1、換單須知一.換單資料一.憑頭程提單換單（有提單就一定是憑提單放貨）1.能提供完整三份提單，只需要有一家關(guān)聯(lián)方背書即可。2.無法提供完整三份提單的，則需要頭程收貨人及實際收貨人背書。如果頭程收貨人是“TO ORDER”需要發(fā)貨人、通知人及實際收貨人背書。二.電放電放分兩種一種是頭程收貨人與實際收貨人是同一家公司，只需要提供一份收貨人的提貨保函即可，格式可自定義或參考模板，模板請查看附件。另一種是頭程收貨人和二程收貨人不同的格式和要求如下：貨權(quán)轉(zhuǎn)讓書需要中遠格式，蓋頭程提單收貨人的章（非業(yè)務(wù)章）貨權(quán)更改申請需要中遠格式，蓋頭程提單收貨人的章（非業(yè)務(wù)章）提貨保函可自定義格式，蓋二程收貨人的章（非業(yè)務(wù)
