4、定第一步固定：待調整好螺栓的標高和垂直度并符合要求后，用短鋼筋頭焊接腳撐，與基礎 底板鋼筋焊接加固螺栓防止其下沉。第二步固定：用短鋼筋采用十字交叉的方式交叉焊接加固螺栓與短柱的定位箍筋，防止螺栓在澆筑混凝土時偏位，加固完后復核螺栓的標高和垂直度。（6） 加固完成符合合格后，對螺栓外漏絲扣進行保護，保護方法采用專業(yè)的塑料纏裹外 漏絲扣，并用膠帶粘勞，防止螺栓絲扣在澆筑混凝土時受污染收到腐蝕。（7） 以上程序完成后用校準后的經(jīng)緯儀調整、復核各個螺栓組的整體平面位置尺寸，經(jīng)檢查尺寸精度符合要求后，將定位鋼板和所有螺母取出。三、質量標準地腳螺栓組尺寸1、保證項目：允許偏差項目，見表1 1。表1 1地腳

7、有的螺栓予以保護六、成品保護螺栓、螺母、墊圈外觀表面應涂油保護，不應出現(xiàn)生銹和沾染臟物，螺栓套尼龍?zhí)?，確保 螺紋不受損傷；螺栓運輸和固定過程中，嚴禁碰撞螺紋；在澆筑混凝土前，用塑料布包裹螺栓的螺紋部分。七、應注意安全質量問題（1）若在地梁鋼筋穿筋后進行地腳螺栓預埋，施工過程會出現(xiàn)困難，但嚴禁割斷主筋。（2）焊工必須持證上崗，焊接時不得焊傷主筋，焊渣要及時清理；所使用鋼尺及儀器 必須經(jīng)過校正，并在使用期范圍內(nèi)；在混凝土澆筑過程中，應在基礎四周均勻對稱下料，避免因下料不均勻混凝土流動造成螺栓位置偏移。隨時檢查螺栓位置和標高，發(fā)現(xiàn)螺栓位置偏移及標高變化應及時調整。（3） 在進行各項施工時必須有專業(yè)管
