2、ers manufactured by our company, indicating its application, performances, specifications, technical parameters, usage and installation for uses reference. 1.壓力釋放閥用途和性能壓力釋放閥適用于油浸式電力變壓器、電力電容器及有載分接開關(guān)等,用來(lái)保護(hù)油箱。當(dāng)油浸式變壓器在運(yùn)行中出現(xiàn)故障時(shí),由于線圈過(guò)熱,使一部分變壓器油汽化,變壓器油箱中壓力迅速增加,這時(shí)壓力釋放閥在2ms內(nèi)迅速動(dòng)作,釋放壓力,保護(hù)油箱不致變形或爆裂。油箱內(nèi)的壓力再升高而達(dá)到

3、開啟壓力時(shí),壓力釋放閥應(yīng)再次動(dòng)作,直到油箱內(nèi)的壓力降到正常值。由于壓力釋放閥動(dòng)作后能可靠關(guān)閉,油箱外的水和空氣不能進(jìn)入油箱,變壓器內(nèi)部不會(huì)受大氣污染。Application and performance Pressure release valves play avital role in the protection of oil-immersed electrical equipments, such as transformers, high voltage switch gears, capacitor and on load tap-changers, etc. This devi

16、over of side wall of the transformer tank.5.2對(duì)于法蘭結(jié)構(gòu)的壓力釋放閥,應(yīng)配置法蘭底座。The flange seat should be provided for mountingpressure release valves. 將變壓器本體上的安裝法蘭,蝶閥,壓力釋放閥的安裝螺栓孔對(duì)齊蝶閥兩端的密封膠圈要放平放正。Align the bolt holes of the flange the butterfly valve and the release valve on the transformer.將各安裝螺紋擰緊。Tighten the i

17、nstallation bolts. 將壓力釋放閥噴口法蘭、變壓器本體排油管法蘭及中間密封墊孔對(duì)齊。Align the flange of the release valve,the flange of the discharging oil pipe on the transformer and the middle sealing ring. 將連接螺栓擰緊。Tighten the connection bolts.5.3 螺紋連接的釋放閥,在變壓器箱蓋上開孔尺寸見(jiàn)表4,然后將產(chǎn)品配備的閥托焊上即可。A connecting pressure releasevalve with screw
