25、截面尺寸為2400*1800，樁深設計為1524m,樁基礎(chǔ)置于中風化基巖，且嵌入中風化基巖長度不小于 1/3 樁總長。 樁中心間距為6m， 樁間擋板墻厚度為600mm 擋板通過樁身預留連接筋與樁身連接，擋板頂部及底部分別設置壓頂梁及基梁與樁身連接。樁采用硅護壁，護壁厚度為120mm,硅強度等級護壁為C20,樁芯及樁間擋板墻、梁為C30。2、場地地質(zhì)概況樁號K1+058.50K1+213.50段堤防擋墻位于涪江二橋南橋頭橋臺與1號橋墩間，地面絕對高程為204m,擋墻靠橋臺側(cè)為本項目主要施工道路， 車流量較大。同時根據(jù)現(xiàn)場開挖情況看，地表上層為較厚砂粘土層，中部 為砂卵石層，下部為中風化基巖，最大

42、、工期安排根據(jù)整個項目的總體安排，本分部工程計劃80個工作日完成，墻背回填不單獨計劃工期，主要工序安排如下（進度計劃橫道圖詳附后）。（三）、人工挖孔樁施工1、施工準備1）、平整場地，測定樁位，并進行復核。2）、架設并接通臨時用水、用電線路，保證施工用水、用電。3）、安裝提升架，本工程因樁孔較深，運渣量較大，擬采用簡易電動井架作為提升工具，井架采用鋼管搭設，每個井口配備一臺井架。裝料容器采用密閉輪胎膠桶，提升繩具采用 6.2mm鋼絲軟繩，提升設備應有可靠的防墜落措施。開挖前對其進行全面檢查，并進行試運轉(zhuǎn)，運行正常方可投入使用。4）、樁孔開挖前，先作路塹上方截水流道，同時作好場地排水，管理好施工用

43、水。按設計邊坡要求清方至樁頂高程，為樁孔開挖作準備。5） 、充分熟悉相應施工圖紙及施工規(guī)范，向作業(yè)班組及作業(yè)人員作好各分項施工技術(shù)及安全技術(shù)交底工作，重點明確施工操作的重點、難點、安全防護措施及遇特殊情況的處理，并完善相應簽字手續(xù)。2、樁井開挖樁井開挖擬采用隔樁跳挖的施工方法，禁止在塹頂上方堆放棄渣及建筑材料。1）、鎖口部分根據(jù)樁位線先行開挖并澆筑孔頂護筒，護筒頂面應高于地貌標高100200mm,以防止在開挖過程中雨水流入井道內(nèi)，經(jīng)復核無誤后將樁位“十”字控制線測設于頂筒上并用紅油漆作好標識，請現(xiàn)場監(jiān)理驗線認可后作好相應保護工作。同時為防止下節(jié)井孔開挖時井口沉陷，將第一節(jié)護壁加厚至30cm厚，
