寶雞市工程件廠是生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品的專業(yè)工廠，現(xiàn)有職工200余人，擁有主要生產(chǎn)設(shè)備一百一十多臺(tái)和一批制造產(chǎn)品的設(shè)備。建廠二十委內(nèi)瑞拉、斯坦等亞洲、非洲、美洲二十多個(gè)國家和地區(qū)。工廠通過了中國質(zhì)量認(rèn)證中心的ISO9001國際質(zhì)量體系認(rèn)證。產(chǎn)品得船級(jí)社ABS和中國船級(jí)社CCS的認(rèn)可。工廠被陜西省認(rèn)定為“高新項(xiàng)國家專利。歡迎各界新來廠作客，洽談業(yè)務(wù)HYCX-DC-21/4箱是專為鉆機(jī)移動(dòng)所配備的機(jī)構(gòu)1、技術(shù)參1.1系統(tǒng)額定工作壓力 1.2系統(tǒng)最大工作流量 同步精度 控制缸數(shù)量 4只移動(dòng)箱體外型尺寸（長×寬×高 900㎜×650㎜×11002、原理圖及結(jié)構(gòu)型2.1箱系統(tǒng)原理圖見圖1。站的壓力油接手動(dòng)多路換向閥的進(jìn)2聯(lián)主要用于調(diào)節(jié)上層滑移缸A在運(yùn)行過程中出現(xiàn)的誤差。第3聯(lián)控制上層滑移A、B的同步伸出及縮回，第4聯(lián)控制A、B的同步伸出及縮回。第5聯(lián)主要用于調(diào)節(jié)下層滑移缸A在運(yùn)行過程中出現(xiàn)的誤差。第6聯(lián)主要用于調(diào)節(jié)下層滑移缸B在運(yùn)行過程中出現(xiàn)的誤差。2.2箱具體結(jié)構(gòu)型式見圖26個(gè)手柄外露出上面板，操作者可按照面板上“小標(biāo)牌”提示進(jìn)行。5只壓力表布置于斜面板上，觀察各處壓力非常方便、直觀。各個(gè)閥及其連接管路均布置于箱體內(nèi)，箱對(duì)外色傳感器記錄儀，可監(jiān)測記錄各個(gè)缸的行程和同步情況。在操作多路閥手柄，使同一組缸同步伸出時(shí)，可根據(jù)記錄儀上顯示的各缸伸出距離可同一組兩只缸的同步情況。同時(shí)為了保護(hù)儀表等3、使用注意事出廠前，箱在廠內(nèi)已經(jīng)調(diào)試完畢，一般不需重新調(diào)節(jié)使用前，按照各個(gè)接口標(biāo)記牌提示對(duì)外聯(lián)接管路，保證系統(tǒng)正常運(yùn)行參照系統(tǒng)技術(shù)參數(shù)，配置適合動(dòng)力源前，仔細(xì)閱讀說明書過程中，各個(gè)接口必須封堵保護(hù)，以免污物進(jìn)入油路4、故障及處理方序判斷原因及處理1系統(tǒng)壓力上不泵站溢流閥卡死，，吹通閥小孔2不同步精度超差同步閥控制閥芯不靈活，閥5、易損件明 名備1GB1235-2GB1235-3GB1235-4GB1235-5JB982-6JB982-7JB982-3B21 A1B1
