1、“一帶一路”國(guó)際爭(zhēng)端預(yù)防和解決高級(jí)別論壇預(yù)通知為促進(jìn)“一帶一路”建設(shè)中公正、便捷、開(kāi)放、高效的“融合式”爭(zhēng)端解決機(jī)制的構(gòu)建，確?！耙粠б宦贰苯ㄔO(shè)有效推進(jìn)，北京理工大學(xué)、中國(guó)國(guó)際貿(mào)易促進(jìn)委員會(huì)擬于2019年5月17日在北京召開(kāi)“一帶一路國(guó)際爭(zhēng)端預(yù)防和解決高級(jí)別論壇”。會(huì)議擬邀請(qǐng)國(guó)家相關(guān)部委、各大高校、仲裁機(jī)構(gòu)、著名律所、其他糾紛解決組織以及企業(yè)界的專家參與。論壇主題：1. “一帶一路”背景下國(guó)際爭(zhēng)端預(yù)防機(jī)制新發(fā)展2. 調(diào)解全球化趨勢(shì)與國(guó)際調(diào)解規(guī)則的構(gòu)建3. “一帶一路”背景下國(guó)際仲裁機(jī)制創(chuàng)新發(fā)展會(huì)議議程及詳細(xì)地點(diǎn)將另行正式通知。 會(huì)議將根據(jù)投稿安排發(fā)言，優(yōu)秀論文將發(fā)表于2019年司法第11輯國(guó)際
