1、家樂福中國風(fēng)險防范部Carrefour China Risk Prevention第三章 貨架和貨品陳列Chapter 3 Shelves and Commodies Display3.1 范圍 Scope本章規(guī)定了貨架和貨品陳列的安全要求。貨架應(yīng)確保足夠的承載力和穩(wěn)定性，并無可能導(dǎo)致突出部分。貨品陳列應(yīng)最大程度上降低貨品砸到員工和顧客的風(fēng)險。的The chapter describe safety requirements to shelves and commodities display. Commodities display shouldminimize risk of collide to employee and customers.3.2 要求 Requirement貨架安裝 Shelves Assembling貨架的承載力應(yīng)與所陳列貨品的重量匹配。貨架組裝完成后應(yīng)仔細檢查確保組件安裝正確，緊固螺絲應(yīng)無缺失。鋼貨架組件銳利的邊緣應(yīng)打磨或貼有膠紙。貨架的布置從商業(yè)的角度確定后，貨架應(yīng)用膨脹螺栓錨固在樓面上。Bearing capacity of shelves should match the commodities i

3、nside. After assembling, shelves should be inspected to ensure all components are properly erected and no fixture like screw is missing. Any sharp edges found should be finished or covered by rubberized fabric. After shelf layout is confirmed per commerl concern, shelves should be bolted on floor.倉庫

4、內(nèi)貨架護腳Upright Protection of Rack in Warehouse倉庫內(nèi)貨架安裝應(yīng)符合以上貨架安裝要求。另外，倉庫內(nèi)貨架立桿應(yīng)用螺栓與地面錨固，并安裝護 腳。Installation of rack in warehouse should meet above requirement. In addition, upright of rack should be bolted on the floor and feet protection should be equipped.倉庫內(nèi)貨隔板Grated Shelf of Rack in Warehouse倉庫內(nèi)貨架內(nèi)隔板

5、應(yīng)采用通透型隔板，如金屬絲網(wǎng)隔板。Shelf in rack should be grated type, as long as the grating is 70% uniformly open. Metal mesh shelf ismended.貨架定期檢查Regular Inspection to Shelves貨架上應(yīng)標(biāo)明該貨架的承載力。貨架應(yīng)定期檢查使用情況。檢查立柱、橫梁是否變形、有無損壞；檢查安全銷是否完整，檢查膨脹螺栓、護腳和其它設(shè)施是否需要更換。Bearing capacity of shelves should be marked on shelves. Any deficiency like deformation of column and beam, missing safety pin, damaged to feet protection and expanded bolt should be repaired or replaced.商品陳列通則General Rule of Commodity Display商品陳列應(yīng)考慮貨品和 安全。貨架上貨品的總重量不應(yīng)超過貨架的承載力。為保持貨架穩(wěn)定，輕的貨品可以陳列在貨架較高的位置，重的貨品和玻璃瓶包裝的液體貨品應(yīng)

To ensure stability of the shelves, light commodities can be placed in higher tiers, while heavy commodities and commoditi
