1、教學設計課題Unit4 Friends foreverUsing language (grammar)學科英語班級Class授課教師教學 目標1恰當運用定語從句對目標內容進行修飾、說明。2通過了解限制性定語從句的結構和表意功能,掌握關系代詞的用法,并能夠在實 際語境中運用。3掌握關系代詞的用法,在真實語境中鞏固對定語從句的理解。重點引導學生自己去發(fā)現、總結限制性定語從句的使用規(guī)律。難點理解關系代詞的用法,引導學生發(fā)現并總結不同的關系代詞能夠替代的先行詞類型 及其在從句中能夠充當的成分。教學 方法Situation Approach.Learn grammar through practice.
2、教 學 內 容 與 過 程Stepl Discover rules: Attributive clauses(l )第一步:引導學生獨立朗讀并對比兩組例句,發(fā)現其在句子結構上的不同 之處,并關注第一組例句中的粗體部分。第二步:學生分組對比兩組例句,基于活動中的問題展開討論,發(fā)現并歸 納限制性定語從句的表意功能、關系代詞的基本用法及其在語篇層面的效 果。第三步:請個別小組分享答案并總結限制性定語從句的表意功能和用法, 教師可根據學生水平酌情進行補充和擴展。第四步:學生在文中找出更多由關系代詞引導的限制性定語從句,體會其 表意功能和用法。Look at the sentences from the

Sentences (c) and (d) are each constiucted with a pair of simple sentences, with one defining a noun that appears in the other sentence in each pair.4 Because there is a closer link and connection between u people M and the clause defining it in sentences (a) and (b). 8、ship of belonging.Step2 Presenting定語從句講解定語從句是由關系詞(關系代詞或關系副詞)引導的從句,其作用是作定 語修飾主句的某個名詞或代詞,其功能相當于形容詞,被修飾的名詞或代 詞被稱作先行詞。關系詞一般有三個功能:起連詞作用,引導從句;代替先行詞;在從句中充當一個成分、起一定的句法作用。 定語從句中關系代詞的基本用法如下關系代詞指代的先行詞在從句中的成分that指人或指物主語或賓語who指人主語或賓語whom指人賓語which指物主語或賓語whose指人的或物的定語其中that與who指人作主語或賓語時均可互換;that與whom指人作賓語時可互換:that
9、與which指物作主語或作賓語 時均可互換:that, which, who(m)作賓語時。,在口語或非正式場合可以省 略。例如:He is the man that / who won the first prize in the competition,他就是在這次 比賽中獲得第一名的男子。Is this the girl (that / who / whom) you talked of in your letter?她就是你在信 中談及的那個女孩嗎?The train that / which has just left is for Shenzhen.剛出發(fā)的這趟列車是開往 深圳的。
