GeneralDescriptionaboutConnectionofgenerator-transformerunit3臺(tái)330MW汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)組,以發(fā)電機(jī)-變壓器組單元接線型式接入廠內(nèi)150KV配電裝置。發(fā)電機(jī)出線端和中性點(diǎn)端的出線套管各裝設(shè)4組電流互感器,發(fā)電機(jī)出線端配置3組電壓互感器和1組避雷器,發(fā)電機(jī)中性點(diǎn)經(jīng)單相接地變壓器二次側(cè)電阻接地。發(fā)電機(jī)與主變壓器之間的連接采用全連式離相封閉母線,高壓廠用變壓器和勵(lì)磁變壓器由發(fā)電機(jī)與主變低壓側(cè)之間引接。發(fā)電機(jī)勵(lì)磁采用靜態(tài)自并勵(lì)系統(tǒng)。Three330MWSTGunitsareconnectedwiththe150KVswitchgearinformofgenerator-transformerunit.4CTsareinstalledatthebusbarbushingsonthegeneratoroutgoingsideandneutralpointsiderespectively.3PTsand1groupofsurgearrestersareequippedonthegeneratoroutgoingside.Thegeneratorneutralpointisearthedviaasingletransformerwhosesecondarysideisconnectedwithashuntresistor;oneendoftheresistorisearthed.Inaddition,thegeneratorisconnectedwiththetransformerwithwholeconnectionisolated-phaseenclosedbusbarandtheHVauxiliarytransformeraswellastheexcitationtransformerisconnectedbetweenthegeneratorandthemaintransformer.Theexciteradoptsstaticself-shuntexcitationsystem.150KV配電裝置采用采用3/2斷路器接線方式,3臺(tái)發(fā)電機(jī)組經(jīng)主變壓器升壓接入150KV母線。全廠設(shè)置2臺(tái)起動(dòng)/備用變壓器,作為電廠機(jī)組起動(dòng)和備用電源,由150KV配電裝置母線引接。設(shè)置1臺(tái)150/20KV城市供電變壓器(TFT)由150KV母線引接。150KV系統(tǒng)共有3回發(fā)-變組進(jìn)線,2回起備變出線,1回TFT出線,4回線路出線,組成5個(gè)完整串。除過TFT外,所有變壓器進(jìn)線及出線回路均裝設(shè)三相電壓互感器,在150KV母線裝設(shè)單相電壓互感器。The150KVswitchgearadoptstwothirdsCBconnectionandthe3generatorssetaresteppedupby3mainpowertransformersandthenconnectedtothe150KVbusbar.2setofstart-up/standbytransformersareinstalledintheplant,servingasplantstart-upandstandbypowersource,whichareconnectedfromthe150KVbusbar.One150/20KVTFTisequipped,whichisoriginatedfromthe150KVbusbarforthe150KVsystem,therearetotally3in-cominglinesareavailableforgenerator-transformerunit,2outgoinglinesforSST,oneoutgoingforTFTand4outgoinglines.Therefore,5completeincomingandoutgoingloopsareformed.ExcepttheTFT,allthetransformersarefittedwith3-phasePTsforin-comingandoutgoinglines.Additional,singlephasePTsarefittedforthe150KVbusbarsystem.150KV配電裝置采用屋外中型布置型式,為了減小配電裝置縱向尺寸,加長橫向尺寸以利于變壓器能夠直接架空進(jìn)線,斷路器采用雙列布置,每一串的進(jìn)出線回路占用2個(gè)間隔。在母線的兩端設(shè)置母線接地開關(guān)。The150KVswitchgearadoptsoutdoorintermediate-typelayouttodecreasetheverticalsizeandextenttransversesizesothatthetransformercanbedirectlyconnectedwiththeoverheadin-coming.TheCBisarrangedin2columnsandeachbunchofin-comingandoutgoingoccupies2chambers.Foreachbusbar,2earthingdisconnectorsareinstalledonthebothends..2 勵(lì)磁系統(tǒng)概述及其技術(shù)規(guī)范.4 勵(lì)磁整流柜.4.2 AVRPanel勵(lì)磁調(diào)節(jié)器(AVR)采用廣州擎天電氣控制實(shí)業(yè)有限公司生產(chǎn)的EXC9000型微機(jī)勵(lì)磁調(diào)節(jié)器。TheadoptedmicrocomputerAVRofwhichthemodelisEXC9000isprovidedbyElectricalControlSub-companyofGuangzhouKinteIndustryCo.,Ltd.AVR采用微機(jī)/微機(jī)/模擬三通道雙模冗余結(jié)構(gòu),由兩個(gè)自動(dòng)電壓調(diào)節(jié)通道(A、B)和一個(gè)手動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)通道(C)組成,這三個(gè)通道從測(cè)量回路到脈沖輸出回路完全獨(dú)立。調(diào)節(jié)通道以主從方式工作,其中一個(gè)自動(dòng)電壓調(diào)節(jié)通道作為主通道,另一個(gè)自動(dòng)電壓調(diào)節(jié)通道作為第一備用通道,手動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)通道作為第二備用通道。各備用通道可自動(dòng)跟蹤,保證無擾動(dòng)切換。設(shè)置AVR與DCS接口,實(shí)現(xiàn)控制室內(nèi)對(duì)AVR的遠(yuǎn)方控制。調(diào)節(jié)器通道組合比較靈活,共計(jì)有三通道、雙微機(jī)、微機(jī)/模擬、自動(dòng)/手動(dòng)等四種組合。TheAVRadoptsthestructureofmicrocomputer/microcomputer/analogue3-channel2-moduleredundancy.The3channelsarecomposedby2autovoltageregulationchannels(A,B)andonemanualregulationchannel(C)andthosethreechannelshavetheirindependentmeasurementcircuitandpulseoutputcircuit.Theregulationchanneloperatesinthemain-bypassmodewhichmeansoneofthemworksasthemainchannel,theotheroneasthefirstbackupchannelandthemanualregulationchannelasthesecondbackupchannel.What’smore,eachchanneliscapableofautomatictracingtoensureswitchoverwithoutdisturbance.OneinterfacebetweenAVRandDCSisavailablewhichcanactualizeremotecontrolforAVRincontrolcentre.OnemorecharacteristicforAVRisthatthecombinationofchannelsisflexibleandtotally4combinationsareavailablewhichare3channels,dualmicrocomputer,microcomputer/analogue,auto/manual.運(yùn)行方式:恒發(fā)電機(jī)機(jī)端電壓的自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)功能、恒發(fā)電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子電流的手動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)功能、疊加的恒無功調(diào)節(jié)、疊加的恒功率因數(shù)調(diào)節(jié)。我們經(jīng)常采用的運(yùn)行方式為恒發(fā)電機(jī)機(jī)端電壓的自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)方式.Operationmode:constantautoregulationofgeneratoroutputvoltage,constantmanualregulationofgeneratorrotorcurrent,superposedconstantreactivepowerregulationandsuperposedconstantpowerfactorregulation.Theoperationmodeweusuallyuseisconstantautoregulationofgeneratoroutputvoltage.起勵(lì)控制:采用快速脈沖列技術(shù)以實(shí)現(xiàn)殘壓起勵(lì)。在起勵(lì)過程中,在可控硅整流器的輸入端僅需要約10V~20V的電壓即可正常工作。如果電壓低于10V~20V,可控硅整流器就會(huì)被連續(xù)地觸發(fā)(二極管工作模式)以達(dá)到該值。然而,如果在5秒內(nèi)殘壓起勵(lì)失敗,則起動(dòng)備用起勵(lì)回路。這個(gè)備用回路設(shè)計(jì)用于達(dá)到所需要的10V~20V電壓。在機(jī)端電壓達(dá)到發(fā)電機(jī)電壓的10%時(shí),備用起勵(lì)回路自動(dòng)退出,立即開始軟起勵(lì)過程并建壓到預(yù)定的電壓水平。整個(gè)起勵(lì)過程和順序控制是通過調(diào)節(jié)器實(shí)現(xiàn)的。備用起勵(lì)回路為模塊化結(jié)構(gòu),包括空氣開關(guān)、起勵(lì)接觸器、導(dǎo)向二極管、限流電阻。Initialexcitationcontrol:theresidualvoltageexcitationinitiationisactualizedwithquickpulsecolumn.Duringtheprocessofinitialexcitation,only10V~20Visneededintotheinletendofthecontrolledrectifierfornormaloperation.Butthecontrolledrectifierwillbeconstantlytriggered(diodeoperationmode)toreach10V~20Vifthevoltageisnotadequate.However,iftheresidualvoltageexcitationinitiationfailswithin5sec,thebackupexcitationcircuitwillbeputintoservicewhichisusedtoprovidetheneededvoltageof10V~20V.Whenthegeneratoroutputvoltageclimbsto10%oftheratedvalue,thebackupinitialexcitationcircuitwillactivatedautomatically.Next,thesoftexcitationwillbestartedtoestablishtheratedvoltagelevel.TheentireprocessandsequentialcontrolareactualizedbyAVR.Inaddition,thebackupinitialexcitationcircuitisofmodulestructureconsistingofavacuumCB,oneinitialexcitationcontactor,onediodeandonecurrentlimitingresistor..4.6
