24、ole a nd pi oneer modelrole;t ocontinues to stre ngthe ning fourgood leadershi p constr ucti on, full play levelscadres in enterprisedevelopmentinthe樁板擋墻施工方案一、工程概況1、設計概況本工程為合川區(qū)南城白鹿山路網(wǎng)工程濱江路段護坡整治工程,根據(jù)現(xiàn)場情況,經(jīng)設計將樁號K1+058.50K1+213.50段堤防形式改為樁板式擋墻 +護披組合形式,全長155m, 與兩端衡重式擋墻相連,樁頂高程為208.00m。樁設計為人工挖孔灌注樁,共26根樁,樁身

25、截面尺寸為2400*1800,樁深設計為1524m,樁基礎(chǔ)置于中風化基巖,且嵌入中風化基巖長度不小于 1/3 樁總長。 樁中心間距為6m, 樁間擋板墻厚度為600mm 擋板通過樁身預留連接筋與樁身連接,擋板頂部及底部分別設置壓頂梁及基梁與樁身連接。樁采用硅護壁,護壁厚度為120mm,硅強度等級護壁為C20,樁芯及樁間擋板墻、梁為C30。2、場地地質(zhì)概況樁號K1+058.50K1+213.50段堤防擋墻位于涪江二橋南橋頭橋臺與1號橋墩間,地面絕對高程為204m,擋墻靠橋臺側(cè)為本項目主要施工道路, 車流量較大。同時根據(jù)現(xiàn)場開挖情況看,地表上層為較厚砂粘土層,中部 為砂卵石層,下部為中風化基巖,最大

42、、工期安排根據(jù)整個項目的總體安排,本分部工程計劃80個工作日完成,墻背回填不單獨計劃工期,主要工序安排如下(進度計劃橫道圖詳附后)。(三)、人工挖孔樁施工1、施工準備1)、平整場地,測定樁位,并進行復核。2)、架設并接通臨時用水、用電線路,保證施工用水、用電。3)、安裝提升架,本工程因樁孔較深,運渣量較大,擬采用簡易電動井架作為提升工具,井架采用鋼管搭設,每個井口配備一臺井架。裝料容器采用密閉輪胎膠桶,提升繩具采用 6.2mm鋼絲軟繩,提升設備應有可靠的防墜落措施。開挖前對其進行全面檢查,并進行試運轉(zhuǎn),運行正常方可投入使用。4)、樁孔開挖前,先作路塹上方截水流道,同時作好場地排水,管理好施工用

43、水。按設計邊坡要求清方至樁頂高程,為樁孔開挖作準備。5) 、充分熟悉相應施工圖紙及施工規(guī)范,向作業(yè)班組及作業(yè)人員作好各分項施工技術(shù)及安全技術(shù)交底工作,重點明確施工操作的重點、難點、安全防護措施及遇特殊情況的處理,并完善相應簽字手續(xù)。2、樁井開挖樁井開挖擬采用隔樁跳挖的施工方法,禁止在塹頂上方堆放棄渣及建筑材料。1)、鎖口部分根據(jù)樁位線先行開挖并澆筑孔頂護筒,護筒頂面應高于地貌標高100200mm,以防止在開挖過程中雨水流入井道內(nèi),經(jīng)復核無誤后將樁位“十”字控制線測設于頂筒上并用紅油漆作好標識,請現(xiàn)場監(jiān)理驗線認可后作好相應保護工作。同時為防止下節(jié)井孔開挖時井口沉陷,將第一節(jié)護壁加厚至30cm厚,
