2、，樹立起良好的職業(yè)價值觀和發(fā)展觀；在生產(chǎn)實踐中，鞏固和提高專業(yè)理論知識與專業(yè)實踐能力，實現(xiàn)專業(yè)理論和工程實踐有機結(jié)合的教學目的；學生要在生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的實踐過程中，學習企業(yè)生產(chǎn)技術(shù)、實驗技術(shù)、工藝與裝備、生產(chǎn)廠房的設(shè)計與布局、企業(yè)與市場關(guān)系、行業(yè)法規(guī)以及企業(yè)文化等方面的知識，培養(yǎng)學生在生產(chǎn)實際中發(fā)現(xiàn)問題、分析和解決問題的工程實踐能力，培養(yǎng)學生熱愛勞動的觀點，培養(yǎng)學生與企業(yè)建立的深厚感情；學生要在企業(yè)教師指導(dǎo)下，完成企業(yè)管理、行業(yè)標準、企業(yè)案例分析、企業(yè)財務(wù)管理、生產(chǎn)與運作管理、組織管理等知識內(nèi)容的學習，完善自己的知識結(jié)構(gòu)，加強社會適應(yīng)能力的培養(yǎng)；通過參與企業(yè)生產(chǎn)與項目管理，培養(yǎng)學生融入社會和團體的能
