1、環(huán)境工程專業(yè)英語(yǔ)課程教學(xué)大綱一、課程基本信息課程代碼: 260445課程名稱:專業(yè)英語(yǔ)英文名稱:English on Environmental Engineering 課程類別:專業(yè)選修課 學(xué) 時(shí):36(講授36學(xué)時(shí))學(xué)分:2.0適用對(duì)象:環(huán)境工程、環(huán)境科學(xué)考核方式:考試,期評(píng)成績(jī)中考試成績(jī)占70%,平時(shí)成績(jī)?yōu)?0%。先修課程:水污染控制工程、環(huán)境保護(hù)概論、環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè)二、課程簡(jiǎn)介中文簡(jiǎn)介當(dāng)前,我國(guó)對(duì)環(huán)境保護(hù)工作日益重視,可持續(xù)發(fā)展的政策逐步深入人心,國(guó)家對(duì)環(huán)保投資力度不斷加大,帶動(dòng)了環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)和相關(guān)空間發(fā)展。隨著國(guó)內(nèi)與國(guó)外的溝通交流,需要系統(tǒng)地了解國(guó)外環(huán)境工程方面的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,為后期的畢業(yè)論文的選

2、題、開展、撰寫論文打下基礎(chǔ)。環(huán)境工程專業(yè)英語(yǔ)是高等學(xué)校環(huán)境工程專業(yè)的一門選修專業(yè)課,通過(guò)這門課程的學(xué)習(xí),提供一個(gè)機(jī)會(huì),較全面地了解環(huán)境工程學(xué)科的內(nèi)容,發(fā)展趨勢(shì);另一方面督促學(xué)生在英文寫作時(shí)盡可能地模仿和參考,對(duì)學(xué)生后面畢業(yè)論文的撰寫打下基礎(chǔ)。課程分為4部分,先介紹我國(guó)環(huán)境保護(hù)政策與發(fā)展道路,國(guó)外特別是美國(guó)的環(huán)境保護(hù)政策和法律法規(guī),第二部分是主要的環(huán)境問(wèn)題,如酸雨等,第三部分是水、大氣、固體廢物、噪聲污染的處理工藝與技術(shù),最后一部分是英語(yǔ)科技論文的撰寫,重點(diǎn)是英文文摘的撰寫。Brief introduction in EnglishAt present, our country increasi

The countrys increasing investment on the environmental protection promotes the unprecedented development of the communication with inside and outs

4、ide country, we are anxious for rather systemic English study. It is help for teaching and research-guiding of the undergraduates and postgraduates.English on environmental engineering is the specialty elective for the environmental engineering students. The main aim of the course is the to know the

5、 situation of environmental engineering field. On the other hand , the student must confer and imitate when writing.English on Environmental Engineering consists of four parts. The first part introduces the essential content of the environmental science and engineering; the environmental protection

6、policies and development in China; the environmental protection policies and laws in other counties, especially in the United States. The second part enumerates some principal environmental problems the human beings are facing, including air pollution, water pollution ,sharp fall of forests and exti

7、nction of wildlife. The third part of this course select some techniques and technology of the disposal of contamination. The last part is about the writing article in English, especially the abstract in English. 三、課程性質(zhì)與教學(xué)目的環(huán)境工程專業(yè)英語(yǔ)是高等學(xué)校環(huán)境工程專業(yè)的一門選修專業(yè)課.通過(guò)這門課程的學(xué)習(xí),提供一個(gè)機(jī)會(huì),使學(xué)生較全面地了解環(huán)境工程學(xué)科的內(nèi)容和發(fā)展趨勢(shì);另一方面督促學(xué)
