1、.技 術(shù) 業(yè) 務(wù) 工 作 報(bào) 告單位： 姓名： 2013年 7 月1991年到1994年我在陜西煤炭學(xué)校學(xué)習(xí)，畢業(yè)后到xxxxxxxx參加工作。到單位后按公司的安排到鉆機(jī)從一名普通的工人做起，積極地鍛煉了一年多的時(shí)候。這段時(shí)間的工作比較辛苦也讓我受益匪淺，首先從體能上得到鍛煉，從一個(gè)弱不禁風(fēng)的學(xué)生蛻變成基本上適應(yīng)工地施工環(huán)境的工人，其次對(duì)鉆機(jī)施工知識(shí)有了初步的認(rèn)識(shí)，對(duì)在書本上見(jiàn)到的和沒(méi)見(jiàn)到的機(jī)械設(shè)備、施工方法，人員組成結(jié)構(gòu)等有了初步的了解。經(jīng)過(guò)必要的鉆機(jī)實(shí)習(xí)后，在公司各領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及同事的幫助帶領(lǐng)下，按照崗位職責(zé)要求和行為規(guī)范，努力做好本職工作，認(rèn)真完成了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)所交給的各項(xiàng)工作，在思想覺(jué)悟及工作能力方面

2、有了很大的提高。在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和同事們的熱心幫助，詳細(xì)講解下，也了解和參與了一些具體工作，工作雖瑣碎，但是收獲很大。負(fù)責(zé)有關(guān)地質(zhì)技術(shù)的組織管理工作:經(jīng)常深入井下現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，掌握井下地質(zhì)情況，查明影響生產(chǎn)和建設(shè)的地質(zhì)因素，匯編原始地質(zhì)編錄和鉆孔編錄，及時(shí)匯報(bào)各種相關(guān)地質(zhì)情況；保證生產(chǎn)正常接續(xù)；收集勘探和采掘工作面的地質(zhì)資料，及時(shí)了解地質(zhì)情況，面向生產(chǎn)深入現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)查研究，解決出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題。在從事地質(zhì)工作四年以來(lái)，對(duì)本職工作有高度的責(zé)任感和使命感，安于平凡敢于吃苦。按照每周、月做好工作計(jì)劃，并按照計(jì)劃逐項(xiàng)、條的完成。在野外工作中，不怕蚊蟲叮咬、不畏毒蛇野獸，嚴(yán)格按照計(jì)劃和規(guī)范將野外勘探工作做好，為下一步工作提供翔實(shí)、

3、可靠的依據(jù)。隨著時(shí)間的推移，1999-2011年我調(diào)入長(zhǎng)江公司淮海分公司做為技術(shù)負(fù)責(zé)人辦理各種施工手續(xù)，溝通建設(shè)、監(jiān)理、施工單位的工作關(guān)系，處理好各種現(xiàn)場(chǎng)矛盾，協(xié)調(diào)工地的正常施工，工程款的回收。由于突出表現(xiàn)。再加上因公司業(yè)務(wù)擴(kuò)展的需要，之后我全面負(fù)責(zé)淮安業(yè)務(wù)工作。剛開(kāi)始作業(yè)務(wù)的時(shí)候，舉步維艱，在人生地不熟的淮安更是無(wú)從下手，因?yàn)閱挝毁Y質(zhì)在徐州，加上每次投標(biāo)時(shí)間緊迫，我常常連夜到公路上攔車、租車到徐州、常州等地追公司資質(zhì)，就為不耽誤投標(biāo)！為最快了解到招標(biāo)信息，我在招標(biāo)市場(chǎng)附近租了房間，每天關(guān)注，每天打聽(tīng)。為獲取聯(lián)系信息，我跑遍了淮安所有的勘察單位、設(shè)計(jì)單位，還發(fā)動(dòng)家里的所有人都關(guān)注樁基工程，看到

4、有圍墻、空地的情況就記下來(lái)，多方打探有關(guān)工程類的信息。只要有業(yè)務(wù)信息，無(wú)論多么偏僻，無(wú)論要跑多少次，我從不放棄任何機(jī)會(huì)。憑著這股韌勁和執(zhí)著的精神，感動(dòng)了一個(gè)又一個(gè)的業(yè)主。他們嘗試用小項(xiàng)目考驗(yàn)我的能力，我以我的敬業(yè)精神和責(zé)任心感化了他們，施工完小項(xiàng)目帶來(lái)了大項(xiàng)目。通過(guò)項(xiàng)目的合作，與他們交上了朋友。隨著時(shí)間的推移，認(rèn)識(shí)我的人越來(lái)越多，業(yè)務(wù)上的事也一年比一年多，不久我在淮安開(kāi)辟了相對(duì)穩(wěn)定的樁基市場(chǎng)，承接訂單的數(shù)量也不斷地增多。隨著自2010年成立淮安辦事處以來(lái)，陸續(xù)承接了上海綠地集團(tuán)淮安綠地世紀(jì)城、江蘇井神鹽業(yè)公司、漣水清華苑、紅豆集團(tuán)淮安紅豆城、淮安酈城國(guó)際等樁基工程。2000年到2010年我主要

5、管理了以下工程的施工，淮安金王朝大酒店工程，天山華庭樁基工程，淮安第三人民醫(yī)院工程，缽池山公園樁基工程（本工程為江蘇省第四屆園藝博覽會(huì)主會(huì)場(chǎng)，共有兩家樁基單位參建、工期作為第一要素，我方克服了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)困難的施工環(huán)境，預(yù)想了多種施工方法，最終我們施工了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)三分之二的工程量，為業(yè)主爭(zhēng)取了寶貴的時(shí)間，受到了一致的好評(píng)），淮陰區(qū)安置小區(qū)工程，淮陰面粉廠樁基、淮陰油廠樁基、萬(wàn)邦國(guó)際香料廠樁基、鼎元科技樁基、黃元小區(qū)樁基、楚州安置房小區(qū)樁基、楚州農(nóng)貿(mào)市場(chǎng)樁基、江蘇井神鹽化廠樁基、揚(yáng)州船廠樁基等等。到目前我一共參與了50個(gè)工程，完成管樁約60萬(wàn)米，鉆孔樁5000根，沒(méi)有出現(xiàn)一起嚴(yán)重的工程安全、質(zhì)量事故，沒(méi)有發(fā)生

6、一次與建設(shè)、監(jiān)理單位嚴(yán)重沖突的事件，所施工的工程均通過(guò)相關(guān)部門的驗(yàn)收，較好的完成了單位委派的施工任務(wù)。在搞好業(yè)務(wù)的同時(shí)，我不斷加強(qiáng)業(yè)務(wù)和專業(yè)知識(shí)的學(xué)習(xí)，在業(yè)務(wù)過(guò)程中很快掌握了標(biāo)書編制、預(yù)算軟件使用及相關(guān)的法律、法規(guī)。下一步我將在個(gè)人硬件上作一番努力，爭(zhēng)取通過(guò)工程師職稱評(píng)定，拿到大專文憑，考取一級(jí)建造師。在工作期間，我努力鉆研專業(yè)技術(shù)知識(shí)，在技術(shù)管理過(guò)程中努力推行“新工藝、新結(jié)構(gòu)、新材料、新設(shè)備”，對(duì)科技創(chuàng)新和技術(shù)進(jìn)步傾注了滿腔熱情。任助理工程師專業(yè)技術(shù)職務(wù)以后，在施工一線鍛煉的幾年中，通過(guò)理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際，在大學(xué)期間所學(xué)的專業(yè)理論知識(shí)迅速轉(zhuǎn)化為了業(yè)務(wù)能力。作為公司的技術(shù)和質(zhì)量管理部門，在公司經(jīng)理和

7、公司總工程師的直接領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，對(duì)技術(shù)管理一絲不茍，對(duì)工程質(zhì)量從嚴(yán)控制。在潛心鉆研專業(yè)技術(shù)知識(shí)的同時(shí)，我還在科技雜志上發(fā)表了雙摻高性能混凝土力學(xué)性能實(shí)驗(yàn)研究?，F(xiàn)代社會(huì)的發(fā)展日新月異，知識(shí)更新十分迅速，如果不及時(shí)補(bǔ)充新知識(shí)，不經(jīng)常進(jìn)行不間斷的學(xué)習(xí)和交流，就不能適應(yīng)企業(yè)技術(shù)管理工作的需要，就要被淘汰。為此，我利用一切機(jī)會(huì)參加各種培訓(xùn)班、技術(shù)交流活動(dòng)。在助理工程師任職期間，先后參加有關(guān)部門組織的各種專題培訓(xùn)十余次，獲得質(zhì)檢員、施工員、安全員、資料員等崗位資格證書；獲得江蘇省建設(shè)廳頒發(fā)的貳級(jí)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理資質(zhì)證書。通過(guò)各種繼續(xù)再教育培訓(xùn)班，使我始終保持著旺盛的求知欲，同時(shí)也讓我本人的專業(yè)技術(shù)水平不斷地得到提高。以
