4、平。水平及傾斜的誤差應逐層調整，不得將誤差累積后再進行總調整。安裝縫應均勻、平順、美觀。不得在未完成填土作業(yè)的面板上安裝上一層面板。嚴禁采用堅硬石子及鐵片支墊，以免造成應力集中損壞面板。5、筋帶鋪設筋帶與面板的連接，將筋帶從面板的預留孔中穿過，并綁扎以防止抽動，避免筋帶在孔上繞成死結。筋帶鋪設在壓實平整的填料上，不宜重疊，不得卷曲或折曲。筋帶不得與硬質棱角填料直接接觸。筋帶在鋪設時，用鋼筋將筋帶拉緊，再用少量填料壓住筋帶，使之固定并保持正確位置。6、填料的攤鋪、壓實面板后按1：1放坡回填砂礫，砂礫根據(jù)筋帶豎向間距進行分層攤鋪和壓實，砂礫外回填炮渣石。卸料時自卸汽車與面板距離不應小于1.5m，汽

5、車不得在未覆蓋填料的筋帶上行駛，并不得擾動下層筋帶。攤鋪采用人工配合機械的方式進行，攤鋪厚度均勻一致，表面平整，橫坡度不小于3%。每層厚度不得大于20cm。推土機距面板不小于1.5m。推土機運行方向與筋帶垂直，并不得在未覆蓋填料的筋帶上行駛或停車。距面板1.5m范圍內(nèi)采用人工攤鋪。填料填筑時，隨時檢查含水量是否滿足壓實要求，每層填料填筑完畢及時碾壓。填料應嚴格分層碾壓。碾壓時先輕后重，不得使用羊足碾。壓路機不得在未經(jīng)壓實的填料上急劇改變運行方向和急剎車。壓實作業(yè)先從筋帶中部開始，逐步碾壓至筋帶尾部，再碾壓靠近面板部位。碾壓前應進行壓實試驗，以確定最經(jīng)濟的碾壓遍數(shù)壓實機具距面板不應小于1.0m。
