3、R），履行國(guó)際竹藤組織東道國(guó)協(xié)定，支持和配合國(guó)際竹藤組織履行其使命和宗旨，推動(dòng)國(guó)際竹藤事業(yè)發(fā)展。國(guó)際竹藤網(wǎng)絡(luò)中心是立足中國(guó)面向世界的竹藤科研機(jī)構(gòu)，承擔(dān)著竹藤重點(diǎn)開(kāi)放實(shí)驗(yàn)室運(yùn)行，開(kāi)展以竹藤為主的科學(xué)研究與國(guó)際合作交流，培養(yǎng)相關(guān)領(lǐng)域高級(jí)專(zhuān)業(yè)人才，建立國(guó)際竹藤科技信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)，提供相關(guān)科技咨詢、信息、論證、評(píng)估服務(wù)，開(kāi)展相關(guān)的培訓(xùn)、學(xué)術(shù)交流與宣傳，為國(guó)際竹藤組織運(yùn)行提供服務(wù)等職責(zé)和任務(wù)。項(xiàng)目?jī)?nèi)容介紹 本次研修班是為國(guó)際竹藤組織成員國(guó)和潛在成員國(guó)政府聯(lián)絡(luò)員提供培訓(xùn)機(jī)會(huì)，采取專(zhuān)題講座與實(shí)地考察相結(jié)合的方式，主要內(nèi)容包括：竹藤生態(tài)環(huán)境功能和效益；竹藤在消除貧困、增加農(nóng)村收入方面的作用；以及發(fā)展竹藤加工利用技術(shù)

8、ries and Potential Member CountriesOrganizer ProfileAs a national scientific research organization approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Finance and the Central Manning Quotas Office, ICBR was officially established in July 2000 and is affiliated to the State Forestry Admin

The mission of ICBR is to provide services for INBAR, an intergovernmental international organization headquartered in China so as to enable China to better implement the INBAR Headquarters Agreement; support and assist INBAR to fulfill its mission, and promote the sustainable development

10、 of bamboo and rattan in the world.Based in China and open to the outside world, ICBR is a research institution majoring in bamboo and rattan. Its main responsibilities and tasks are to set up a key open laboratory for bamboo and rattan; promote international scientific cooperation and exchange on b
