三相交流異步電動機3-PHASEINDUCTIONMOTOR隨機文件DOCUMENTSPROVIDEDWITHTHEMOTOR山東華力電機集團股份有限公司SHANDONGHUALIELECTRICMOTORGROUPCO.,LTD.概述—————————————————————————2安裝前的準備—————————————————————2安裝—————————————————————————2運轉—————————————————————————3維護及檢修——————————————————————3保證期———————————————————————-4服務聲明———————————————————————4八、主要故障及修理方法——————————————————-5九、檢查及修理統(tǒng)計表————————————————————6General————————————————————————-7Preparationbeforeinstallation————————————-7InstallationofMotor—————————————————-7TrialRun———————————————————————-8Service,MaintenanceandStorage————————————9Guaranteedperiod———————————————————-10DeclareofafterService————————————————10Maintroublesandtroubleshooting———————————11STATISTICSFORINSPECTIONANDREPAIR——————————12一、概述本系列電動機為全封閉、自扇冷式、三相籠式異步電動機，適用于驅動各種機械，如金屬切削機床、泵類、通風機、分離器、液壓機械及其它輔助設備。安裝前的準備.詳細核對銘牌上所載的各項數(shù)據(jù)，如額定功率、電壓、頻率、轉速等是否與實際需要相符。2.仔細檢查各零部件的裝配是否良好，緊固件是否松動，并用手轉動轉子，檢查有無相擦現(xiàn)象。3.用500伏兆歐表測量各繞組之間及繞組對地的絕緣電阻，使用過程中測得的絕緣電阻至少不低于1MQ,否則應進行干燥處理。安裝.立式電動機在使用中不允許有任何的軸向負荷。.安裝時，應保證電動機有良好的通風條件，風罩進風端留有的空間不得小于下表的規(guī)定。機座型號63~132160~180200~355空間（毫米）2530503.接線盒的填料函方向，可在軸伸方向以外的其他三個方向進行調換，當需要重新確定接線盒填料函的方向時，可取下接線盒的四個螺釘，將接線盒移位。.將填料函內的橡皮圈穿孔后進行接線，并將壓緊螺母擰緊，達到防水、防震的要求。.安裝完畢，應檢查各緊固件、聯(lián)接件是否可靠，用手轉動裝置應輕松無相擦。運轉.本系列電動機共有6根接線頭，分別標以U1、VI、W1、U2、V2、W2,電動機引出線接線方法請按接線盒蓋上標明的方法連接。.電動機在實際負載運轉中應繼續(xù)觀察其起動情況，運轉時聲音是否正常，以及實際負載電流是否超過銘牌上的規(guī)定值，在運轉0.5~1小時后，應停車檢查電動機各機械連接部分有無松動，軸承有無過熱及漏油，定轉子有無相擦等。如無異常情況發(fā)現(xiàn)，即做正式使用。.電動機應滿壓起動，如電源容量不足不能滿壓起動時，則可采用降壓起動。電動機的起動轉矩降低與電壓降低的平方成正比，降壓起動一般采用Y-A起動補償器。維護及檢修.電動機應按銘牌所載的額定值使用，切莫過載，并應注意清潔和檢查，防止受潮或異物進入機體內部。.電動機運轉時，應經常記錄有關儀表及溫度計的讀數(shù)，運行期間的檢修情況。同時故障處理亦應做好記錄，以供今后維護及檢修作參考。.除H80?132電動機使用封閉軸承不用再加潤滑脂外，H160以上電動機均設有軸承潤滑脂注入及排除裝置。平時需要時，可取下電動機前后的注油螺塞，用油槍將潤滑脂注入。.軸承使用的潤滑脂為津脂HP-R,一般工作六個月左右，應更換潤滑脂一次，如發(fā)現(xiàn)油脂色澤暗，上面有水珠或灰塵聚集，油脂硬化變質或軸承發(fā)熱等現(xiàn)象，應即更換新油脂。更換油脂時，應將陳脂清除，并將軸承及軸承蓋洗凈，然后加入新潤滑脂，所加的油脂量以加至軸承塞的2/3為宜。.為了消除電動機的事故隱患，保證運行質量，電動機應定期進行檢修，一般三個月小檢修一次，每年大檢修一次，小檢修清除機體外的積塵、污垢，應保持接線板清潔，以免積塵受潮，產生爬電，檢查電動機線圈的絕緣電阻、接頭、接地線、各緊固零件及傳動機構的連接等有無松動，消除所發(fā)現(xiàn)的缺陷。大檢修時，應將電動機拆開，除進行小檢修的項目外，要注意線圈，檢查線圈是否完好，端部綁扎有否損壞，清潔機體內外，檢查電動機的軸承磨損情況及更新潤滑脂。保證期在用戶按照使用維護說明書的規(guī)定使用和存放電動機的情況下，我公司保證電動機使用的一年內（自制造廠起運的日期不超過二年）能良好的運行。如在此規(guī)定的時間內，電動機因制造質量不良而發(fā)生損壞或不正常工作時，我公司無償?shù)貫橛脩粜蘩?，更換零件或電機。服務聲明電動機匝間、相間短路屬于質量問題，但因超負荷運行導致電動機絕緣破壞造成的短路問題，則不屬于制造質量問題。電動機的擦心屬于質量問題，但因安裝不同心或過負荷運行導致軸承損壞引起的擦心則不屬于制造質量問題。電動機斷軸或因安裝配套使用不合理導致的電機故障或部件損壞不屬于制造質量問題。以上不屬于制造質量問題的，我公司可根據(jù)用戶要求予以有償服務。如經用戶判斷系我公司產品制造質量問題，請于我公司售后服務部門聯(lián)系，

(2)電動機軸與傳動機械軸不同心(2)檢查同心九、檢查及修理統(tǒng)計表日期檢修內容故障發(fā)生原因修理措施承修部門簽署GeneralThemotorsofthisseriesaretotallyenclosedself-fancooled,three-phasesquirrelcageinductionones,whicharesuitablefordrivingallkindsofmachines,suchasmetalcuttingmachinetools,pumps,ventilators,separators,hydraulicmachinesandotheraccessoryequipments.PreparationbeforeinstallationCheckallthedatagivenonthenameplate,suchasratedpower,voltage,frequencyandspeed,iftheyareconsistentwiththeactualdemands.Inspectcarefullyiftheassembliesofallthepartsareinconditionandifthefixingpartsareloose.Turntherotorbyhandtoobserveifthereisanyclogging.Measuretheinsulationresistancebetweenthephasewindingsandbetweenwindingstothegroundwitha500Vmeager.Duringoperation,themeasuredvalueshouldnotbelessthan1Mqotherwiseitmustbedried.InstallationofMotorAnyaxialloadwillbenotallowedinaverticalmotorduringoperation.Themotormustbeinstalledinawell-ventilatingcondition,andtheclearanceoftheairintakingsideoffanhoodmustnotbelessthanthespecifiedvalueonfollowingtable.FrameNo.63~132160~180200~355Clearance(mm)253050Thestuffingboxoftheterminalboxcanbefixedinthreedirectionsexceptoftheshaftextensionside.Ifthedirectionofthestuffingboxneedschanged,theterminalboxcanbemovedbyremovingthefoursymmetricalboltsonthebox.Afterpunchingtherubberpadinthestuffingbox,thecablemaybeconnected.Andthepackingnutsmustbescrewedupinaccordwithdemandsofwaterproofandshockproof.Afterinstallation,checkallthefixingandjointparts,seeiftheyarereliable,andtherotormustrotatefreelywithoutcloggingthenitisturnedbyhand.TrialRunTherearetotallysixterminalsoneachmotorofthisseries,whicharemarkedrespectivelyU1,V1,W1,U2,V2,andW2Leadwiresmustbeconnectedaccordingtotheconnectingmethodmarkedontheconnectingplateonthecoveroftheterminalbox.Duringactualoperationonload,stillobserveifstartingconditionorsoundisnormal,andiftheloadcurrentgoesbeyondtheratedvalue,whenthemachinehasrunfor0.5~1hour,shutdownandobserveifthejointpartsofthemachinehaveloose,orthebearingsoverheatedortheoilleakedout,andthetouchingbetweenthestatorandtherotoroccurred,ifnosuchphenomenonisfound,themotorcanbeputintopracticaloperation.Themotorshouldbestartedwithfullvoltage,ifthecapacityisincapableofstartingitwithfullvoltage,step-downstartingcanbeadopted.Thedecreaseinstartingtorqueisproportionaltothesquareofthevoltagedrop.Y-startingcompensatorisnormallyusedforthestep-downstarting.Service,MaintenanceandStorageThemotormustbeoperatedaccordingtotheratingsonthenameplateandneverbeoverloaded.Cleaningandinspectionshouldbecaredanditmustbepreventedfrommoisteningandfromforeignmattersentering.Thereadingsofrelevantinstruments,thermometerandmaintenancesituationshouldbealwaysnotedduringoperation.Thetreatmentsoftroublesshouldbealsokeptasareferencetotheserviceandmaintenanceinfuturedaystocome.MotorH80~132withsealedbearingsneednottogrease,motorswhoseframesdimensionsaregreaterthanH160areequippedwithgreasefillinganddrainingdevices.Youcanremovethefrontandrearfillingscrewplugstofillgreasewithagreasegunifitisnecessary.ThebearingsshouldbefilledwithlithiumbasegreaseHP-R,whichmustberefreshedabouteverysixmonths.Ifitisfoundthatthecolorofgreasedark,waterdropsordustgatheredonthegrease,thegreasehardenedordeteriorated,orthebearingheatedupetc.,thegreasemustberefreshed,whenrefreshing,theusedgreasemustbecleanedaway,thebearinganditscovermustbefilledtillitsquantityreaches2/3ofthebearingplugs.Periodicalinspectionshouldbetaken,inordertoavertthepossibilityofaccidentandensurenormaloperation.Generallymaintenanceshouldbedoneeverythreemonthsandanoverhauleveryyear.Foramaintenance,thedustanddirtmustbecleanedawayformtheexternalbody,andtheconnectingplateshouldbekeptcleantoavoiddampnessduetogathereddust,becausedampedconnectingplateoftencausescreeping,detecttheconnectionsoftheinsulationresistanceofwindings,checktheconnectionofterminalsandgroundingcables,andseeifthejointsofthefixingpartsanddrivemechanismhaveloosed.Everyfoundfaultmustbeeliminated.Foranoverhaul,themotormustbedisassembled.Besidestheitemswhichmustbedoneinthemaintenance,youshouldnoticethewindingsiftheyareincondition,andiftheendwindingsaredamaged,youshouldalsocleantheinsideandoutsideofthebody,observeifthemotorsbearingarewornout,andrefreshthegreaseasrequired.GuaranteedperiodItisguaranteedbythemanufacturerthatthemotorwillperforminagoodrunningcondition,foraperiodofoneyear(withintwoyearsfromthedateofshipment),onthebasisthatthecustomeroperateandstorethemotoraccordingtothemaintenanceandoperationinstructions,anydefectsowingtopoorqualityoftheworkmanshipbythemanufacturer,itiswillberepairedandchangedofpartsormotorbythemanufacturer.DeclareofafterServiceTheshortcircuitbetweencirclesorphasesisthequalityproblem,butifitisbecauseofoverload,itwillbenotthequalityproblem.Thescrapebetweenrotorandstatoristhequalityproblemifthemotoriswithnoload,butifitisbecauseofwrongfixingoroverload,itwillbenotthequalityproblem.Thebreakoftheshaftortheotherproblembecauseofwrongfixingoroverloadisnotthequalityproblem.Whentheproblemisnotthequalityproblem,wecanprovidecompensableserviceifthecustomerneed.Ifyouthinktheproblemis
