軌道參數(shù)對(duì)輪軌滾動(dòng)接觸行為的影響_圖文

1、 218 四川大學(xué)學(xué)報(bào)（ 工程科學(xué)版） 第 42 卷 軌接觸幾何 、 蠕滑率 和 接 觸 斑 行 為 等 不 能 達(dá) 到 最 佳 匹配狀態(tài)， 而當(dāng)軌底坡變?yōu)?1 /20 時(shí)輪軌接觸狀態(tài)較 出現(xiàn)了 佳 。 隨著中國(guó)重載 與 高 速 鐵 路 的 快 速 發(fā) 展， 以磨損和滾動(dòng)接觸 疲 勞 破 壞 為 特 征 的 輪 軌 剝 離 、 踏 面擦傷 、 鋼軌壓潰 、 斜裂紋 、 輪軌側(cè)磨 、 鋼軌斷裂和波 且發(fā)展越來(lái)越嚴(yán)重 浪形磨損等各種傷損形式， 6 8 軌距改變 對(duì) 輪 軌 接 觸 幾 何 參 數(shù) 、 蠕 滑 率、 粘滑 區(qū)分布和輪軌接觸 斑 滑 動(dòng) 量 都 將 產(chǎn) 生 一 定 的 影 響 。 實(shí)際

2、中， 如果軌距增 加 超 過 一 定 值 將 導(dǎo) 致 輪 對(duì) 與 軌 道間的游隙變大， 就有可能導(dǎo)致車輛運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定性差， 易使車輛發(fā)生蛇行 運(yùn) 動(dòng) 9 ， 因此軌道參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)中軌 。 數(shù)值結(jié)果表明在小曲線半徑 距增加值也不宜過 大， 工況下適當(dāng)增加軌距有利于輪軌關(guān)系的匹配 。 1 /40 的 軌 底 坡 是 在磨耗型車輪踏面的工 程 應(yīng) 用 中， 造成輪軌接觸不佳 的 主 要 原 因， 因此建議對(duì)現(xiàn)行使 用的輪軌型面進(jìn)行 重 新 優(yōu) 化 匹 配， 以獲得良好的輪 軌匹配關(guān)系 。 4 結(jié) 論 利用 3 維彈性體 非 Hertz 滾 動(dòng) 接 觸 理 論 及 數(shù) 值 程序 CONTACT ， 分 析 了
