15、學(xué)方式,在我國(guó)有悠久的歷史。但隨著素質(zhì)教育的開(kāi)展,死記硬背被作為一種僵化的、阻礙學(xué)生才能開(kāi)展的教學(xué)方式,漸漸為人們所摒棄;而另一方面,老師們又為進(jìn)步學(xué)生的語(yǔ)文素養(yǎng)煞費(fèi)苦心。其實(shí),只要應(yīng)用得當(dāng),“死記硬背與進(jìn)步學(xué)生素質(zhì)并不矛盾。相反,它恰是進(jìn)步學(xué)生語(yǔ)文程度的重要前提和根底。你于今天9月1日上午在學(xué)?;▓@拾到手提包一個(gè),內(nèi)有錢假設(shè)干及一個(gè)筆記本,請(qǐng)失主前來(lái)6座308室領(lǐng)取。單靠“死記還不行,還得“活用,姑且稱之為“先死后活吧。讓學(xué)生把一周看到或聽(tīng)到的新穎事記下來(lái),摒棄那些假話套話空話,寫出自己的真情實(shí)感,篇幅可長(zhǎng)可短,并要求運(yùn)用積累的成語(yǔ)、名言警句等,定期檢查點(diǎn)評(píng),選擇優(yōu)秀篇目在班里朗讀或展出。這樣,即穩(wěn)固了所學(xué)的材料,又鍛煉了學(xué)生的寫作才能,同時(shí)還培養(yǎng)了學(xué)生的觀察才能、思維才能等等,到達(dá)“一石多鳥(niǎo)的效果。教學(xué)反思: 要練說(shuō),先練膽。說(shuō)話膽小是幼兒語(yǔ)言開(kāi)展的障礙。不少幼兒當(dāng)眾說(shuō)話時(shí)顯得害怕:有的結(jié)巴重復(fù),面紅耳赤;有的聲音極低,自講自聽(tīng);有的低頭不語(yǔ),扯衣服,扭身子??傊?,說(shuō)話時(shí)外部表現(xiàn)不自然。我抓住練膽這個(gè)關(guān)鍵,面向全體,偏向差生。一是和幼兒建立和諧的語(yǔ)言交流關(guān)系。每當(dāng)和幼兒講話時(shí),我總是笑臉相迎,聲音親切,動(dòng)作親昵,消除幼兒畏懼心理,讓他能主動(dòng)的、無(wú)拘無(wú)束地和我交談。二是注重培養(yǎng)幼兒敢于當(dāng)眾說(shuō)話的習(xí)慣?;蛟谡n堂教學(xué)中,改
