1、精選優(yōu)質(zhì)文檔-傾情為你奉上船舶裝運(yùn)危險(xiǎn)品須知Instruction for shipping dangerous goods危險(xiǎn)貨物具有易燃、易爆、毒害、腐蝕及放射等特性。危險(xiǎn)貨物運(yùn)輸是一項(xiàng)技術(shù)性、科學(xué)性強(qiáng)、涉及部門(mén)廣、多環(huán)節(jié)的工作。裝卸運(yùn)輸途中及保管過(guò)程中稍有不慎,就會(huì)釀成災(zāi)難性事故,危及船舶、貨物、港口和人民生命財(cái)產(chǎn)的安全。為進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)對(duì)危險(xiǎn)貨物運(yùn)輸?shù)谋O(jiān)督管理,保障運(yùn)輸安全,特制定本須知: Dangerous goods are inflammable, explosive, toxic, corrosive and radiating and have other characteris
2、tics. Transportation of dangerous goods is technical, scientific and involves many departments. Handling transportation and storage process of the slightest mistake will lead to catastrophic accidents, endangering the ship, cargo, port and peoples lives and property. To further strengthen supervisio
3、n and management of transport of dangerous goods and to ensure transportation safety, here are formulated notes:1. 受載前的工作Pre-loading work1.1. 為便于公司選擇合適船舶,機(jī)務(wù)部應(yīng)負(fù)責(zé)提供所有營(yíng)運(yùn)船舶最新的設(shè)備技術(shù)狀況資料,特別是影響危險(xiǎn)貨物運(yùn)輸安全的資料及技術(shù)數(shù)據(jù); In order to facilitate the company, choose the right ship. 4、providing maintenance in operation of the ship among all the latest information on technical condition of equipment, particularly those affecting the safety of transportation of dangerous goods;1.2. 根據(jù)船舶裝運(yùn)危險(xiǎn)貨物的具體情況,安監(jiān)部對(duì)船長(zhǎng)、駕駛員要進(jìn)行技術(shù)把關(guān)、嚴(yán)格檢查,監(jiān)督船舶認(rèn)真貫徹執(zhí)行有關(guān)航行規(guī)章制度,特別是有關(guān)避碰、霧航和分割航道制等;According to the ships ma

6、 to collision avoidance, navigation and split channel fog system, etc.;1.3. 公司接到裝運(yùn)危險(xiǎn)品生產(chǎn)聯(lián)系單后,要根據(jù)所掌握的危險(xiǎn)貨物特性等資料,在貨物性質(zhì)、積載要求、運(yùn)輸途中保管、消防,向船舶布置裝運(yùn)危險(xiǎn)品注意事項(xiàng);The contact received a single shipment of dangerous goods after production, according to the characteristics of dangerous goods master data, in the nature

15、足夠的距離;氧化劑應(yīng)嚴(yán)禁與酸、堿、易燃有機(jī)物及還原劑接觸;遇濕危險(xiǎn)貨物應(yīng)裝載在艙蓋水密良好、艙內(nèi)水管不滲不漏且通風(fēng)良好的貨艙,不得裝載在沖洗后未充分晾干的貨艙;應(yīng)盡量做到危險(xiǎn)貨物后裝先卸;配載時(shí)應(yīng)考慮船舶強(qiáng)度、吃水差和穩(wěn)性;Stowage plan must be in accordance with the IMDG reasonable stowage equipped with isolation requirements. 28、l be fully responsible for the loading plan, close contact with relevant units, a clear loading of dangerous goods, bedding, lining stowage compartment and safety requirements.2.3. 裝貨期間,應(yīng)密切注視天氣變化情況。遇有閃電、雷擊、雨雪或附近發(fā)生火警時(shí),值班駕駛員應(yīng)立即組織人員關(guān)艙,停止裝卸作業(yè)。裝、卸某些易受潮的危險(xiǎn)品時(shí),如遇外界濕度較大天氣,不適于裝卸,也應(yīng)停止作業(yè);During loading, should
