土建裝飾部分：裝飾范圍主要包括一層、二層、三層及屋面。InteriorFit-outWorks,thescopeofcivilconstructionisfor1stfloor,2ndfloor,3rdfloorandtheroofaswell.機(jī)電安裝部分：包括空調(diào)與通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)、電氣系統(tǒng)、動力系統(tǒng)、給排水系統(tǒng)。TheMEPWorks:thefollowingsystemsshouldbecovered,suchastheHVACsystem,Powersystem,ElectricsystemandPlumbing&Drainagesystem.

1.4本工程的業(yè)主委托建筑工程管理有限公司對本工程進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目管理，代表業(yè)主對本工程進(jìn)行全面的質(zhì)量、進(jìn)度、投資控制及合同管理。TheclientconsignsRunFeng(Shanghai)ConstructionManagementLtd.tomanagetheprojectandexecutethewholeprojectquality、progress、costcontrollingandcontractmanagementonbehalfofit.

1.5本招標(biāo)文件是業(yè)主在招標(biāo)過程中的規(guī)范文件，是各投標(biāo)單位編制投標(biāo)標(biāo)書的主要依據(jù)之一，是合同的一部分。TheTenderDocumentisthestandarddocumentintheEmployer’stenderingprocess,oneofthemainbasesforcompilingthetendersubmissionandthepartoftheContract.

合同基礎(chǔ)BasisofContract1.7.1價格清單PRICINGSCHEDULE除招標(biāo)文件特別說明以外，合同價格覆蓋了所有材料的供應(yīng)和安裝工作，其中包括提供工具、設(shè)備、勞力、管理和其它所有相關(guān)的工作，如現(xiàn)場物品存儲、搬運(yùn)與安裝、公共設(shè)施的延伸、現(xiàn)場道路的維護(hù)，挖掘中的排水，及進(jìn)場、退場和驗(yàn)收、正式水電通過驗(yàn)收并啟用之前的所有設(shè)備調(diào)試的水電費(fèi)用等。Exceptindicatedinfollowingtenderdocuments,thepriceslistincontractincludeforthesupplyofallmaterialsandinstallationworksincludingthesupplyoftools,equipment,laborandsupervisionandallassociatedactivitiesincludingsitestorage,handlingandinstallation,extensionofsiteutilities,maintenanceofsiteroads,dewateringofexcavations,andmobilization,demobilizationandinspection,andallthewater/powerconsumptionfortheequipmentscommissioningworkbeforetheofficialpermitofwater/powersystems.

合同價格包括了政府和非政府機(jī)構(gòu)征收的所有稅款、規(guī)費(fèi)和其他一切費(fèi)用，以及所有的管理費(fèi)用和利潤等。Thepriceslistedincontractincludeforalltaxesandfeesimposedbygovernmentandnon-governmentauthoritiesandforallmanagementfeesandprofit.

價格的貨幣為人民幣。ThePricesareinChineseRenminbi.價格為總包價格，除非合同條款允許，否則不得變更。工程量清單中的單價同時有效，業(yè)主有權(quán)隨時變更工程范圍，所引起的價格變化以工程量清單中的單價為準(zhǔn)，在以下情況下除外：變更范圍后，工程量清單中沒有的項(xiàng)目以項(xiàng)目管理公司造價工程師審核的價格為準(zhǔn)。投標(biāo)價包括的工程質(zhì)量和工程量是招標(biāo)圖紙和規(guī)范所說明和描述的。Thepriceslistedbelowarefixedlumpsumandcannotbechangedunlesscontractclausespermitted.MeanwhilethepricesinBillofQuantitiesareefficient,theclienthasrighttochangeworksscopeatanytime,andthepricescausedwillfollowtheunitpriceinBillofQuantities,butexceptthefollowingcondition:Afterthescopeischanged,theitemsnotexistinginBillofQuantitieswillfollowthepricecalculatedandcheckedbytheCostengineersfromProjectManagementCompany.Theworksqualityandquantityincludedintenderpriceisdescribedandexplainedintenderdrawingsandspecification.

1.7.3建議的付款計劃

PAYMENTSCHEDULE業(yè)主將按下述付款數(shù)額及時間付款于承包商：TheOwnerwillmakepaymenttotheContractoroftheamountsandatthetimesspecifiedbelow:

本工程采用月進(jìn)度付款方式。合同簽訂，業(yè)主收到承包商等額的預(yù)付款保函后30日內(nèi)支付合同總價的20％預(yù)付款作為第一筆付款。預(yù)付款將從第一次月進(jìn)度付款開始扣除，每次扣除月進(jìn)度付款額的20％，直至項(xiàng)目結(jié)束。Monthlypaymentwouldbeadoptedforthework.Inthirty(30)daysofcontranctsigned,20%oflumpsumwillbepaidasadvancedpaymentaftercontractorsubmitssameamountofadvancedpaymentbond.20%ofeachmonthlypaymentwillbedeductedasadvancedpaymentrefunduntilprojectfinishs..

業(yè)主將根據(jù)管理公司審核的當(dāng)月實(shí)際完成工程量金額的80％作為月進(jìn)度付款額進(jìn)行支付。具體付款日期為在收到承包商之付款請求且得到業(yè)主批準(zhǔn)，并收到發(fā)票的三十(30)天內(nèi)。Theclientwillpayforthemonthlypaymentat80%oftheactual

completedworkscalculatedbythePMCompany.Paymentwillbemadewithinthirty(30)daysofrequestfromtheContractor,approvedbytheOwner.

在完工并且工程通過所有驗(yàn)收、移交并完成簽署決算協(xié)議書后，業(yè)主將支付結(jié)算總價總價的95％。決算總價的5%將被保留1年作為質(zhì)量保證金。根據(jù)質(zhì)量保證條款，在保證期滿后支付。95%oftheTotalLumpSumPriceuponcompletionanddeliveryoftheworksandsignonthefinalaccountingagreementforbothparties.5%oftheTotalLumpPriceshouldberemainedinoneyearsasqualityguarantee.Accordingtothequalityguaranteeclause,theretentionfundwillberefundedafterqualityguaranteeperiodexpires.

現(xiàn)場考察SiteVisit投標(biāo)人將被邀請對工程基地現(xiàn)場及周圍環(huán)境進(jìn)行實(shí)地考察。若要求現(xiàn)場考察請與發(fā)包方聯(lián)系。Tendererwillbeinvitedtoinspecttheconstructionsiteandsurroundingsandafforditsinspectionexpenses.RequestsforsitevisitpleaseconnectwithEmployer.

業(yè)主將在標(biāo)書發(fā)布后安排現(xiàn)場考察。TheEmployerwillarrangesitevisitsaftertheissueofTenderDocuments.

投標(biāo)者必須充分了解工地位置、情況、通路、存儲空間、裝卸限制及任何其它足以影響承包價的情況。有關(guān)所需進(jìn)行的任何附加處理，請在工程量清單中單獨(dú)列出。任何因忽視或誤解工地情況而引致的索賠或工期延長申請將不獲批準(zhǔn)。Tenderershallfullyknowsitelocation,condition,access,storagespace,load/unloadlimitationandanyotherconditions,whichcouldinfluencecontractprice.AnyextraestablishmentworksrequiredbytheTenderershouldbelistedseparatelyinBillofQuantities,Anyclaimorapplicationofworkingdurationextensioncausedbyignoranceormisunderstandingofthesiteconditionswillnotbeapproved.

Appendix組成招標(biāo)文件的所有文件應(yīng)能相互解釋，若有不明確或矛盾的以合同條款中規(guī)定的優(yōu)先順序?yàn)闇?zhǔn)。AlldocumentsformingtheTenderDocumentsaretobetakenasmutuallyexplanatoryofoneanotherandintheeventofanyambiguitiesordiscrepancies,theTenderershallrefertotheorderofprecedencefoundinPart–TermsofContract.

3.2

發(fā)出的招標(biāo)文件不能作未經(jīng)授權(quán)的改動。Issuedtenderdocumentationcannotbechangedwithoutauthorization.

3.3

投標(biāo)者應(yīng)仔細(xì)檢查招標(biāo)文件頁數(shù)是否齊全。若有遺漏、重復(fù)或不清楚，須立刻書面通知發(fā)包方予以更正。Tenderershouldcarefullycheckwhethertenderdocumentationhascompletepages.Ifthereareanypagesmissing,repeatedorunclear,tenderershouldimmediatelynotifyEmployerinwrittenformformodification.

3.4

若有必要在回標(biāo)日期之前會發(fā)出補(bǔ)充文件對招標(biāo)文件做部分或全部的澄清或修改。PriortothedateofsubmissionoftheTender,ifnecessary,AddendawillbeissuedtoclarifyormodifytheTenderDocumentsinpartorinwhole.

3.5

每一份補(bǔ)充文件將發(fā)送給所有的投標(biāo)人，并成為招標(biāo)文件的一部分。每一份補(bǔ)充文件都有一份簽收單確認(rèn)是否收到。EveryAddendumissuedwillbedistributedtotheTendererandshallbecomepartoftheTenderDocuments.ReceiptofeachAddendummustbeacknowledgedontheformissuedwiththeAddendum.

3.6

若投標(biāo)者對招標(biāo)文件任何項(xiàng)目有不明之處，須立刻書面通知發(fā)包方以便在截止回標(biāo)前能予以解釋。IftheTendererisindoubtastothetruemeaningofanypartoftheTenderDocuments,heshouldatoncenotifytheTenderinwritingsothattheTendercangivetheinterpretationbeforeTenderSubmissioncloses.

3.7

任何對招標(biāo)文件的解釋必須由發(fā)包方以正式的補(bǔ)充文件的形式發(fā)出才有效。InterpretationsoftheTenderDocumentswillbevalidonlyifmadebyformalAddendaissuedbytheEmployer.

3.8

招標(biāo)文件中任何錯誤若可按上述方法予以更正而沒有更正的，其導(dǎo)致投標(biāo)錯誤的責(zé)任，業(yè)主不會承擔(dān)。

Anymistakeintenderdocumentation,whichisnotcorrectedbutcouldbecorrectedbythetenderaccordingtotheabovementionedways,thenEmployerwillnottaketheresponsibilitycausedbythesemistakesinthetendersubmission.

4.0

投標(biāo)文件

投標(biāo)人應(yīng)提交完全符合要求的投標(biāo)文件。TheTenderermustsubmitconformingbiddingdocumentswhichfullymeettherequirementsoftheTenderDocuments.

4.2

4.2.3

4.2.4

4.2.7

質(zhì)量保證和控制體系–投標(biāo)人應(yīng)在施工方法提綱中專門列出一個部分說明其質(zhì)量體系。QualityAssuranceandControlPrograms-TheTenderershallincludewithhisOutlineTenderMethodStatementasectiondevotedentirelytoitsproposedQualitySystem

4.2.8

安全生產(chǎn)體系–包括安全主管、安全檢查、安全手冊和指導(dǎo)、安全培訓(xùn)計劃、事故報告、火災(zāi)保護(hù)細(xì)節(jié)。SafetyandHealthProgramme-incorporatedetailsofsafetyofficers,safetyinspection,safetymanualandinstructions,safetytrainingprogramme,accidentreportingandfireprotection.

4.3

商務(wù)標(biāo)

CommercialProposal4.3.1投標(biāo)書–應(yīng)說明投標(biāo)人全稱和注冊地址。簽字官員的姓名和職務(wù)應(yīng)打印在簽字下。

4.3.3

現(xiàn)金流量–應(yīng)是對應(yīng)工程進(jìn)度的合理的現(xiàn)金流量。CashFlow–shallbealogicalcashflowthatcorrespondswiththeworkprogramme.

4.3.4

工程量清單–投標(biāo)人應(yīng)完成工程量清單，根據(jù)合同文件的規(guī)定，所報的單價將用來計算工程變更的價值。工程量清單所列價格除合同規(guī)定的變更外，將不做任何調(diào)整。BillofQuantities-TheTenderershallcompletetheattachedBillofQuantities,theratesofwhichshallbeusedduringtheContractforthepurposeofevaluatinganyvariationoftheWorksmadeinaccordancewiththeContractDocuments.ThePriceintheBillofQuantitywillnotbeadjustedexceptinthecaseofvariationsinstructedundertheContract.

4.3.5

為便于做回標(biāo)分析，投標(biāo)人必須將其工程量清單填寫在隨招標(biāo)文件一起提供的計算機(jī)光盤里。光盤必須在Windows2000

中文版和英文版或更新發(fā)行的版本下用EXCEL格式完成。工程量清單必須按照招標(biāo)文件提供的格式和順序及對應(yīng)序號，不能有任何改動，對于各專業(yè)若有增加項(xiàng)目只能放在各專業(yè)工程量清單的末尾。Inordertomakethetenderanalysiseasily,theTenderermustsubmithisBillofQuantitiesonthepreloadedcomputerdiscthatissuppliedwiththetenderdocuments.ThediscmustbecompletedusingEXCELforminWindows2000CHINESEandENGLISHsoftwareorupdatedversion.andtheBillofQuantitiesmustcomplywiththeformula,sequenceandcorrespondednumbersuppliedbythetenderdocumentwhichcannotbemodified.TheaddeditemsforeachspecialtycanonlybeplacedaftertheBillofQuantitiesofeachspecialty.

4.4

投標(biāo)標(biāo)書一式二份（其中正本一份，副本一份）和含全部投標(biāo)文件的計算機(jī)光盤。技術(shù)部分與商務(wù)標(biāo)分須分別裝訂成冊，密封并加蓋騎縫章，光盤裝在商務(wù)標(biāo)密封內(nèi)。商務(wù)標(biāo)標(biāo)書要加蓋單位公章或合同專用章及法人代表或法人代表委托人的印章。Tripletsoftendersubmissiondocument(oneoriginal,onecopies)andcomputerdiscincludingalltendersubmissiondocument.Technicaltendersubmissionandcommercialtendersubmissiondocumentsshouldbeboundseparatelyandsealedwithstamponbothsides,thecomputerdiscshallbesealedincommercialtendersubmissiondocument.Commercialtendersubmissiondocumentshouldbechoppedwithcompanysealorcontract-usedsealandsealoflegaldesignatedpersonorauthorizedrepresentativeoflegaldesignatedperson.

4.5

若正本和副本的價格和插入到投標(biāo)文件中的特定條款有矛盾，以正本為準(zhǔn)。IntheeventofanydiscrepanciesbetweentheOriginalandCopytender,thenthepricesandotherparticularsasinsertedintheOriginaltendershallprevail.

評標(biāo)方法及準(zhǔn)則

5.3

技術(shù)標(biāo)按以下環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)評標(biāo)：Detailedtechnicalassessmentincludestheevaluationofthefollowing:

5.3.1

項(xiàng)目實(shí)施–投標(biāo)人應(yīng)能管理工地上施工進(jìn)度及后勤協(xié)調(diào)問題，以證實(shí)其能力。投標(biāo)人提交的施工組織和計劃應(yīng)是非常詳細(xì)和切實(shí)可行的，能實(shí)現(xiàn)合同所規(guī)定的目標(biāo)。

PROJECTEXECUTION-Tenderersshalldemonstratetheabilitytomanagetheprojectwithinthescheduleandlogisticconstraintsprevalentatthesite.TenderersarerequiredtosubmitconstructionmethodstatementsandexecutionplanthatmustbesufficientlydetailedandpracticaltobeabletoachievetheobjectivesoftheContract.

5.3.2

施工進(jìn)度–投標(biāo)人在給定的時間表要能完成所有的施工任務(wù)。投標(biāo)人應(yīng)確認(rèn)進(jìn)度是合理的并且具有可操作性。

5.3.3

組織框圖–投標(biāo)人應(yīng)為項(xiàng)目派駐足夠的管理人員，并且清楚說明管理結(jié)構(gòu)，以及每位關(guān)鍵管理人員和現(xiàn)場人員的作用。

5.3.4

由于超市采用租賃的模式建造超市，因此本次招標(biāo)以超市與開發(fā)商之間的工程分界（一份為租賃合同簽訂時項(xiàng)目分界limitsofsupply，詳見附件5，一份為項(xiàng)目分界的細(xì)化討論的會議紀(jì)要，詳見附件6）為依據(jù)，將屬于超市范圍內(nèi)的工程作為本次招標(biāo)范圍。下面分項(xiàng)工程的工程范圍是對上述文件的補(bǔ)充與局部細(xì)化說明。以下說明，其中可能涉及到的一切費(fèi)用，除招標(biāo)文件中單獨(dú)列出的項(xiàng)外，均被認(rèn)為已經(jīng)包含于合同總價中。Withregardstotheleasingmodulefortheproject,theworkinterface(seeattachedtwodocumentswhicharethelimitsofsupplyonleasingcontract-appendix5andmeetingminutesforspecifyingtheworkinterface-appendix6)betweenAuchanandthedevelopershouldbeworkedasthetenderingbasis.AndtheworkscopeofAuchanwouldbecoveredinthistenderingwork.Forinstance,hereinafteristhesupplementaryandspecificationfortheworkscope.Notice:thebelow-mentionedoverallfeesshouldbeincludedintothetotalcontractsumsexcepttheitemslistedinthetenderdocument..

1.2投標(biāo)單位根據(jù)業(yè)主提供的圖紙自行計算工程量，按下列格式分項(xiàng)進(jìn)行報價，在報價過程中如發(fā)現(xiàn)下列表格有漏項(xiàng)，可將漏項(xiàng)添加在表格后邊予以報價。Thebiddershouldcalculatetheworksquantityaccordingtothedrawingstheclientsupplies,andquoteasfollowingformat.Duringthequotation,ifthereanyitemomittedinthesheet,itcanbeaddedafterthesheetforquotation.

1.5報價過程中，如有問題需澄清，可向上海潤豐工程管理有限公司咨詢。Duringthequotation,ifthereanyproblemneedsclarification,theycanconsultfromShanghaiRunFengConstructionManagementCo.,Ltd.

1.6對于施工圖紙中可能出現(xiàn)，與國家及地方設(shè)計規(guī)范、驗(yàn)收規(guī)范或當(dāng)?shù)亟ㄖ鞴懿块T頒發(fā)的相關(guān)規(guī)定不符的，投標(biāo)單位應(yīng)在投標(biāo)前及時向業(yè)主提出，在投標(biāo)單位中標(biāo)后，出現(xiàn)此類情況，中標(biāo)單位必須進(jìn)行整改，費(fèi)用由中標(biāo)單位承擔(dān)。Forthepotentialproblemsoftheconstructiondrawings,whichwouldbeinconsistentwiththenationalandlocaldesignanddeliverycodes,ortherelatedregulationsdemonstratedbylocalbuildingdepartment,thebiddershouldpointedthemouttimelytoAuchan.Shouldanysuchproblemsaftertheacceptanceofthetender,thebiddermustrectifythemandpayfortherelatedfeesforrectification.

下列所描述的工作：

中標(biāo)單位施工的臨時用水、用電及為超市指定分包商提供臨時施工用電、用水設(shè)施。負(fù)責(zé)從現(xiàn)場臨時變壓器下引出總配電箱，并在每個樓層放置兩個主配電箱（內(nèi)配足夠的開關(guān)），以便超市分包商能夠從同樓層就近的配電箱內(nèi)取得臨時用電，和施工期間的維護(hù)。水電費(fèi)用用表按量計量由分包商直接支付。對超市指定分包商進(jìn)行管理。超市所有的分包商對外均以中標(biāo)單位的名義，而不再另行交費(fèi)。ThebiddershouldberesponsibleforthetemporarywaterandpowersupplyforthenominatedsubcontractorsofAuchanaswellasthemselves,moreover,theyshouldalsotakechargeofthemaintenanceworkandtheworkstoprepareageneraldistributioncabinetcomingfromthetemporarytransformerandthentoarrangetwomaindistributioncabinetswithsufficientswitchesoneachfloor,sothatthesubcontractorsofAuchancouldgetthepowersupplyatthenearestdistributioncabinet.Thewaterandpowerfeesshouldbedirectlypaidbythenominatedsubcontractorsaspertherecords.Forinstance,thesubcontractorsofAuchanshouldalsobeunderthecontrolofthebidderandnotpayforadditionalfeesinthenameofthebidder.

1.7.2

為大樓提供現(xiàn)場環(huán)境臨時照明、臨時通風(fēng)、臨時消防、安全設(shè)施等施工臨時設(shè)施，如市政水電未正式開通之前，如業(yè)主要求，為甲供設(shè)備調(diào)試及運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)提供臨時水電。Supplythetemporaryconstructionfacilitiesforthebuilding,suchasthetemporarylighting,ventilation,fireprotection,safetyequipmentandsoon.Beforetheconnectiontomunicipalwaterandpowersupply,supplytemporarywaterandpowersystemsforthecommissioningandrunningofclientofferedequipmentsiftheclientrequiresfor.

1.7.3

負(fù)責(zé)大樓內(nèi)的所有施工垃圾（包括所有分包商的建筑垃圾）清運(yùn)和現(xiàn)場保潔，達(dá)到文明衛(wèi)生工地的要求，有專職清潔隊伍。

Beresponsibleforalloftheconstructiontrash(includingallbuildersrubbishcollectedbythesubcontractors)transportationandsitecleaningofthebuilding,reachtherequirementofcivilizedandhealthysite,andaprofessionalcleaningstaffinsite.1.8.本工程中標(biāo)單位將以開發(fā)商蘇常置業(yè)有限公司的總承包商——南湖建筑公司的分包商的名義進(jìn)場施工，須服從總包的管理。有關(guān)總包管理配合費(fèi)，投標(biāo)單位須在報價匯總表中以“總包服務(wù)費(fèi)”列出。通過與開發(fā)商及總包協(xié)商，取合同分項(xiàng)分部工程價款3％，所有投標(biāo)單位按這一比例記取。

ThebidderofthisprojectshouldbeinvolvedintotheconstructionworkinthenameofsubcontractorofNanhuConstructionCompanywhoisthegeneralcontractorofthedeveloper—SuchangRealEstateCo.,Ltd,andbeunderthecontrolofthegeneralcontractor.Thecooperationfeesforgeneralcontractorshouldbelistedastheservicefeesforgeneralcontractorinthequotesummary.AfterdiscussionwithdeveloperandGC,thepercentageis3%oftotalsumofSummaryA.allthebiddershouldadopttothispercentagewhentendering.

1.9.所有由業(yè)主提供，承包商負(fù)責(zé)安裝施工的設(shè)備、材料，承包商須負(fù)責(zé)卸貨、倉儲、保管、駁運(yùn)、安裝及調(diào)試等全部工作。

本招標(biāo)文件中指定品牌和規(guī)格的材料，歡迎投標(biāo)單位在投標(biāo)時提供替代的選擇方案，將由業(yè)主最后確定。

1.11

所有各種材料的采購和施工，必須取得業(yè)主代表的批準(zhǔn)方可進(jìn)行采購和大面積的施工。Allkindofmaterialpurchaseandconstruction,beforeitsprocessing,mustbeconfirmedbytheClient’srepresentative.

1.12施工圖紙中要求但現(xiàn)場未預(yù)留的洞口的開鑿費(fèi)及加固費(fèi)。Theexcavationandreinforcementfeesofthepre-resevedholesaspertheconstructiondrawings,thoughtheholeshadn’tpre-reservedonthesite.

由業(yè)主提供的甲供設(shè)備清單（見附件7），分為三部分：第一部分為超市指定的分包商負(fù)責(zé)供貨安裝，中標(biāo)單位進(jìn)行必要的施工配合，另一部分是超市提供設(shè)備，中標(biāo)單位負(fù)責(zé)安裝，其他的為中標(biāo)單位負(fù)責(zé)提供、安裝，調(diào)試。

2．分項(xiàng)工程

WorkItems2.1.給水排水工程Plumbinganddrainage所有項(xiàng)目均包括油漆和保溫和防結(jié)露保溫、支架、試壓、沖洗、衛(wèi)生檢驗(yàn)等規(guī)范要求的全部工序。在每個用水點(diǎn)的生活給水管、純水冷熱水管、熱水管上末端1米范圍用不同顏色標(biāo)志區(qū)分，末端的閥門使用不銹鋼手柄式球閥，手柄顏色同相應(yīng)管道標(biāo)志顏色，投標(biāo)時提供樣品。上述管道全程范圍內(nèi)用相應(yīng)的顏色每五米間隔示意且標(biāo)明水流方向。Allitemsshouldbewithfullproceduresrequiredbyregulations,includingpainting,thermalinsulationandanti-dewinsulation,bracket,pressuretest,wash,sanitationinspectionandsoon.Attheendofthefeedwaterpipes,purifiedhotorcoldwaterpipesandhotwaterpipes,theyshouldbepaintedwithdifferentcolorsfor1-meterwide,andthevalvesshouldbestainlesssteelhandlingbutterflyballvalveswiththesamecolorastheirpipes.Inaddition,thesamplesofthesevalvesshouldbeprovidedupontendering.Markthepipewithdifferentcolorsatevery5mandindicatethewaterflowingdirection.

2.1.1生活水系統(tǒng)Domesticwatersystem一層供水由市政直接供水，從室外環(huán)網(wǎng)至室內(nèi)給水立管1米高處均不在本次報價范圍內(nèi)，其他的水管（包冷卻塔補(bǔ)水管）均在本次招標(biāo)范圍內(nèi)。二、三及頂層供水由生活泵房變頻提供。依照項(xiàng)目分界，從生活水箱出口第一個閥門（包括該閥門）開始，以下部分均在本次報價范圍。Thewatersupplyon1stfloorwouldbeprovidedbythemunicipaldepartmentdirectly.Fromexteriorringmainsubstationtotheinteriorverticalpipesof1mhigh,itwouldnotbecontainedinthisquote;whiletherestwaterpipesshouldbecoveredinit.Thebelow-mentionedworksshouldbecoveredinthistender,thatare,thewatersupplyfor2nd,3rdfloorsandtheroofwouldbeprovidedbydomesticwaterpumpinfrequencytranslation.Accordingtotheworkinterface,thisquotewouldcontainthepartsfromthefirstvalve(thisvalvewouldalsobeincluded)oftheoutletofdomesticwatertanktotherest.

2.1.3熱水系統(tǒng)

Domestichotwatersystem所有的熱水系統(tǒng)（包括生活熱水及回水、純凈水熱水及回水）均以鍋爐房墻外一米為界限。鍋爐房內(nèi)管道設(shè)備安裝見動力系統(tǒng)鍋爐房安裝一項(xiàng)。

Allthereferedhotwatersystem(includingthedomestichotwaterandreturnwater,purifiedhotwaterandreturnwater)shouldbelimitedto1meteroutsideofthewalloftheboilerroom.Whiletheinstallationofthepipeworksoftheboilerroomcouldbeattachedtotheinstallationofpowersystemintheboilerroom.

2.1.4

排水系統(tǒng)

Drainagesystem含所有的二、三層及屋頂區(qū)域的排水，所有的排水立管均由開發(fā)商負(fù)責(zé)，本次招標(biāo)只負(fù)責(zé)在每層樓板下從排水立管上的三通接口至各排水點(diǎn)橫管、支立管，透氣管及連通管均在本次報價范圍內(nèi)。Forthedrainagesystem,thefollowingworkswouldbecoveredinthistender,suchasthedrainageon2nd,3rdfloorsandtheroof,theconnectionfromthe“T”jointsoneachfloorslabstothecrossingpipes,subdownpipes,ventpipesandcommunicatingpipesateachdrainagepoint.Whileallthedownpipesshouldbeprovidedbythedeveloper.

超市賣場區(qū)域及冷庫食品加工區(qū)的地漏均采用專用的不銹鋼大地漏，地漏和清掃口由超市提供，本次招標(biāo)僅負(fù)責(zé)安裝該地漏和清掃口。其他區(qū)域地漏和清掃口的安裝在本次招標(biāo)范圍內(nèi)，并提供地漏和清掃口樣本。Thespecialbigstainlesssiphonsuppliedbytheclientwillbeadoptedinhypermarketsalesareaandrefrigerationarea.However,inthistender,onlytheinstallworkofthesiphonwouldbecovered.Thesiphonsandtheinstallationofthecleanoutinotherareasarealsocoveredinthistender.Needtoofferthesamples.

2.1.6

所有空調(diào)冷卻水系統(tǒng)均在本次招標(biāo)范圍內(nèi)。

2.2暖通空調(diào)工程

HVACworks本工程的工作范圍為參照施工圖完成所有空調(diào)系統(tǒng)（包括空調(diào)水系統(tǒng)，空調(diào)風(fēng)管系統(tǒng)）、通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)、二層排油煙系統(tǒng)，含設(shè)備（甲供設(shè)備除外）、材料及機(jī)具人工。Workscopeofthisproject:finishtheACsystem,Ventilationsystem,andsmokeexhaustingsystemon2ndflooraspertheconstructiondrawings,furthermore,supplytheequipments(excepttheclientprovidedequipments),materialsandmachineworkersaswell.

一般說明
