3、教育環(huán)境和教育模式,培養(yǎng)受教育者具有適應(yīng)新時代的學(xué)習(xí)與創(chuàng)造能力,不僅成為衡量教育現(xiàn)代化水平的標(biāo)志,而且將成為個體乃至整個民族跨入新世紀(jì)的通行證??梢姡⑿@網(wǎng)絡(luò)是根底教育信息化的根本途徑,豐富多彩、安康清新的校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化將成為學(xué)校培養(yǎng)學(xué)生思維方式、道德品質(zhì)、創(chuàng)造能力的新環(huán)境,成為面向全體學(xué)生,培養(yǎng)全面開展的高素質(zhì)人才的嶄新平臺。校園網(wǎng)有利于教師在教學(xué)活動中的應(yīng)用網(wǎng)絡(luò)對學(xué)校教學(xué)過程的幫助主要表達在教學(xué)管理與教學(xué)資源的共享兩個方面。與計算機網(wǎng)絡(luò)直接相關(guān)的教學(xué)資源包括教學(xué)課件、影片、幻燈片等圖、文、聲并茂的多媒體教學(xué),它們雖未取代了傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)方式,但利用大量現(xiàn)成的教學(xué)課件,改善了教學(xué)環(huán)境,促進教學(xué)

4、,這些都是以往任何教學(xué)手段所不能到達的。比方學(xué)生要了解*個物理過程時,就可以運用課件或是影片,讓學(xué)生們了解到更多更全更直接的知識容,打破了以往只看不會動的圖片或不好觀察的實驗教學(xué)模式,小朋友們看到這么多漂亮的會動的動畫時,他們的興趣也大大增加了,學(xué)到的容也更豐富了?,F(xiàn)在我們學(xué)校的教師備課經(jīng)常在網(wǎng)上共享,教具也共同分享,這樣大大節(jié)約了平時備課的時間,更有精力投入到磚研每個活動之中了,提高備課質(zhì)量。校園網(wǎng)的主要功能是為教育、教學(xué)效勞,校園網(wǎng)正促進著教學(xué)容與方式方法的變革,促進著學(xué)校教育與社會教育的開展,改變著學(xué)校與社會、理論與實踐、知識與技能的質(zhì)量。建立校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)是迎接知識經(jīng)濟時代的戰(zhàn)略制高點知識經(jīng)

5、濟時代,人的智能和知識將作為社會的主要資本不斷代替機器和廠房。這個新時代將充滿殘酷的競爭和替代,孩子們的未來將依賴于他們一生中掌握新概念、作出新選擇、不斷學(xué)習(xí)、不斷適應(yīng)的能力。建立校園網(wǎng)絡(luò),創(chuàng)立豐富多彩的校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化對于轉(zhuǎn)變舊教育思想和觀念,促進教學(xué)容、教學(xué)方法、教學(xué)構(gòu)造和教學(xué)模式的改革,加快建立教育手段和管理手段的現(xiàn)代化有決定性作用,尤其是對于深化根底教育改革,提高教育質(zhì)量和效益,培養(yǎng)面向現(xiàn)代化,面向世界,面向未來的創(chuàng)新人才更具深遠的意義,因為21世紀(jì)既有來自高科技的挑戰(zhàn),又有來自生態(tài)系統(tǒng)、道德危機、情感危機等系列全球性重大問題的挑戰(zhàn)。我們通過校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化建立來培養(yǎng)學(xué)生具有未來社會所必需的品

6、格、能力、思維與行為方式。建立校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)是教育現(xiàn)代化的重要標(biāo)志之一在跨世紀(jì)教育改革中,世界各國都在加快教育現(xiàn)代化的步伐,其信息化程度的上下已成為當(dāng)今世界衡量一個國家綜合國力的重要標(biāo)志。教育是人類自身再生產(chǎn)再創(chuàng)造的復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)工程,其效益和現(xiàn)代化程度顯然是至關(guān)重要的,要想把我國的教育信息化變革速度加快,實現(xiàn)教育領(lǐng)域向資本、技術(shù)密集型行業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)變,就要將學(xué)校教育同家庭教育、社會教育,尤其是群眾傳播媒介的隱性教育融為一體,實現(xiàn)教育中人力、物力資源的多層次開發(fā)和合理配置。而運用現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)建立校園網(wǎng),營造清新的校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化氣氛就是從根本上落實教育的戰(zhàn)略地位,解放教師的生產(chǎn)力和師生的創(chuàng)造力,為現(xiàn)代教育增添創(chuàng)新優(yōu)

7、勢。增強了教師信息意識和現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)的運用能力隨著信息化技術(shù)的普及,各個崗位計算機的也應(yīng)用越來越多,計算機將給學(xué)校的教學(xué)與管理工作的諸方面帶來新的革命。首先是在教師中普及計算機知識,以前的的教師只要備好課,上好課就行了,作為二十一世紀(jì)的新教師,都應(yīng)該學(xué)會獲取各種知識的方法,而校園網(wǎng)最能提供這種環(huán)境,在一個好的校園網(wǎng)里人們用計算機和網(wǎng)絡(luò)進展工作、交流和學(xué)習(xí)、將教學(xué)工作科學(xué)信息化,計算機改變了人的教學(xué)方式,同時也改變了人的學(xué)習(xí)方式。其次,校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)的建立,使我們學(xué)校的教師對應(yīng)用現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)的思想認識均有了很大的提高,教師們通過邊學(xué)習(xí)、邊培訓(xùn)、邊實踐、邊交流,具備了初步運用網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息等現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)的能力

8、,形成了一支能根本適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)的師資隊伍,連年齡稍大的老教師們也都有一股磚研精神,一碰到不懂的問題就向懂得操作的教師們請教。社會開展的很快,我們教師也必須跟上時代的步伐。才不致于被社會淘汰。運用現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)手段設(shè)計各種教學(xué)信息的方式,優(yōu)化教學(xué)資源和教學(xué)過程,能提高教學(xué)效率,圓滿完成教學(xué)任務(wù),使教育實現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化。運用現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)的實踐計算機的廣泛應(yīng)用使很多領(lǐng)域的工作方式先后發(fā)生變革,但這種變革在學(xué)校教育中始終沒有發(fā)生。許多學(xué)?;ㄙM大量資金購置來的計算機僅僅用于學(xué)習(xí)簡單的操作和繁瑣的程序語言,或者是將書本上的容搬上屏幕結(jié)果當(dāng)然不受歡送。我們通過校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)建立的實踐認識到:當(dāng)教師作為教學(xué)活動的管理者

9、和引導(dǎo)者而不是說教者時;當(dāng)學(xué)生開場從被動的知識承受者轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橹鲃拥奶剿髡吆蛡€性化的獨立學(xué)習(xí)者時,計算機就改變了傳統(tǒng)的師生關(guān)系和交往方式。雖然學(xué)生花費了一定的時間和精力才逐漸熟練運用新技術(shù),但他們學(xué)習(xí)各種知識和技能的興趣與能力越來越高,學(xué)習(xí)的效果越來越好??梢姡呖萍紟Ыo教育的不僅是手段和方法的變革,還包括教育觀念和教育模式在的一場歷史性變革。正確處理好硬件、軟件和潛件的關(guān)系。目前,很多學(xué)校建立校園網(wǎng)時容易追求硬件設(shè)備上的檔次和規(guī)模,無視軟件和潛件的建立,盲目認為學(xué)校設(shè)備高檔就是教育的現(xiàn)代化,這是校園網(wǎng)建立的大忌。從*種意義上說,硬件水平只是一個投入的問題,而軟件水平和潛件水平的提高遠比硬件水平要

10、復(fù)雜得多。事實上,在校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)建立中占據(jù)首要位置的是教育思想、教育觀念的轉(zhuǎn)變等潛件建立。我們堅持現(xiàn)代教育觀念,反對利用現(xiàn)代教育媒體為傳統(tǒng)教育效勞;堅持利用現(xiàn)代教育媒體,效勞于現(xiàn)代教育思想和教育模式,真正通過工程的培訓(xùn)和管理把潛件水平提高上去,帶動軟件建立,提高硬件的利用效率。加強硬件的開展是網(wǎng)上建立的根本保證。在單機全部進課堂的根底上,我們將校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)的建立與應(yīng)用作為加快教育信息化步伐的切入點和突破口。首先,加強學(xué)習(xí),轉(zhuǎn)變觀念,提高認識。教育現(xiàn)代化首先是教育觀念的現(xiàn)代化,因此轉(zhuǎn)變廣闊教師的觀念是我們工作的首要任務(wù)。我們通過宣傳教育、思想政治工作、理論學(xué)習(xí)講座、行政和經(jīng)濟手段的制約等多種形式,不斷強

11、化教師的現(xiàn)代化教育意識,樹立現(xiàn)代化教育觀。其次,抓好師資隊伍培訓(xùn)。師資隊伍培訓(xùn)是實施教育信息化工程的重中之重,是否擁有大批掌握并能應(yīng)用現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)的教師是推動教育信息化的關(guān)鍵。因此,我們對教師分階段、分層次進展培訓(xùn),注重提高教師使用計算機的實際操作水平,培養(yǎng)教師自己設(shè)計制作課件的能力及網(wǎng)上操作能力。注重硬件與軟件的協(xié)調(diào)開展是網(wǎng)上建立的根底。在校園網(wǎng)建立的實踐中,我們深深感到:教育信息化首先要以計算機的普及教育和計算機輔助教學(xué)為重點,著力于培養(yǎng)教師和學(xué)生應(yīng)用計算機等信息技術(shù)的能力,提高教育的質(zhì)量和效益。其次在實施信息化的過程中,要把師資培訓(xùn)作為重點,放在重要位置,要注重糾正重硬件、輕軟件和人才培

12、養(yǎng)的傾向,特別是在校園網(wǎng)的建立中應(yīng)防止片面追求網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的先進性,甚至機械套用大型企業(yè)網(wǎng)、大學(xué)校園網(wǎng)模式,那將會脫離我們中小學(xué)教育教學(xué)開展的實際,結(jié)果只會造成設(shè)備的浪費和閑置。則,如何選擇一條投資少、見效快的校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)開展的新路?我們在摸索校園網(wǎng)建立過程中體會到,我們校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)的建立應(yīng)從學(xué)校教育教學(xué)過程的實際需要出發(fā),講究實效,應(yīng)以功能作為選擇技術(shù)和硬件設(shè)備的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),防止盲目投資和重復(fù)建立;還必須從學(xué)校教育現(xiàn)代化目標(biāo)出發(fā),整體規(guī)劃,分步實施,注重效益,提高質(zhì)量。實際上我們校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)建立目標(biāo)應(yīng)該是在網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化的新環(huán)境中,超越傳統(tǒng)學(xué)校教育教學(xué)模式,實現(xiàn)教育改革開展中的質(zhì)變,探索出在多媒體和網(wǎng)絡(luò)應(yīng)用中培養(yǎng)教師和

13、學(xué)生的新模式。因此,在校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)建立中,我們立足于功能與效益的發(fā)揮,選擇了一條投資少、見效快的三網(wǎng)合一的校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)建立之路。它是由計算機數(shù)據(jù)網(wǎng)運行數(shù)據(jù)管理軟件、多媒體教學(xué)網(wǎng)運行功能強大的教學(xué)軟件和網(wǎng)上電視臺涵蓋文字、聲音及各種圖像和視頻信號輸出等功能組成。特別是網(wǎng)上電視臺的建立,完全取代了閉路電視網(wǎng)的功能。硬件設(shè)備不必重復(fù)投資,其功能和效果比閉路電視網(wǎng)更好、更方便、更快捷,為師生教育教學(xué)活動提供了廣闊的空間一個計算機屏幕上可接收十個電視節(jié)目供師生任意選擇。外文原文:Talking about the practice and significance of the construction of
