1、(資料性附錄)桿塔工頻接地電阻季節(jié)系數(shù)的監(jiān)測(cè)A.1 設(shè)計(jì)接地裝置時(shí),應(yīng)計(jì)及土壤干燥或降雨和凍結(jié)等季節(jié)變化的影響,工頻接地電阻在四季均應(yīng)符合規(guī)范要求。A.2 桿塔工頻接地電阻的季節(jié)系數(shù)可按下式計(jì)算:=Rj/R0式中:測(cè)量當(dāng)月桿塔工頻接地電阻季節(jié)系數(shù);Zj測(cè)量當(dāng)月桿塔工頻接地電阻平均值;Z0雷季中無(wú)雨水時(shí)桿塔的工頻接地電阻。A.3 輸電線路桿塔工頻接地電阻季節(jié)系數(shù)測(cè)量可采用人工定期測(cè)量方式,也可采用在線監(jiān)測(cè)方式。測(cè)量時(shí)間不少于兩年,每周測(cè)量一次。A.4 選擇用于工頻接地電阻季節(jié)系數(shù)測(cè)量的桿塔應(yīng)具有地區(qū)代表性,如山地、平原、沿海以及不同土壤類型桿塔接地裝置等。A.5 測(cè)量季節(jié)系數(shù)時(shí),應(yīng)同步記錄測(cè)量時(shí)

3、三極法測(cè)試時(shí)會(huì)有部分電流通過(guò)桿塔和避雷線分流,采用回路阻抗法測(cè)試時(shí)電流會(huì)通過(guò)基礎(chǔ)和接地極之間的小電阻回路流通,從而使接地電阻的測(cè)量結(jié)果產(chǎn)生誤差。本附錄提供人工接地極與桿塔基礎(chǔ)之間是否存在電氣連接的判斷方法,具體步驟如下:(1)解開(kāi)全部接地引下線,并將各接地引下線短接;(2)采用數(shù)字萬(wàn)用表電阻檔測(cè)量接地引下線與桿塔之間的回路電阻;(3)當(dāng)測(cè)量阻值在數(shù)及以上,或者阻值在數(shù)以下但阻值顯著變動(dòng)時(shí),認(rèn)為接地裝置與桿塔基礎(chǔ)之間不存在電氣連接;當(dāng)測(cè)量阻值為數(shù)以下且較為穩(wěn)定時(shí),認(rèn)為接地裝置與桿塔基礎(chǔ)之間存在電氣連接。(資料性附錄)電阻測(cè)試儀抗電流干擾水平的測(cè)試采用回路阻抗法測(cè)試接地電阻時(shí),運(yùn)行中的架空輸電線路
4、在測(cè)試回路中產(chǎn)生工頻干擾電流,使儀器測(cè)試結(jié)果產(chǎn)生誤差。本附錄提供了回路阻抗法中判斷儀器抗電流干擾水平的可行方法,在儀器交接驗(yàn)收、儀器抗電流干擾水平不明確、對(duì)測(cè)試結(jié)果有疑義等情況下,可按照以下方法檢驗(yàn)測(cè)試??闺娏鞲蓴_水平測(cè)試接線如圖D.1、圖D.2所示,采用交流電壓源在測(cè)試回路產(chǎn)生工頻干擾電流,通過(guò)電阻測(cè)試儀測(cè)量結(jié)果與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電阻間的誤差水平判斷抗電流干擾水平。測(cè)試步驟如下:(1)將交流電壓源Us置為0V,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電阻器RE設(shè)為1,此時(shí)電阻測(cè)試儀測(cè)量得到回路電阻為RE+r,從而獲得交流電壓源內(nèi)阻r。(2)將標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電阻器RE分別置于1、5、10,15、20、30和50等阻值,在工頻干擾電流AF分別為0.1A
