2、水泵站,輸水管,配水管網(wǎng)與調(diào)節(jié)構(gòu)筑物等設(shè)施的共同工作來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)的,它們組成了給水管道工程。設(shè)計(jì)和管理的基本要以最少的建造費(fèi)用和管理費(fèi)用,保證用戶所需的水量和水壓,保證水質(zhì)安全,降低漏損,并達(dá)到規(guī)定的可靠性。給水排水管網(wǎng)工程是給水排水工程中很重要的組成部分,所需(建設(shè))投資也很大,一般約占給水排水工程總投資的50%80%。同時(shí)管網(wǎng)工程系統(tǒng)直接服務(wù)于民眾,與人們生活和生產(chǎn)活動(dòng)息息相關(guān),其中任一部分發(fā)生故障,都可能對(duì)人們生活、生產(chǎn)與保安消防等產(chǎn)生極大影響。因此,合理地進(jìn)行給水排水管道工程規(guī)劃、設(shè)計(jì)、施工和運(yùn)行管理,保證其系統(tǒng)安全經(jīng)濟(jì)地正常運(yùn)行,滿足生活和生產(chǎn)的需要,無(wú)疑是非常重要的。室外給水排水工程是城

3、鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)的一個(gè)重要組成部分,其主要任務(wù)就是為城鎮(zhèn)提供足夠數(shù)量并符合一定水質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的水;同時(shí),把人們?cè)谏睢⑸a(chǎn)過(guò)程中使用后的污水匯集并輸送到適當(dāng)?shù)攸c(diǎn)進(jìn)行凈化處理,達(dá)到一定水質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)后,或重復(fù)使用,或灌溉農(nóng)田,或排入水體。室給水排水工程的任務(wù)是將室外給水系統(tǒng)輸配的凈水組織供應(yīng)到室各個(gè)用水點(diǎn),將用后的污水排除匯集到室外排水系統(tǒng)中去。做為工程類專業(yè)學(xué)生,實(shí)踐學(xué)習(xí)和設(shè)計(jì)是我們自身獲取知識(shí)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)的最好環(huán)節(jié)。學(xué)生通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì),綜合運(yùn)用和深化所學(xué)的基本理論、基本技能,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生獨(dú)立分析和解決問(wèn)題的能力,通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)能使學(xué)生具有:掌握查閱規(guī)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)圖集,產(chǎn)品目錄的方法,提高計(jì)算、繪圖和編寫設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明的水平,作好一個(gè)工程師的基

20、別字;圖紙線條、符號(hào)、字體符合專業(yè)制圖規(guī));3、按時(shí)完成設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)七、其他:1、設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)間:2013-2014學(xué)年第一學(xué)期2、上交設(shè)計(jì)成果時(shí)間: 16周周五下午3、設(shè)計(jì)指導(dǎo)教師: 譚水成 、肖曉存、余海靜、朱慧杰第2章 給水管網(wǎng)設(shè)計(jì)與計(jì)算2.1 給水管網(wǎng)布置與水廠選址該城市有一條自東向西河和自南向北轉(zhuǎn)向西流的水量充沛,水質(zhì)良好的河流,可以作為生活飲用水水源。該城市的地勢(shì)相對(duì)比較平坦沒有太大的起伏變化。城市的街區(qū)分布比較均勻,城市中各工業(yè)企業(yè)對(duì)水質(zhì)無(wú)特殊要求。因而采用統(tǒng)一的給水系統(tǒng)。城市給水管網(wǎng)的布置取決于城市的平面布置、水源、調(diào)節(jié)構(gòu)筑物的位置、大用戶的分布等。考慮要點(diǎn)有以下:定線時(shí)干管延伸方向應(yīng)和

21、二級(jí)泵站輸水到水池、水塔、大用戶的水流方向一致。干管的間距一般采用500m800m 。循水流方向,以最短的距離布置一條或數(shù)條干管,干管位置從用水量較大的街區(qū)通過(guò)。干管盡量靠近大用戶,減少分配管的長(zhǎng)度。干管按照規(guī)劃道路定線,盡量避免在高級(jí)路面或重要道路下通過(guò),盡量少穿越鐵路。減小今后檢修時(shí)的困難。干管與干管之間的連接管使管網(wǎng)成環(huán)狀網(wǎng)。連接管的間距考慮在8001000m左右。力求以最短距離鋪設(shè)管線,降低管網(wǎng)的造價(jià)和供水能量費(fèi)用。輸水管線走向應(yīng)符合城市和工業(yè)企業(yè)規(guī)劃要求,沿現(xiàn)有道路鋪設(shè),有利于施工和維護(hù)。城市的輸水管和配水管采用鋼管(管徑)1000mm時(shí))和鑄鐵管。對(duì)水廠廠址的選擇,應(yīng)根據(jù)下列要求,

55、2.5 管網(wǎng)平差2.5.1環(huán)狀管網(wǎng)流量分配計(jì)算與管徑確定1.根據(jù)節(jié)點(diǎn)流量進(jìn)行管段的流量分配,分配步驟:按照管網(wǎng)主要方向,初步擬定各管段的水流方向,并選定整個(gè)管網(wǎng)的控制點(diǎn)。為可靠供水,從二級(jí)泵站到控制點(diǎn)之間選定幾條主要的平行干管線,這些平行干管中盡可能均勻的分配流量,并且滿足節(jié)點(diǎn)流量平衡的條件。與干管線垂直的連接管,其作用主要是溝通平行干管之間的流量,有時(shí)起一些輸水作用,有時(shí)只是就近供水到用戶,平時(shí)流量不大,只有在干管損壞時(shí)才轉(zhuǎn)輸較大的流量,因此連接管中可以較少的分配流量。2.管徑的確定管徑與設(shè)計(jì)流量的關(guān)系:qv2v(4q/v)公式中 D管段管徑,m;q管段計(jì)算流量,m/s;管段過(guò)水?dāng)嗝婷娣e,m
