1、第 PAGE14 頁 共 NUMPAGES14 頁2022年“平安消費月”工作方案20_年“平安消費月”工作方案認真貫徹落實省、市、縣關于加強平安消費工作的決策部署，進一步加強平安消費宣傳教育工作，推動我鎮(zhèn)平安消費形勢持續(xù)穩(wěn)定。按照省安委辦關于開展20_年全省“平安消費月”活動的通知蘇安辦20_34號、市安委辦關于開展20_年全市“平安消費月”活動的通知宿安辦發(fā)20_9號精神、縣安委辦關于開展20_年全縣“平安消費月”活動的通知洪安辦20_3號精神，結(jié)合我鎮(zhèn)實際，制定鎮(zhèn)20_年“平安消費月”活開工作方案：一、指導思想以黨中央、國務院、省委、省政府關于平安消費工作的決策部署和總書記、總理關于平安

2、消費工作的系列重要指示為指導，通過開展系列宣教活動，落實平安責任，傳播法治文化，普及平安知識，使“紅線意識”和“底線思維”進一步深化人心，強化改革創(chuàng)新，強化言論引導，提升全民平安素質(zhì)，為建立“強富美高”全面小康新提供有力的思想保證、精神動力和言論支持。二、活動主題強化平安開展觀念，提升全民平安素質(zhì)。三、活動時間20_年8月13日至8月30日。四、主要活動安排(一)認真開展平安開展主題宣講活動。各村居、各部門要組織平安消費宣講團，深化企事業(yè)，經(jīng)營單位集中宣講黨中央、國務院和省委、省政府關于加強平安消費工作的決策部署，立足落實平安責任，推動依法治安，普及平安知識，進步全社會依法治安意識和全民平安文

4、微信接力活動。三舉辦“守護生命”平安知識競賽。各村居、各部門要以強化平安消費紅線意識、普及平安消費知識和技能、進步全民平安素養(yǎng)為宗旨，嚴密圍繞學習貫徹相關平安消費法律法規(guī)，通過有獎競答和電視辯論賽等形式，面向企業(yè)平安消費管理人員和一線職工層層開展平安知識競賽。四舉辦“平安開展忠誠衛(wèi)士”演講比賽。各村居、各部門要結(jié)合全國、全省平安消費監(jiān)管監(jiān)察先進單位和先進個人評選活動，選樹先進典型，層層開展爭做“平安開展忠誠衛(wèi)士”主題演講活動，并擇優(yōu)組成演講團，深化基層開展巡回演講，進一步弘揚正氣，樹立和塑造各級平安監(jiān)管監(jiān)察干部履職盡責、敢于擔當?shù)暮米黠L、好形象。五開展消費平安事故警示教育活動。各村居、各部門要

5、選擇消費平安典型事故案例，通過警示教育展、專題研討和媒體展映等形式開展事故警示教育，進步防范意識和才能，實在推動企業(yè)落實平安消費主體責任。六廣泛開展媒體宣傳活動。要通過主流媒體、行業(yè)媒體和網(wǎng)站、微博、微信、手機臺等新媒體刊發(fā)署名文章、開設專版專欄、開展在線訪談、刊播公益廣告等形式深化宣傳。開展平安消費新聞采訪專題行活動，突出“黨政同責、一崗雙責、瀆職追責”、“打非治違”、隱患排查治理體系和平安預防控制體系建立、標準化建立、基層根底根本功建立等重點工作的宣傳。積極參加全國“平安消費萬里行行”活動，統(tǒng)籌做好平安隱患曝光、典型經(jīng)歷介紹、科技興安宣傳等工作。同時，實在發(fā)揮作用，公開發(fā)布平安消費重大決策
