4、RATE Pro is loaded you will see your local camera video on your screen.Using the remote control, navigate to the display settings: Settings System DisplayAccording to your monitor capabilities, set to the maximum supported resolution. If 2 monitors are connected to the unit, the display mode is auto

5、matically changed to dual mode and you can set both monitors resolutions.Configuring NetworkUsing your remote control, navigate into the network settings:SettingsAdvancedIPThe COLLABORATE Pro 600 obtains its IP automatically by default from the DHCP server. Uncheck the DHCP checkbox in order to manu

6、ally configure network settings.Installation And SetupConnect CHATAttach 150 microphone to your codec. Connect the Unite Camera to HDMI (1) in port using the HDMI cable provide by ClearoneConnect the codec to LAN/EthernetConnect your primary display to the HDMI socket. With the dual display option,

7、connect the second display to the other displays output.Use the provided power supply and connect it to your codecStarting The Codec:If the codec is not starting automatically, press the power button to switch it on. This may take a few minutesA system setup wizard will appear. follow the instructio

8、ns on screen, in order to preconfigure your system.Settings Systems NetworkConfiguring the system for use with a NAT placed in LAN: If your Collaborate Pro systems in a private LAN, you must use NAT to communicate with outside systems. You need to use NAT address on your system.Note: For more detail

9、s about NAT settings please refer to Pro 600 user guide.You must forward the following ports to the NAT IP address that was allocated to your system. If you are able to browse, place a call from a system on the Internet (DMZ) to your system in the private L

12、AN (with the NAT address). If your private system connects, your NAT configuration is working properly. If the call does not connect the reserved port settings on your codec do not match the settings on your firewall. Ensure the system and firewall settings for UDP/TCP ports match.Settings System Lo

13、cated In DMZConfiguring the System placed in DMZ: Placing your systems in the DMZ (Demilitarized Zone) allows you to communicate with other devices in the Internet. If the system is configured to be in the DMZ the firewall automatically routes video traffic to the Collaborate Pro address.Configure y

A:Check the monitor to make sure that the monitor is turned on and

26、connected to the codec Check the camera cable and make sure you have plugged the camera cable into HDMI 1 portCheck if systems LED is on.Q: There is no audio outgoing ing , why?A: Check whether the audio in and out set to Chat Attach 150. To check or change the audio output device, open the settings

To check the audio output device, press the “Play” button, the audio should be played if your audio output device was properly connected and configured.FAQQ: There is no local video, why?A: Check whether your camera was properly connected to the system. Connect the camera to

28、 HDMI 2, switch the camera input to HDMI 2 and verify that you get videoIf you still dont get local video image try the options below:Unplug cameras power cable and reconnect it.Use cameras remote control and press on * + # + 6Connect the camera to PC (USB 3.0 port) and see if it recognized under de

29、vice manager. Connect the camera using HDMI cable and connect it directly to your display device. Q: How to perform systems restore default (factory settings)? A: Open the settings and go to Advanced, select restore default option.FAQ Continued.Q: The audio on the dual stream is out of sync with the

30、 dual stream video, why? A: Collaborate Pro systems does not support lip-sync on the dual channel. The audio is only synchronized with the main stream. Q: Why can I do only point-to-point calls on my codec?A: Verify that MCU license is active with your system. To check that, open systems web and go

31、to Maintenance System License : Verify that MCU license option is enable. Q: Can I deploy endpoints from outside the enterprise network, for example, from a home and establish session with other endpoint?A: There are 2 options for deploy the system:If your Collaborate Pro systems in a private LAN, y

32、ou must use NAT to communicate with outside systems. You need to use NAT address on your system (For this deployment you must open the relevant ports).Locate your system with public IP (DMZ)Q: How do I record calls on my codec?A: You can start recording a call at any point during a call or idle sess

43、ng video file, the quality or the frame rate are low? A: 1. Verify that mode option is set to motion. To check that, open the Settings and go to General Presentation: Data mode.2. Verify that your PCs Wi-Fi signal is strong, in case of low signal, you may observe video issues. 3. It is mended that y

44、our laptop will be in vicinity of a Collaboration Pro endpoint, typically in the same room. Q: My Collaborate Pro remains in initializing stage. How to solve that? A: Disconnect the Chat1 Attach 150 device and restart the system. Once the system is running, reconnect the Chat1 Attach 150 and verify

45、that the audio device was properly configured.Q: Why when I am connecting with some 3rd party endpoint I am not receiving HD resolution? A: Disable High Profile option. To disable that, open the Settings and go to Advanced Admin: Enable H.264 High Profile. Q: Why I cant upgrade my system after image

46、 or system recover? A: The software upgrade applies to COLLABORATE Pro 600 or 900 endpoints that run COLLABORATE 1.0.4 v software and above, if you are using an older version you wont be able to upgrade your system. Q: How to perform system restore from FTP when system cannot be initialized and no w

47、eb access ?A: 1.Download BACKUP.GHO file from .2.Create a bootable USB as described in next slide . Once the format is complete and the USB key is turned into a boot device, you can copy all your files back to the key. (Ma
