1、2005春開放英語II(1)期末復(fù)習(xí)指導(dǎo)開放英語(1)是中央播送電視大學(xué)的公共英語課,供本科(非英語專業(yè))各類專業(yè)的學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí),本課程教學(xué)內(nèi)容共18個單元。根據(jù)本課程教學(xué)大綱,通過本課程的學(xué)習(xí),學(xué)生應(yīng)能掌握一定的英語語言根底知識和根本技能,具備一定的聽、說、讀、寫能力:能掌握220()左右的常用詞匯(包括英語I要求掌握的1600詞),以及相關(guān)的常用詞組;能夠掌握并正確運(yùn)用根本的語法知識;能夠聽懂日常生活中發(fā)音清楚、語速較慢的簡短對話或陳述,并能用英語進(jìn)行簡短的日常交談;能夠閱讀中等難度的一般題材的簡短英文文字材料理解正確,井能夠讀懂通用的簡短實(shí)用文字材料,如通知、介紹和廣告等;能夠?qū)懞喍痰膽?yīng)用文

2、,如日記、信函、通知等。本課程的重點(diǎn)是在加強(qiáng)英語語言根底知識和根本訓(xùn)練技能的同時,努力培養(yǎng)學(xué)生實(shí)際使用英語的能力,為下階段的的學(xué)習(xí)打下根底。 為幫助學(xué)生復(fù)習(xí)本課程,特對期末復(fù)習(xí)作簡要指導(dǎo)。一考核方式 本課程的考核采取兩種形式:形成性考核20%和課程終結(jié)考核80%,課程總成績?yōu)?00分。形成性考核包括對“形成性考核及學(xué)習(xí)檔案中作業(yè)的完成情況,參加面授輔導(dǎo)的情況及個人學(xué)習(xí)記錄情況。英語(1)的課程終結(jié)考試(期末考試)包括聽力和筆試兩個局部??荚嚂r間為120分鐘。總分值為100分,其中聽力局部20分,筆答局部80分??荚囶}型具體參見英語(1)課程考核說明及樣題。二考核目標(biāo)本課程的考核目標(biāo)主要表達(dá)在以

3、下兩方面:1 語言知識語法與功能:學(xué)生應(yīng)能根本掌握并恰當(dāng)應(yīng)用所學(xué)的根本語法知識和語言功能,具體內(nèi)容參見?開放英語3?的“內(nèi)容概覽。詞匯知識:學(xué)生應(yīng)能掌握2200詞左右的常用詞匯和相關(guān)的常用詞組,具體詞匯參見?開放英語3?的單元詞匯表。2. 語言運(yùn)用學(xué)生應(yīng)能聽懂發(fā)音清楚,語速較慢的簡短對話或陳述;能夠讀懂與教材課文難度通用的簡短實(shí)用文字材料,如通知,介紹和廣告等;能寫簡短的應(yīng)用文,如日記,信函,通知等。三.命題原那么本課程終結(jié)考試根據(jù)教材所函蓋的語法工程,交際功能和詞匯以及與教材難度相當(dāng)?shù)恼Z言材料命題,涉及教材的內(nèi)容不少于50%。四 試題結(jié)構(gòu)詳見?期末復(fù)習(xí)指導(dǎo)?P.2,主要考察學(xué)生的聽,讀,寫的

4、能力以及對于本課程涉及的詞匯,語法,句型,功能等的掌握和應(yīng)用情況。五.下面就考題各局部的考察要點(diǎn)和復(fù)習(xí)方法介紹如下: 第一局部:聽力理解 20分 這局部由兩道大題組成:理解對話;理解段落。 考察要點(diǎn):聽力局部以教學(xué)大綱和教材所涉及的語言場景和語言功能結(jié)構(gòu)為出發(fā)點(diǎn),考察學(xué)生聽懂大意和聽取細(xì)節(jié)的能力。理解對話考察學(xué)生理解簡單的事實(shí)性信息和進(jìn)行簡單推斷的能力。要求考生根據(jù)所聽到的10段簡短對話從所給的3個選擇項(xiàng)中選出一個能答復(fù)關(guān)于對話內(nèi)容或場景的問題的最正確選項(xiàng)。每段錄音材料放兩遍。 理解對話要求學(xué)生能抓住句子或?qū)υ挼闹饕馑己鸵c(diǎn)。只抓住了大概意思而沒能抓住具體要點(diǎn),不能到達(dá)充分的理解;、而只抓住

5、了某個細(xì)節(jié)而對整個句子或?qū)υ挼闹饕癫簧跚宄膊荒芡瓿蓪栴}的答復(fù)。在理解對話題中,題目針對的主要是What,When,Where,Why和How這樣的問題。理解段落題那么是要求學(xué)生在聽完一段對話、獨(dú)白或段落后對一組句子的正誤進(jìn)行判斷。對話、獨(dú)白或段落放兩遍錄音。同樣,考察的是對大意和細(xì)節(jié)的把握。復(fù)習(xí)方法:要認(rèn)真完成主教材和綜合練習(xí)冊的聽力練習(xí)。教材中要求練習(xí)聽的一定要認(rèn)真去做,有困難的地方要找到困難產(chǎn)生的原因,反復(fù)多聽。教材的聽力內(nèi)容要善于利用,除了模仿跟讀以外,多從細(xì)節(jié)和大意上體會聽力材料。此外,加強(qiáng)課外的聽力練習(xí)對完成聽力局部的試題也會大有好處,建議盡可能安排時間勤練多練。聽力對話局

6、部的可能題型:1。時間題。主要問when/what time did/will/is?有可能要對時間進(jìn)行加減。如:John is supposed to arrive at 6:30.But he is half an hour late.What time is it now?答案應(yīng)選“seven Oclock.我們捕捉到6:30和half an hour late 這兩個信息,并記在試題旁,然后通過簡單計算,很容易得出結(jié)論。2.地點(diǎn)題。這類題要注意主要信息或信號詞。如:Hotel: book a room, single room, double room,room service, re

He only took the fourth exam.6.推導(dǎo)題.主要問如:Would you like to go to the concert tonight?Id like to, but I have to prepare for the maths exam tomorrow.What does the woman mean?答案應(yīng)是“不能去音樂會。根據(jù)有兩個:一是but是轉(zhuǎn)折詞,應(yīng)與前面意思相左;二是根據(jù)內(nèi)容推導(dǎo),她要準(zhǔn)備考試,不能去聽音樂會。簡短對話及簡短段落的聽力測試題型除section A的

13、題型外,還有以下幾種:1。細(xì)節(jié)題。主要問人名,地名,原因,時間,方法,數(shù)據(jù),內(nèi)容等。2。是非題。主要問which of the following is/is not true?3。主旨題。主要問whats the main idea of the passage?what does the passage mainly talk about?解題時應(yīng)注意:1。要保持平穩(wěn)的情緒和良好的心態(tài)。最好提前進(jìn)場,穩(wěn)定一下情緒,切忌緊張和恐懼。2。在每一 題之前先將選擇項(xiàng)瀏覽一下,以便對試題內(nèi)容和所屬題型有個初步的預(yù)測,做好心理準(zhǔn)備,增強(qiáng)信心。在聽時,抓住信息詞。如選擇項(xiàng)為a.school b.hote

14、l c.airport d.restaurant那么可以斷定這是地點(diǎn)題,因此要對與地點(diǎn)有關(guān)的詞特別注意。3。聽完對話之后不可松懈,還要繼續(xù)注意聽問題,聽懂問題對答題是否正確起關(guān)鍵作用。4。如果聽音結(jié)束后沒有聽懂內(nèi)容,不要急,放下試卷,打個問號,不要影響后面答題。第二局部:英語知識運(yùn)用局部 35分 這局部由兩道大題組成:選擇填空;完型填空。 考察要點(diǎn):選擇填空題要求學(xué)生根據(jù)句子或簡短對話從每題所給的選項(xiàng)中選出最正確選項(xiàng)。這局部考察的是學(xué)生對教材所涉及的時態(tài)、語態(tài)、句型、詞匯、固定搭配等內(nèi)容的掌握以及是否能夠熟練運(yùn)用。完型填空題要求學(xué)生從每題所給的選項(xiàng)中選出最正確選項(xiàng),使補(bǔ)足后的短文意思通順、前后

15、連貫、結(jié)構(gòu)完整。這局部考察的要點(diǎn)是對大綱要求的詞匯和根本語法功能的掌握以及是否能夠理解上下文的邏輯關(guān)系。復(fù)習(xí)方法:要認(rèn)真掌握教材中的語言點(diǎn),認(rèn)真完成針對各個語言點(diǎn)的練習(xí)。除了對教材內(nèi)的練習(xí)理解完成之外,還要能舉一反三,靈活運(yùn)用。教材中的內(nèi)容概覽,每單元最前面的學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)和學(xué)后小結(jié)都能為你復(fù)習(xí)總結(jié)提供線索,幫你理清頭緒。一.選擇填空在復(fù)習(xí)中,應(yīng)重點(diǎn)掌握的語法點(diǎn): 1.各種時態(tài)根本構(gòu)成,意義,用法,常用時態(tài)之間的區(qū)別,如比較一般現(xiàn)在時與現(xiàn)在完成時 一般現(xiàn)在時一般過去時現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行時過去進(jìn)行時現(xiàn)在完成時過去完成時現(xiàn)在完成進(jìn)行時將來完成時下面就幾道典型試題來做一些復(fù)習(xí)和分析:He said that he

27、詞,連詞等的使用。第三局部:閱讀理解 30分這局部由三篇文章兩種題型構(gòu)成。 考察要點(diǎn):閱讀理解考察學(xué)生是否能把握總體和具體信息并做簡單推理和判斷,是對學(xué)生理解書面英語能力的綜合考察。前兩篇文章后有假設(shè)干選擇題。要求學(xué)生根據(jù)所提供的兩篇短文的內(nèi)容從所給的4個選擇項(xiàng)中選出最正確選項(xiàng);第3篇短文后有五個句子,要求學(xué)生根據(jù)文章內(nèi)容,判斷所給句子信息是正確(T)錯誤(F)還是文章中沒有涉及相關(guān)信息(NG)或?qū)λo句子進(jìn)行“正、“誤、“未提及判斷。復(fù)習(xí)方法:要求學(xué)生完成教材內(nèi)的閱讀練習(xí),注意閱讀方法和閱讀技巧的培養(yǎng)。加強(qiáng)課外閱讀訓(xùn)練,擴(kuò)大詞匯量。 請同學(xué)們熟悉教材內(nèi)容,估計會有一篇閱讀試題來自于教材。閱讀

28、理解局部大致有三種考察題型:A.要旨題:考察考生是否掌握文章主題及大意,是否透徹理解全文topic/title,常見提問方式有:What is the main idea/subject/topic of the passage?What is the passage about?Which of the following can best sum up the passage?The main idea /central point of the passage.?The passage centers on the point that.?Which of the following i

29、s the best title for this passage?關(guān)鍵在于在語篇,段落中識別topic sentence.B. 細(xì)節(jié)題:注意尋找specific information,常見提問方式有:According to the passage, what/who/how long/how often.?Which of the following is NOT true/correct/mentioned/referred to.?All the following are (NOT) true /correct/mentioned referred to EXCEPT.?The a

30、uthor /passage states that /tells us that.?because.?這類題比較容易,一般可以從文章中找出相對應(yīng)的句子,從中得到答案。一般來說,可以先讀一遍文章,然后根據(jù)提出問題,一個一個地從文章的相應(yīng)段落中找到答案。C. 詞匯題:一般問“what does the word.refer to?what does “it stand for?我們可以運(yùn)用猜測,構(gòu)詞法及上下文來進(jìn)行推測及判斷。D. 閱讀判斷題注意沒有在文章中涉及的信息NG答復(fù)這類問題時一定要注意根據(jù)文章的內(nèi)容來判斷,而不要根據(jù)常識。一般來說,文章中沒有提到的內(nèi)容都不要選,與文章內(nèi)容相悖的內(nèi)容不要

31、選,剩下的那么是正確答案了。但要注意有時問which of the following is NOT true according to the passage?這時就要選與文章內(nèi)容相悖的選項(xiàng)。E.推斷題推斷題不僅要理解句子外表的意思,而且要理解句子深層的隱含意思。這類題較難,要正確理解文章,把握其含義及所指。這類問題一般問What does the second paragraph imply?What can be inferred from the passage?What can we infer from the first paragraph?注意不要根據(jù)自己的想法臆測。第四局部:

32、寫作 15分這局部要求考生根據(jù)題目要求寫短文。 考察要點(diǎn):書面表達(dá)題要求學(xué)生根據(jù)題目要求和內(nèi)容提示完成短文的寫作,考察學(xué)生是否能夠正確理解寫作意圖,是否能夠運(yùn)用正確的語法、時態(tài)和恰當(dāng)?shù)谋磉_(dá)方法完整地表達(dá)要求表達(dá)的內(nèi)容。內(nèi)容和形式在寫作局部都非常重要。 復(fù)習(xí)方法:認(rèn)真完成教材中的寫作練習(xí)是非常必要的。寫作是對語言素質(zhì)的綜合測試,寫作表達(dá)了對語言根本知識的要求和對組織語言表達(dá)思想方面的更高的要求。同時,好的寫作還表達(dá)了對英語表達(dá)習(xí)慣的把握。建議同學(xué)們在平常學(xué)習(xí)的時候多注意中英文在表達(dá)方式上的不同,多閱讀,多模仿,多練筆。寫作:按照具體要求標(biāo)準(zhǔn)書寫,注意覆蓋所有內(nèi)容要點(diǎn),語法結(jié)構(gòu)和用詞準(zhǔn)確,句型和詞
