小學(xué)課堂教學(xué)改革總結(jié)

1、巴鄉(xiāng)小學(xué)課堂教學(xué)改革總結(jié)一學(xué)期來(lái)，我校按照教育局的安排和部署，在中心學(xué)校的關(guān)心指 導(dǎo)下，緊緊圍繞“課堂教學(xué)改革”這一中心工作，在本學(xué)期積極開(kāi)展 了 “先學(xué)后教、當(dāng)堂訓(xùn)練”課堂教學(xué)模式的改革與嘗試，加強(qiáng)了三級(jí) 課程管理，注重校本教研活動(dòng)，取得了階段性的成果，下面對(duì)本學(xué)期 工作總結(jié)如下：一、結(jié)合實(shí)際，落實(shí)課程計(jì)劃。根據(jù)教學(xué)改革年的會(huì)議精神，結(jié)合我校實(shí)際，在課程改革實(shí)驗(yàn)中 實(shí)行國(guó)家、地方和學(xué)校三級(jí)課程。為了保證課程計(jì)劃能夠落實(shí)到位，學(xué)校實(shí)行“兩制”管理。月教 學(xué)進(jìn)度檢查制，期末教學(xué)目標(biāo)考核制。月教學(xué)進(jìn)度檢查制是指對(duì)學(xué)科 的教學(xué)進(jìn)度進(jìn)行監(jiān)控，防止過(guò)快或過(guò)慢，從而落實(shí)課程計(jì)劃。期末教 學(xué)目標(biāo)考核制是指每

2、學(xué)期末對(duì)課程計(jì)劃所涉及的所有學(xué)科（包括校本 課程，綜合實(shí)踐活動(dòng)課程）進(jìn)行目標(biāo)考核。二、加強(qiáng)培訓(xùn)，提高教師素質(zhì)。新的教育理念，呼喚新型的教師，理想的課程必須通過(guò)教師的實(shí) 踐才能轉(zhuǎn)化為現(xiàn)實(shí)的課程，我校本著全員培訓(xùn)、全程培訓(xùn)的原則，在 全體教師中扎扎實(shí)實(shí)地進(jìn)行教學(xué)改革理論的學(xué)習(xí)和開(kāi)展校本教研活 動(dòng)。1、9月份，按教育局文件精神，我校做教師的思想工作，強(qiáng)調(diào) 改革的重要性，提出了改革的具體要求，為改革做好思想鋪墊。要求 每名教師認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)理論材料，寫(xiě)好 5000字的學(xué)習(xí)筆記，寫(xiě)好理論學(xué)alleviation crucialfurther developme nttoa cceler ate the pro

13、service rev enue,al ong wit hthedeepeni ngofstruct uralreform, low skills,hard w orkwill become increasi nglydifficult, la bori ncomejumpm ore andmore習(xí)心得和實(shí)際工作的教學(xué)案例，學(xué)習(xí)方式采取教師自學(xué)和集體學(xué)習(xí)兩種， 1 月初上交學(xué)習(xí)材料；要求教師在學(xué)習(xí)的過(guò)程中，不斷與自己的課堂教學(xué)相結(jié)合，是理論真正應(yīng)用到實(shí)際中；要求六月末每名教師逐步形成適合自己的教學(xué)模式。2、 有條不紊地安排教師參加培訓(xùn)。鼓勵(lì)教師學(xué)習(xí)外地先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，為外出學(xué)習(xí)創(chuàng)造條件。11 月我

14、校派主課老師到實(shí)驗(yàn)小學(xué)聽(tīng)課取經(jīng)。3、突破課堂教學(xué)，落實(shí)課程改革。課堂，是教學(xué)的主渠道。課程改革的關(guān)鍵和重點(diǎn)是課堂教學(xué)。因此，我們把課堂作為課改的突破口。（ 1）、嚴(yán)格按新課程計(jì)劃開(kāi)課設(shè)節(jié)。做到有課時(shí)、有教師、有考評(píng)，真正走進(jìn)課堂，落到了實(shí)處。（ 2）、為確保各學(xué)科正常教學(xué)，進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格的查堂制度，一經(jīng)發(fā)現(xiàn)甲課換乙課或放羊式教學(xué)等情況，立即登記，作為教師教學(xué)常規(guī)檢查的內(nèi)容之一，并納入教師工作評(píng)價(jià)。（3）、開(kāi)展課堂教學(xué)交流與研究活動(dòng)。一是進(jìn)行集體備課，以備課組為單位，每周進(jìn)行一次集體備課，由組內(nèi)成員輪流主持，研究本周的教學(xué)內(nèi)容、探討教學(xué)方法。二是進(jìn)行課堂交流，每位教師每學(xué)期必須上一堂教研課。上課后，及

26、同探索，使課堂教學(xué)改革得以深入進(jìn)行。（6）、充分發(fā)揮學(xué)科帶頭人、骨干教師的帶頭作用，將學(xué)課、備課、導(dǎo)課、上課、研課、評(píng)課、反思各環(huán)節(jié)融為一體，使課改工作盡快落實(shí)到每一位教師、每一節(jié)課堂。4、有聲有色地抓好教師的業(yè)務(wù)學(xué)習(xí)。學(xué)校按照“整體規(guī)劃，分類(lèi)要求，全員培訓(xùn)，全程培訓(xùn)”的思路，實(shí)現(xiàn)培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容由文本培訓(xùn)向課程培訓(xùn)轉(zhuǎn)變，培訓(xùn)方式由灌輸式向交流探究式轉(zhuǎn)變，把學(xué)習(xí)、 實(shí)踐、研討融為一體，為每一位教師搭建了展示自我的平臺(tái)，逐步開(kāi)展對(duì)教學(xué)管理人員、骨干教師和普通教師的培訓(xùn)工作。在培訓(xùn)策略上，實(shí)行“五個(gè)結(jié)合”， 即走出去請(qǐng)進(jìn)來(lái)相結(jié)合，集中培訓(xùn)與校本培訓(xùn)相結(jié)合，面對(duì)面輔導(dǎo)與遠(yuǎn)程教育相結(jié)合，理論學(xué)習(xí)與實(shí)踐體驗(yàn)相結(jié)

27、合，培訓(xùn)與教學(xué)研究相結(jié)合。5、有的放矢地抓好校本教研活動(dòng)。常規(guī)教研不停步，學(xué)校采用教研組長(zhǎng)負(fù)責(zé)制來(lái)落實(shí)常規(guī)教研工作，對(duì)本學(xué)科課改過(guò)程中碰到的一些小問(wèn)題展開(kāi)教學(xué)研究，本著“問(wèn)題即課題，行動(dòng)即研究，案例即成果”的工作思路， 引導(dǎo)全體教師搞好課改教學(xué)工作。實(shí)施研培結(jié)合工程，促進(jìn)教師專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展，我校把教研與培訓(xùn)結(jié)合起來(lái)，實(shí)施了“五個(gè)一”工程。要求每位教師每學(xué)期研讀一本好書(shū)、撰寫(xiě) 2000 字讀書(shū)筆記；出一節(jié)展示課；撰寫(xiě)一個(gè)教學(xué)案例；剖析一節(jié)典型課；每星期教師寫(xiě)一篇教學(xué)反思。通過(guò)外出學(xué)習(xí)和培訓(xùn)，教師的視野寬了、眼界遠(yuǎn)了、觀念新了、方法多了。alleviation crucialfurther develo

39、達(dá)到頭腦資源、信息資源共享。三、建立平等的新型師生關(guān)系。新課改實(shí)驗(yàn)中，建立平等、和諧、民主的師生關(guān)系是轉(zhuǎn)變教學(xué)方式和學(xué)習(xí)方式的前提。學(xué)校對(duì)全體教師提出了“三多三少三帶”的要求，即：多一些尊重，少一些專(zhuān)制，把微笑帶進(jìn)教室；多一些鼓勵(lì)，少一些指責(zé)，把激勵(lì)帶進(jìn)課堂；多一些啟發(fā)，少一些禁錮，把競(jìng)爭(zhēng)帶進(jìn)課堂。 幾年的實(shí)踐，我們欣喜地看到，教育教學(xué)正悄然發(fā)生著變化，教師的地位變了，教師不再是高高居于講臺(tái)之上，而是更多的走到學(xué)生中間，同學(xué)生平等的對(duì)話，創(chuàng)造性地針對(duì)學(xué)生實(shí)際開(kāi)展教學(xué)活動(dòng)。學(xué)生學(xué)活了，他們敢于在課堂上發(fā)表自己的見(jiàn)解， “我不同意，我認(rèn)為，我覺(jué)得”這些詞匯經(jīng)常從他們口中蹦出。下課了，他們還拉著老師
