21、時(shí)間就少了。其實(shí)要學(xué)好英語(yǔ)，課上占40%，其余的60%還需要學(xué)生在課后不斷的鞏固，加深記憶。在課上老師更多的是教授新知識(shí)，當(dāng)然課上也會(huì)有少量的時(shí)間鞏固新學(xué)的知識(shí)。但是這些時(shí)間是公共的時(shí)間，而不是每個(gè)學(xué)生私有的時(shí)間，所以不可能照顧到每個(gè)學(xué)生，不可能讓所有學(xué)生都達(dá)到相同的程度。況且每個(gè)學(xué)生對(duì)新知識(shí)得接受能力都是不同的，有的可能當(dāng)堂就已經(jīng)有很深的印象，很難忘記，但這肯定是很少的。大部分學(xué)生都只能是初步接觸了新知識(shí)，要真正接受新知識(shí)還要學(xué)生在課后多下功夫，不然肯定會(huì)和別的同學(xué)拉下差距。那么在課后學(xué)生到底該怎么做才能把其余的60%補(bǔ)回來(lái)呢？學(xué)好英語(yǔ)，不外乎就是在聽、說(shuō)、讀、寫這些方面下功夫。首先說(shuō)一下聽，每個(gè)學(xué)生都有和書相配套的磁帶，可是請(qǐng)各位家長(zhǎng)檢查一下自己的子女的英語(yǔ)磁帶，有多少學(xué)生的磁帶還是和剛發(fā)的時(shí)候一樣的，根本就沒有聽過(guò)。光靠上課聽一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)的磁帶，學(xué)生的聽力根本就不能有什么發(fā)展。不會(huì)聽就不能說(shuō)，不能說(shuō)英語(yǔ)就白學(xué)了。每上完一次課，我都叫學(xué)生回家要跟磁帶讀，可是有多少學(xué)生真地做到了呢？所讀的知識(shí)已經(jīng)學(xué)過(guò)了，跟錄音機(jī)讀應(yīng)該是提高自己的聽力和口語(yǔ)表達(dá)能力，要學(xué)生盡力地去模仿錄音機(jī)里的發(fā)音，從而使自己的聽力和口語(yǔ)都提高一個(gè)層次。 接下來(lái)是說(shuō)，英語(yǔ)學(xué)了就是要說(shuō)，要和別人交流。在課上我會(huì)用各種方法來(lái)刺激學(xué)生，激發(fā)他們說(shuō)英語(yǔ)的積極性，大多數(shù)學(xué)生也確實(shí)做得很好。可是班級(jí)里人多，對(duì)每個(gè)人來(lái)說(shuō)，說(shuō)的
