紙資料上均應(yīng)標(biāo)明“赫維利1230MW燃?xì)饴?lián)合循環(huán)電站項(xiàng)目”字樣與“正式資料”字樣。該項(xiàng)目電站英文名稱：1230MWPHaveliBahadurShahPakistan；中文名稱：巴基斯坦赫維利1230MW燃?xì)饴?lián)合循環(huán)電站。單位和需方審核，經(jīng)需方簽字確認(rèn)后方可用于生產(chǎn)。供施工用圖紙資料（隨機(jī)資料）必須經(jīng)需方審核，質(zhì)量和格式滿足要求后方可。設(shè)備說明書、安裝調(diào)試手冊(cè)、運(yùn)行各階段圖紙供方均應(yīng)提供總。供方提交的每一批資料也均應(yīng)附有圖紙，每張資料都注明版次，用于審核的版次序列為A、B、C、D……，資料批準(zhǔn)后的版次序列為0，1，2，改所在圖紙頁碼。在圖紙中修改的部分，應(yīng)用云線標(biāo)注，并注明修次。見附件3所附的相關(guān)）所有資料中的設(shè)備及部件名稱、KKS編碼應(yīng)與訂貨協(xié)議中設(shè)備名稱相同，如：給水所有資料中必須注明本工程項(xiàng)目的名稱（項(xiàng)目名稱必需有英文表示）ISOAA4A3A0（可以按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)加長），但需折成A4版幅裝訂在硬質(zhì)文件夾中；文字性資料（報(bào)告，其它文檔和安裝、調(diào)試、運(yùn)行、手冊(cè)等）的要求文字性資料采用MSWord和Excel編制，并提供 usesadryair-cooledcirculatingcoolingwatersystem,i.e.aclosedcoolingwatersystem,theworkingpressureandthehighestwaterinlettemperatureofdryclosedcirculatingcoolingwatersystemare MPaand detectors(RTDs),shallbeinstalledinasealedboxwithexternalcoolingmedium.TheotherjunctionboxofmotorshallbeprovidedwiththetemperaturemonitoringAlltemperaturedetectorsonthemotorshallbeconnectedtotheexternalmonitoringdevice.Whenthetemperatureofanymonitoringpointexceedsthesetting(adjustableonthesite),thealarmcontactwillact,andthemonitoringdevicewillgiveanalarmsignal.Theabove-mentionedtemperaturedetectorsshallbeof type,threewiresand platinumwire,anditshallbe100ohmat0°C. bulbwithalarmsignalcontactsshallbeprovidedforthefollowing 11kVmotorbearing功率≥1000千瓦的電動(dòng)機(jī)應(yīng)配備有三個(gè)高阻抗差動(dòng)電流互感器，安裝在外殼內(nèi)中性線上。配置差動(dòng)保CT的聯(lián)接。中性點(diǎn)互感器應(yīng)為三相雙組二次線圈，具體特性必須與電源側(cè)電流互感器一致。具體型號(hào)待Themotorwiththepowerofnotlessthan1,000kWshallbeprovidedwiththreehigh-impedancedifferentialcurrenttransformerstobeinstalledontheneutrallineintheenclosure.Forthemotorwithdifferentialprotection,theneutralpointcurrenttransformershallbeinstalledinthemotorjunctionbox,andthershallberesponsibleforsupplyingtheneutralpointcurrenttransformer,introducingtheneutralpointofmotor,andconnectingtothedifferentialCT.Theneutralpointtransformershallthree-phasedualsecondarycoil,andthespecificcharacteristicsshallbeconsistentwiththecurrenttransformeratthesideofpowersupply.Aftertheswitchcabinetisordered,thedesignerorpurchasershallnotifytherofthemodel.Thershallfullyconsiderthenetsafedistancerequirementinthedesign.ThewiringshallbeconvenientforthetestingandinterchangeofcurrentJunctionboxofauxiliaryTheauxiliaryequipmentofallspaceheaters,temperaturedetectors,currenttransformersandsoonshallbeconnectedtothewiring,andtheterminalsshallbeconnectedintothejunctionboxseparatedfromthemotor(power)junctionbox.Thejunctionboxofauxiliaryequipmentshallbeassembledwithdouble-crimpcopperglandandpressuretypeterminals,forthepurposeofappropriatecableconnection.DrainWhenthemotordrainplugislocated,thecondensateorwaterproducedduetootherreasonsshallbedrainedfromallholesofthemotorenclosure.RequirementsforThemotorswiththeweightof25kgoraboveshallbeprovidedwitheyeboltsorotherpartsapplicableformotordesignshallbeconvenientfordrillingoperationthroughthemotorbaseormountingflange,andthedowelshallbeinstalledafterthemotoranddrivenequipmentareassembled.Themotors,includingthefans,shallbepaintedwithanti-corrosiveHVmotorsshallbeselectedfromtheproductsofthefollowing電機(jī)廠湘潭電機(jī)廠ABB電機(jī)、西門子電機(jī)中國東元電機(jī)ShanghaiElectricMachineryCo.,.,XiangtanElectricManufacturingGroupCo.,.,ABBShanghaiMotorsCo.,.,StandardMotors.,TECOCorp.LVmotorsshallbeselectedfromtheproductsofthefollowingShanghaiShangdianElec.MachineryCorp.,ShHualiElectricMotorGroupCo.,.ABB電機(jī)、西門子電機(jī)中國ABBShanghaiMotors
