3、 香港亞洲國(guó)際博覽館 香港數(shù)碼港 北京銀行 P.21 質(zhì)保書(shū) 環(huán)球邁特照明電子有限公司（中國(guó)上海市蓮花路1181號(hào)，以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)“環(huán)球邁特”）向通過(guò)合法渠道購(gòu)買(mǎi)全新的環(huán) 球邁特照明產(chǎn)品（不含任何購(gòu)買(mǎi)二手環(huán)球邁特舊照明產(chǎn)品的情形）的最終用戶(hù)（以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)“最終用戶(hù)”）承諾： 在產(chǎn)品出貨投入流通之日（具體出貨日期以環(huán)球邁特的出貨記錄為準(zhǔn)），環(huán)球邁特生產(chǎn)的系列熒光燈電子鎮(zhèn)流器 產(chǎn)品（以下稱(chēng)“照明產(chǎn)品”）的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量符合在產(chǎn)品或者其包裝上注明采用的產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（如果有保障人體健康和 人身、財(cái)產(chǎn)安全的國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的，也符合該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)）；具備產(chǎn)品應(yīng)當(dāng)具備的使用性能（但是已對(duì)產(chǎn)品存在 使用性能的瑕疵作出說(shuō)明的除外）。

4、照明產(chǎn)品在如下規(guī)定的質(zhì)保期內(nèi)，在正確的貯存、安裝、適當(dāng)使用環(huán)境和適當(dāng)維護(hù)的前提下，能具備的照明產(chǎn)品應(yīng) 當(dāng)具備的使用性能（但是已對(duì)產(chǎn)品存在使用性能的瑕疵作出說(shuō)明的除外）。 如果在規(guī)定的質(zhì)保期內(nèi)，環(huán)球邁特的任何照明產(chǎn)品不符合上述質(zhì)量承諾，最終用戶(hù)可憑本產(chǎn)品質(zhì)保書(shū)、銷(xiāo)售發(fā)票和 有質(zhì)量瑕疵的產(chǎn)品到環(huán)球邁特所在地，要求維修或更換，環(huán)球邁特將對(duì)該請(qǐng)求進(jìn)行核實(shí)，并將根據(jù)具體情況免費(fèi)予 以維修或更換。本質(zhì)量保證僅提供給中國(guó)大陸區(qū)域內(nèi)的最終用戶(hù)，并以正確的貯存、安裝、使用和維護(hù)為前提。 上述質(zhì)保期和質(zhì)保承諾不適用于下列情形： 在不適用的地區(qū)、國(guó)家及環(huán)境中使用； 未按照當(dāng)?shù)仉姎夥ㄒ?guī)安裝或使用； 未按照環(huán)球邁特說(shuō)明

5、書(shū)和接線圖安裝或使用； 在非正常的運(yùn)作環(huán)境中使用照明產(chǎn)品，包括（但不限于）超過(guò)產(chǎn)品標(biāo)簽上列明的溫度環(huán)境等; 相關(guān)法律法規(guī)規(guī)定的其他情形。 注：檢測(cè)并確認(rèn)照明產(chǎn)品是否存在質(zhì)量瑕疵的程序是，對(duì)于聲稱(chēng)質(zhì)量不符合規(guī)格的照明產(chǎn)品，必須進(jìn)行有環(huán)球邁特 參與的相關(guān)測(cè)試，并且測(cè)試條件必須得到環(huán)球邁特的書(shū)面認(rèn)可。 對(duì)于非質(zhì)保期內(nèi)的產(chǎn)品，環(huán)球邁特不承擔(dān)任何明示或隱含的質(zhì)量保證責(zé)任。除特殊說(shuō)明，環(huán)球邁特不承擔(dān)其他任何 書(shū)面或口頭的質(zhì)量保證責(zé)任。 產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量責(zé)任限制： 在上述質(zhì)量保證期內(nèi)，環(huán)球邁特對(duì)因照明產(chǎn)品、銷(xiāo)售服務(wù)而產(chǎn)生的直接損失分別負(fù)責(zé)受理和賠償，但其額度不 應(yīng)超過(guò)相應(yīng)照明產(chǎn)品的價(jià)格。 環(huán)球邁特對(duì)因產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量或其他

7、所有產(chǎn)品規(guī)格進(jìn)行修改補(bǔ)充的權(quán)利 本印刷品所列產(chǎn)品只適合在中國(guó)大陸銷(xiāo)售（不含香港，臺(tái)灣，澳門(mén)地區(qū)） P.22 Warranty Universal lighting China Co., Ltd., 1181 Lian Hua Road Shanghai 201102, China, (86-21 64808118, (hereinafter called "ULC" warrants its Electronic fluorescent ballasts (hereinafter called "Lighting Products" to be free

8、 from defects in material and workmanship for the specified warranty periods beginning from the date of delivery. ULC only extends this limited warranty to the original purchaser or first end-user in China Mainland. If it appears within the specified warranty period that any Lighting Product does no

9、t meet the warranty specified above, the original purchaser or first end-user shall collect and return the Lighting Product with the original invoice. ULC shall check the returned product. If ULC confirms that the returned product has not performed in accordance with the terms of this warranty, ULC,

10、 at its option, will either repair or replace the Lighting Product at ULC's expense. This limited warranty is conditional based upon proper storage, installation, use and maintenance. This limited warranty is not applicable to any Lighting Product which has not been installed or operated in acco

11、rdance with ULC's specifications and connection diagrams or Lighting Products which have been subjected to abnormal operating conditions including but is not limited to excessive temperatures as specified in ULC's published literature. The conditions for any tests (to be performed on Lightin

12、g Products which are claimed to have not performed in accordance with the terms of this warranty shall be agreed by ULC in writing and ULC may be represented at any such tests. No Implied Warranty of Merchantability or Fitness For A Particular Purpose Shall Apply Beyond The Aforementioned Warranty P

13、eriod. The foregoing warranty is exclusive of all other statutory, written or oral warranties and no other warranties of any kind, statutory or otherwise, are given or herein expressed. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, Under no circumstances, whether as a result of breach of contract, breach of warranty, t

14、ort, strict liability or otherwise, will ULC be liable for consequential, incidental, special or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of use or damage to any property or equipment, cost of capital, cost of substitute product, facilities or services, down time costs

15、 or claims of claimant's customers. ULC's liability for all claims of any kind or for any loss or damages arising out of, resulting from or concerning any aspect of this warranty or from the Lighting Products or services furnished hereunder, shall not exceed the price of the specific Lightin
