廈門VTS服務(wù)區(qū)航路規(guī)則

1、航 路 規(guī) 則Route Regulations 適用船舶： 按有關(guān)國際公約和國內(nèi)規(guī)范規(guī)定應(yīng)配備通信設(shè)備及主管機(jī)關(guān)要求加入VTS系統(tǒng)的船舶。航路：廈門灣航道主要有十萬噸級主航道、海滄航道、東渡航道、鷺江航道、馬鑾航道、漳州航道和后石航道。進(jìn)出港限制：廈門灣航道是有條件的雙向通行，如船舶尺度超過通航能力、氣象惡劣或發(fā)生危險情況，船舶進(jìn)出港可能會受到限制。超過500總噸的船舶禁止在鷺江水道航行;水線以上高度大于53米的船舶被限制進(jìn)入東渡航道跨海電纜和海滄大橋的區(qū)域。航速限制：船舶航行應(yīng)遵守主管機(jī)關(guān)公布的航速限制規(guī)定，采取安全航速，并遵守下列各區(qū)域最高航速限制：500總噸以上船舶：A區(qū)為15節(jié)，B區(qū)

2、為12節(jié)，C區(qū)為10節(jié)，D區(qū)為8節(jié)。未滿500總噸船舶：A區(qū)為18節(jié)，B區(qū)為12節(jié)，C區(qū)為12節(jié)，D區(qū)為10節(jié)。A區(qū)為青嶼至墓前礁燈樁航段；B區(qū)為墓前礁燈樁至兔嶼的東渡航段；C區(qū)為海滄港區(qū)航道及東渡航段兔嶼以北至馬鑾、高崎航段；D區(qū)為鷺江水道，外戶碇燈浮與棺材礁燈樁之間海域。Application:Ships equipped with the required communication equipment in accordance with the relevant international conventions and/or national rules and regulatio

3、ns and ships, which the competent authority may require to be governed by the VTS.Fairway:The fairways of Xiamen gulf consist of the main fairway, Haicang fairway, Dongdu fairway, Lujiang fairway ,Maluan fairway, Zhangzhou fairway and Houshi fairway.Restrictions for entry and departure:Xiamen gulf f

4、airways are of conditional two-way traffic. Limitation may be imposed on over-sized ships or bad weather condition or dangerous situation.Vessels of more than 500 gross tonnages should not proceed to Lujiang Channel; Air-draft over 53 meters should not transit Dongdu Fairway.Speed limitation: Vessel

5、s speed should not exceed the limited speeds in each area as following:Vessels of 500 gross tonnages or over: 15 knots in Main fairway, 12 knots in south of Dongdu fairway, 10 knots in north of Dongdu fairway or Maluan fairway or Haicang fairway, 8 knots in Lujiang Channel.The other vessels: 18 knot

9、。西報告線（同“西線”）：自九龍江口北岸沿117°58.0E經(jīng)線向南至24°26.0N緯線，向東至118°00.0E經(jīng)線再向南至南岸的連線。九節(jié)礁報告點：航經(jīng)正橫九節(jié)礁燈樁 （24°20.2N ，118°09.7E）。土嶼報告點：航經(jīng)正橫土嶼（24°27.2N，118°11.3E）。 Report lines (and points): As the following two lines and the two points.Southeast line：the part of the circle with radius

11、southward to connect with the south bank of Jiulongjiang River。 Jiujiejiao report point: Abeam Jiujiejiao （ 24°20.2N，118°09.7E）Light beacon (Racon Mike).Tuyu report point: Abeam Tuyu island（24°27.2N，118°11.3E）.船 舶 分 類Groups of ShipsVHF 工作頻道VHF Working Channel須報告動態(tài)船舶：1. 外國籍船舶；2. 3

12、00總噸及以上的中國籍船舶；3. 乘客定額超過50客位的客船(渡船除外)；4. 載運(yùn)危險貨物的船舶；5. 從事拖帶的船舶。未要求報告船舶：其他船舶可自愿參加船舶動態(tài)報告。Vessels required to make position report:1. Foreign Vessels;2.
