重慶工商大學繼續(xù)教育學院調(diào)查報告上清寺教學點2011級市場營銷專業(yè)報告題目關(guān)于重慶水運市場的調(diào)查報告類別層次專科學生姓名XXX指導教師XXX2013年11月10日重慶工商大學繼續(xù)教育學院學生調(diào)查報告成績表目錄一、調(diào)查時間·····························································································································1二、調(diào)查目的·····························································································································1三、調(diào)查方法·····························································································································1四、調(diào)查對象·····························································································································1五、調(diào)查內(nèi)容·····························································································································1(一)公司情況·························································································································1(二)運量構(gòu)成·························································································································21、水路貨運············································································································································22、水路客運············································································································································3(三)收入構(gòu)成·························································································································31、水路貨運············································································································································32、水路客運············································································································································4(四)運力構(gòu)成·························································································································41、水路貨運············································································································································42、水路客運············································································································································4六、調(diào)查結(jié)果·····························································································································4(一)重慶水運企業(yè)面臨的現(xiàn)狀·····························································································4(二)重慶水運企業(yè)存在的問題·····························································································6七、調(diào)查結(jié)果分析·····················································································································6關(guān)于重慶水運市場的調(diào)查報告2011級市場營銷XXX一、調(diào)查時間20xx年7月7日~7月17日二、調(diào)查目的了解20xx年重慶市水運市場結(jié)構(gòu)的基本情況,運用我所學的知識,分析重慶市水運市場所面臨的現(xiàn)狀并提出建議。三、調(diào)查方法調(diào)查采用問卷調(diào)查和直接訪談相結(jié)合的方式。四、調(diào)查對象重慶港九股份有限公司;重慶新世紀游輪股份有限公司;民生輪船股份有限公司;重慶長江黃金游輪有限公司。重慶輪船(集團)有限公司;重慶長江輪船公司。五、調(diào)查內(nèi)容(一)公司情況重慶港九股份有限公司、民生輪船股份有限公司、重慶輪船(集團)有限公司及重慶長江輪船公司(簡稱重慶長航)都是重慶市以水路運輸為主,結(jié)合鐵路、公路一體化的港口企業(yè)或者運輸企業(yè)。幾大公司總共在長江沿線擁有碼頭與港區(qū)幾十座、各種標準的干散貨船舶、集裝箱船舶和專用滾裝船舶總計258艏,主要從事的包括水上客貨運輸、貨物裝卸、內(nèi)河貨運、水陸中轉(zhuǎn)、集裝箱、物資、商品存儲、物流配送等在內(nèi)的長江干支流跨省貨物運輸。目前在重慶,全市貨運第1頁共7頁船舶中上述幾大公司船舶占有量達到49%的比例,干貨運輸、集裝箱及滾裝商品車運輸業(yè)從來都是處于領(lǐng)先地位的,集裝箱航運業(yè)務一直占據(jù)著重慶集裝箱航運市場份額的58%以上,滾裝商品車運輸業(yè)務占據(jù)重慶市場份額的70%左右??瓦\船舶主要是在經(jīng)濟型游船方面,包括在庫區(qū)內(nèi)的以普通客船為主要交通工具的客班輪。重慶新世紀游輪股份有限公司和重慶長江黃金游輪有限公司都是以長江三峽高端涉外豪華游輪為主的旅游集團公司。各公司旗下都擁有星級豪華游輪若干,包括“世紀之星”、“世紀天子”、“世紀輝煌”、“世紀鉆石”、“世紀寶石”、“世紀神話”、“世紀傳奇”、“長江黃金1號”、“長江黃金2號”、“長江黃金3號“長江黃金5號”、“長江黃金6號”、“長江黃金7號”、長江黃金8號”等系列豪華游輪,它們憑借長江沿岸名勝景觀、景點、城市等自然人文環(huán)境,以休閑、觀光旅游、餐飲、住宿、購物為一體的服務方式,為國際、國內(nèi)游客提供旅游綜合服務業(yè)務。它們是集星級酒店管理、觀光旅游、輪船運輸為一體的復合型旅游集團公司。(二)運量構(gòu)成1、水路貨運通過本次調(diào)查初步統(tǒng)計,20xx年,全市水路貨運量1.29億噸。其中:干散貨運輸量約1億噸,占全市水路貨運量的78%;化危品、載貨汽車滾裝、商品汽車滾裝、集裝箱等運輸方式合計完成運輸量約2830萬噸,占全市水路貨運量的22%。20xx年,全市化危品水路運輸量約為940萬噸,占全市水路貨運量的7.3%。其中:石油、天然氣及制品594萬噸,化工原料及制品346萬噸。主要貨物為成品油、液態(tài)化工原料、瀝青等。其中:成品油運輸中,汽柴油運輸主要航線為上海、江蘇、安徽及湖北各港到重慶,航空煤油運輸主要航線是南京到重慶;液態(tài)化工原料中,甲醇、醋酸乙烯、醋酸乙酯運輸航線是長壽到江蘇,對二甲苯的運輸主要航線主要是上海到涪陵,其他液態(tài)化工原料主要是重慶到湖北、江蘇;瀝青及其他貨類主要航線是江蘇到重慶航線。載貨汽車滾裝運輸量13.57萬輛,約515萬噸占全市水路貨運量的4%。主要航線是重慶到湖北宜昌和重慶萬州到宜第2頁共7頁昌。商品汽車滾裝運輸量為26.34萬輛,約55萬噸,占全市水路貨運量的0.4%。主要航線是重慶到湖北武漢。集裝箱水路運輸量66.11萬標箱,約1322萬噸,占全市水路貨運量的10.3%。主要航線是重慶到上海及長江中下游各港口。而在干散貨運輸量中,跨省運輸量約為6500萬噸;市內(nèi)短駁運輸量約為3500萬噸。干散貨貨物主要是以煤炭、礦建材料、金屬礦石、非金屬礦石、鋼鐵制品為主。其中煤炭主要航線是宜賓、瀘州、合江、萬州、奉節(jié)等港口到長江中下游各港口;礦建材料主要是黃砂運輸,主要航線是湖北、湖南到重慶沿線港口;金屬礦石主要是上水的重鋼、達鋼、威鋼鐵礦石,主要航線是上海、南通、鎮(zhèn)江等港口到長壽和萬州;下水主要是錳礦和鋁土礦等,主要航線為宜賓等上游港口到中下游港口。非金屬礦石主要為元明粉、磷礦、硫磺、石英砂和陶瓷土等,主要航線為宜賓、樂山等港口到江蘇和從江蘇到萬州及采取主城各港口。鋼鐵制品主要為下水的重鋼鋼材至江蘇和上水的寶鋼、馬鋼等鋼廠鋼材到重慶各港。2、水路客運據(jù)調(diào)查后統(tǒng)計,20xx年,全市三峽及支流航線旅游客運接待量72萬人次左右。其中:涉外豪華游輪完成了34萬人次左右,占全市水上運輸旅游客運量的47%,經(jīng)濟型游船完成38萬人次左右,占全市三峽旅游客運量的53%。20xx年以后,豪華游輪客運量逐年上升,經(jīng)濟型游船市場逐漸萎縮,豪華游輪已成為全市三峽旅游的主要運輸方式。20xx年豪華游輪的旅客構(gòu)成以國內(nèi)游客為主,占豪華游輪客運量的70%。主要航線為重慶到宜昌的三峽游,其中,上水約為16.7萬人次,下水約為17.3萬人次。經(jīng)濟型游船旅客構(gòu)成也是主要以國內(nèi)游客為主,同樣是重慶到宜昌的三峽游,其中,上水約為14.2萬人次,下水約為23.8萬人次。(三)收入構(gòu)成1、水路貨運據(jù)調(diào)查后統(tǒng)計,20xx年,全市水路貨運收入約67.2億元左右。其中:化危品、載貨汽車滾裝、商品汽車滾裝中國長航重慶長江輪船公司、集裝箱等運輸方式合計實現(xiàn)運輸收入31.2億元,占全市水路貨運收入的46%。干散貨運輸實現(xiàn)第3頁共7頁收入36億元左右,占全市水路貨運收入的54%。2、水路客運據(jù)調(diào)查后統(tǒng)計,20xx年,全市水路客運收入約9.7億元左右。其中:豪華游輪實現(xiàn)收入7.5億元左右,占全市水路客運收入的77%左右;經(jīng)濟型游船實現(xiàn)收入2.2億元左右,占全市水路客運收入的23%左右。(四)運力構(gòu)成截止20xx年底,全市航運企業(yè)332家,其中:從事集裝箱運輸?shù)?5家,從事化危品運輸?shù)?6家,從事載貨汽車滾裝運輸?shù)?0家,從事豪華游輪運輸?shù)?家,從事商品汽車滾裝運輸?shù)?家。其中:1、水路貨運據(jù)調(diào)查后統(tǒng)計,20xx年,全市水路貨運船舶2406艏、580萬載重噸。其中,集裝箱、化危品、載貨汽車滾裝、商品汽車滾裝等高附加值運輸船舶總數(shù)303艏、98.48萬載重噸,占貨運船舶總運力的17%;干貨貨運運輸船舶2103艏、481.52萬載重噸,占貨運船舶總運力的83%。2、水路客運據(jù)調(diào)查后統(tǒng)計,20xx年,全市水路客運船舶76艏、33972客位。其中,豪華游輪32艏、8730客位,占全市三峽旅游船舶總運力的26%;經(jīng)濟型游船44艏、25242客位,占全市三峽旅游船舶總運力的74%。六、調(diào)查結(jié)果(一)重慶水運企業(yè)面臨的現(xiàn)狀1、從通過上述幾家單位直接訪談的結(jié)果看,20xx年重慶市所有的水運企業(yè)第4頁共7頁貨運都不是很景氣。幾家單位中僅有一家單位盈利,其余幾家單位都是在虧損中。而從調(diào)查結(jié)果分析中發(fā)現(xiàn),重慶水路貨運如化危品、載貨汽車滾裝、商品汽車滾裝、集裝箱等高附加值運輸方式的企業(yè)以17%的運力,完成了22%的數(shù)量貨運量,完成了46%的水路貨運收入。這些企業(yè)對運力控制較好,運輸收入較高,效益相對較好,企業(yè)生存狀況也相對較好。而干散貨運輸方式的企業(yè)以83%的運力,完成了78%的水路貨運量,僅完成了54%的水路貨運收入。這些企業(yè)經(jīng)營主體規(guī)模小,集約化程度低,運價長期低迷,生存處境甚艱難。2、通過對單位訪談的結(jié)果看,20xx年重慶市水運企業(yè)客運方面出現(xiàn)兩極分化嚴重。以豪華游輪為主的客運企業(yè)客運量增加,而以普通游輪為主的客運企業(yè)旅客呈逐年下降趨勢。幾家客運企業(yè)單位僅僅是勉強盈虧持平。而從調(diào)查結(jié)果分析中發(fā)現(xiàn),重慶水路客運市場豪華游輪運輸方式以26%的客位數(shù),完成了全市水路客運量的47%,實現(xiàn)了全市77%的三峽旅游運輸收入。豪華游輪數(shù)量上雖有所增長,但運力投放過快,市場競爭激烈,價格現(xiàn)已普遍下降,主體收入增幅放緩;經(jīng)濟型游輪運輸方式以74%的客位數(shù),僅完成全市水路客運量的53%,實現(xiàn)全市23%的三峽旅游運輸收入。這些經(jīng)濟型游船由于客運量和收入因高速路、鐵路的快速發(fā)展逐年都在下滑,總收入一直在持續(xù)下降中。從目前重慶各港水路旅游客運經(jīng)營的情況看,客運量都呈現(xiàn)逐年下降,下降尤為明顯的都是區(qū)間短途客運量。以旅游為主的客運量卻稍有上升,除重慶依靠其直轄市效應和較為深厚的歷史文化底蘊等仍為主要集散之外,萬州及轄區(qū)的奉節(jié)、宜昌均逐漸成為新的三峽旅游集散地。3、各公司注重了水路與公路、鐵路的聯(lián)運,為實現(xiàn)水轉(zhuǎn)陸和水陸聯(lián)運奠定了基礎(chǔ)。通過近幾年鐵路、民航機場以及高速公路的建設(shè),立體綜合交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)的第5頁共7頁格局基本形成,其輻射川東北、湘鄂西、陜南等的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢得以體現(xiàn)。對客貨源的聚集創(chuàng)造了條件。(二)重慶水運企業(yè)存在的問題1、部分運輸方式運力供需失衡,結(jié)構(gòu)性矛盾仍將持續(xù)受航運市場持續(xù)低迷行業(yè)主管部門宏觀調(diào)控加強等因素影響,全市船舶運力投放速度有所放緩,但運力供給總量仍大于貨運需求總量,部分運輸方式存在船舶運力供需失衡狀況,運力結(jié)構(gòu)性
