基于web遠程質(zhì)量與可靠性分析摘要

1、基于WEB的遠程質(zhì)量與可靠性分析系統(tǒng)開發(fā)摘要：SO9001質(zhì)量體系是當前各大企業(yè)管理的依據(jù)，各中小企業(yè)也紛紛進行認證工作，機械專業(yè)畢業(yè)生應掌握其內(nèi)容，并能運用。質(zhì)量體系是質(zhì)量管理的核心，是指企業(yè)為實施質(zhì)量管理所需要的組織結(jié)構(gòu)、職責、程序之類的管理能力和人力、智力、信息、技術裝備等資源能力的綜合體。在產(chǎn)品設計過程中經(jīng)常會遇到一些機構(gòu)設計分析、機械強度分析等問題，需要不斷地查找設計手冊并進行校核計算，如能將機械設計手冊建立成Web數(shù)據(jù)庫，放在Internet信息服務上的話，當設計人員在產(chǎn)品設計過程中遇到問題時，就可以將已知參數(shù)提交給服務器，服務器經(jīng)過分析計算和數(shù)據(jù)庫查詢，將結(jié)果返回給用戶。這樣，不

2、僅可以方便設計人員，提高設計效率，使他們能有更多時間去開發(fā)新產(chǎn)品和研究新問題，而且還可以大大地節(jié)約產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的成本。 本文對基于Web的遠程機械設計的關鍵技術作了深入的研究，并以機械設計中常用到的螺栓組聯(lián)接設計為例，構(gòu)建了一個基于Web的遠程設計系統(tǒng)，為遠程用戶提供了一個機械產(chǎn)品的設計與分析平臺。在本系統(tǒng)中，采用ASP.NET、ADO.NET、SQL等技術，實現(xiàn)了設計數(shù)據(jù)的遠程查詢；通過編程實現(xiàn)了計算資源的共享，完成了計算分析任務的網(wǎng)上轉(zhuǎn)移，從而實現(xiàn)了機械產(chǎn)品的遠程設計與分析。同時，對機械設計過程中的信息共享技術進行了探討，并在此基礎上開發(fā)出一個基于Web的圖紙中心，實現(xiàn)了工程圖紙在所有設計人員
