1、第一章 獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金設(shè)立Chapter 1 Scholarship Establishment第一條 電子科技大學(xué)留學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金包括成電杰出留學(xué)生、學(xué)習(xí)優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金和杰 出表現(xiàn)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金共三類(lèi)。Article 1 UESTC international student scholarships include 3 types: they are Outstanding International Student Scholarship, Scholarship for Academic Achievements, and Scholarship for Excellent Performance.第二條 “

2、成電杰出留學(xué)生”稱號(hào)為電子科技大學(xué)授予留學(xué)生個(gè)人的最高榮譽(yù)。Article 2 Outstanding International Student Scholarship is the highest honor for international students awarded by UESTC.第三條 “學(xué)習(xí)優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金”旨在獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)在我校勤奮學(xué)習(xí)、刻苦鉆研、成績(jī)優(yōu)秀的 在校留學(xué)生。Article 3 Scholarship for Academic Achievements is set up to reward students who are diligent in study and

3、research and ranking top in academic aspect.第四條 “杰出表現(xiàn)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金”旨在獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)在公益活動(dòng)、學(xué)科競(jìng)賽、創(chuàng)新發(fā)明、體育 競(jìng)賽、學(xué)生工作、文藝比賽、文化交流等方面取得突出成績(jī)的在校留學(xué)生。Article 4 Scholarship for Excellent Performance is to reward the international students who make outstanding achievements in the areas of public welfare activities, academic innovations,

4、competitions, sports contests, student service, literary performances and cultural exchanges.第五條 “成電杰出留學(xué)生”獎(jiǎng)金 5000元/ 人，用于獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)本年度學(xué)校最優(yōu)秀的留 學(xué)生。獲獎(jiǎng)比例為在校留學(xué)生人數(shù)的 1%，原則上從高年級(jí)學(xué)生中產(chǎn)生，如果沒(méi) 有足夠的候選人，評(píng)選名額可空缺。Article 5 Outstanding International Student Scholarship winners can get RMB 5000 per head for his/her outstanding

5、performances in all aspects. The number of winners takes up one percent of the total degree students. In principle, the candidates are to be selected from the graduates of the year. The scholarship can be kept vacant when all candidates disqualify.第一條 “學(xué)習(xí)優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金”：一等獎(jiǎng) 3000/人/ 年，獲獎(jiǎng)比例占參評(píng)人數(shù) 5%；二 等獎(jiǎng) 2000/人

6、/ 年，獲獎(jiǎng)比例占參評(píng)人數(shù) 10%；三等獎(jiǎng) 1000/人/ 年，獲獎(jiǎng)比例占 參評(píng)人數(shù) 15%。Article 6 Scholarship for Academic Achievements1) First Grade: 3000 Yuan/head/year, 5 percent of total candidates;2) Second Grade: 2000 Yuan/head/year, 10 percent of total candidates;3) Third Grade: 1000 Yuan/head/year, 15 percent of total candidates;第二

7、條 “杰出表現(xiàn)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金”：獎(jiǎng)金 1000 元/人/年，獲獎(jiǎng)比例根據(jù)當(dāng)年申報(bào)情況 由獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金評(píng)審委員會(huì)確定。Article 7 Scholarship for Excellent PerformanceThe winners will get 1000 Yuan/head/yearand the proportion will be decided by Scholarship Review Committee according to the total amount of applicants of that year.第二章 獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金申請(qǐng)條件Chapter 2 Application Requi

8、rements第六條 “成電杰出留學(xué)生”評(píng)選條件（一）電子科技大學(xué)在校留學(xué)生，原則上本科應(yīng)為大四學(xué)生，碩士、博士 應(yīng)為學(xué)業(yè)最后一學(xué)年；（二）具有優(yōu)良的道德品質(zhì)和行為習(xí)慣；（三）遵守中國(guó)政府的法律、法規(guī)和電子科技大學(xué)的校紀(jì)、校規(guī)；（四）學(xué)業(yè)成績(jī)優(yōu)異，品學(xué)兼優(yōu)；勇于創(chuàng)新、積極實(shí)踐；學(xué)業(yè)成績(jī)平均分達(dá) 80 以上；（五）在科學(xué)研究、科技創(chuàng)新、文化藝術(shù)體育、社會(huì)實(shí)踐、社會(huì)服務(wù)等方 面取得特別優(yōu)異成績(jī)，對(duì)社會(huì)、學(xué)校做出特殊貢獻(xiàn)，為學(xué)校贏得榮譽(yù)或產(chǎn)生 積極的社會(huì)影響；Article 8 Application Requirements for Outstanding International Studen

9、t1）Candidatesshould be full -time UESTC degree students and are graduating students.2）Good moral character and behavior; abide by the laws and regulations of the Chinese government and UESTC.3）Excellent academic achievement; good ability of Innovation and are active in practice; average academic sco

10、re is above 80.4）Excellent in scientific research, innovation of science and technology, culture, art, sports, social practice and social services; special contribution to society and school, and gain honors for the university or social reputation.第七條 “學(xué)習(xí)優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金”申請(qǐng)條件（一）在電子科技大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)須滿一年及以上的在校留學(xué)生；（二）遵守中國(guó)政府

11、的法律、法規(guī)和電子科技大學(xué)的校紀(jì)、校規(guī)；（三）在近一年內(nèi)有以下突出表現(xiàn)之一者：1. 在本學(xué)科的國(guó)際重要學(xué)術(shù)刊物、國(guó)內(nèi)核心刊物、本領(lǐng)域重要國(guó)際學(xué) 術(shù)會(huì)議上以電子科技大學(xué)的名義發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文，且本人為第一作者或第 二作者（此時(shí)導(dǎo)師需為第一作者） ；2. 學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度端正，勤奮刻苦，上學(xué)年度學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)優(yōu)異；3. 在研究項(xiàng)目中有突出成果；4. 積極參加學(xué)校、院系組織開(kāi)展的各類(lèi)公益活動(dòng)及社會(huì)實(shí)踐活動(dòng)。（一） 政府獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金生、一等新生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金獲得者，同一年不得再申請(qǐng)“學(xué)習(xí) 優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)學(xué)；Article 9 Requirements for Scholarship for Academic Achievements1）Ex

12、isting student studying in UESCT exceeding one year2）Existing student complying with the laws and regulations of the Chinese government as well as the UESTC3）Existing student with one of the following outstanding performances in the last couple of yearsa）As the first author or second author （the sup

13、ervisor needs to be the first author）, of publications, on behalf of UESTC, on important international academic journals, or domestic core journals, or important international conference of the disciplineb）With a right learning attitude, hardworking and excellent academic achievement in a school yea

14、rc）Outstanding achievements in research projectsd）Existing student actively participating in various activities or social practice organized by the university or schools4）The CSC scholarship owners or winners of the first -grade scholarship for new students are ineligible to the Academic Excellence

15、Scholarship第一條 “杰出表現(xiàn)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金”申請(qǐng)條件（ 一） 在電子科技大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)須滿半年及以上的在校外國(guó)留學(xué)生；（ 二 ） 遵守中國(guó)政府的法律、法規(guī)和電子科技大學(xué)的校紀(jì)、校規(guī)；（ 三） 積極參加重大公益活動(dòng)， 或積極參加各類(lèi)社會(huì)實(shí)踐活動(dòng)及社會(huì)工作， 且表現(xiàn)突出；（ 四） 積極參加各類(lèi)藝術(shù)、體育及文化交流活動(dòng)，成績(jī)顯著。Article 10 Requirements of Scholarship for Excellent Performance1. Existing students study in UESTC for at least one semester2. No violati

16、on of Chinese government laws and UESTC rules and regulations3. Active participation of public activities, social practices, social services and student service work and make great achievements4. Active participation of various arts, sports and cultural exchange activities 第二條 凡屬下列情況之一者，不能參加留學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金評(píng)選

17、：（ 一） 因違反中國(guó)法律、法規(guī)或電子科技大學(xué)校紀(jì)、校規(guī)受到刑事拘留、 治安處罰或行政處分者；（ 二） 無(wú)故遲到、早退、曠課或嚴(yán)重違反校規(guī)校紀(jì)者；（ 三） 在教學(xué)計(jì)劃規(guī)定的課程考核中不及格者；（ 四） 在申報(bào)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金時(shí)，嚴(yán)禁各種類(lèi)型的弄虛作假行為，一經(jīng)發(fā)現(xiàn)，取消在校期間所有學(xué)年度申請(qǐng)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金的資格；Article 11 Students with one of the following cases are ineligible for scholarship application1. Violation of Chinese laws or UESTC rules and regulation

18、s.2. Being late for and absent from the classes without asking for leave or reasonable excuses and serious violation of UESTC class regulations.3. Failing to get enough credits stipulated in the teaching plans.4. Providing false information in scholarship application materials第三章 評(píng)審原則和辦法Chapter 3 As

19、sessment Principles and Procedures第八條 學(xué)校成立電子科技大學(xué)留學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金評(píng)審委員會(huì)， 成員由學(xué)校主管領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、 教務(wù)處、研究生院、國(guó)際交流與合作處（國(guó)際教育學(xué)院） 、和財(cái)務(wù)處等相關(guān)部門(mén) 負(fù)責(zé)人以及相關(guān)學(xué)科的專(zhuān)家教授組成。 學(xué)校主管領(lǐng)導(dǎo)為委員會(huì)組長(zhǎng)， 國(guó)際合作與 交流處負(fù)責(zé)人為委員會(huì)秘書(shū)長(zhǎng)， 留學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金評(píng)審委員會(huì)秘書(shū)處設(shè)在國(guó)際教育學(xué) 院，負(fù)責(zé)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金的日常事務(wù)。Article 12 International Student Scholarship Review Committee is established by University of Electroni

20、c Science and Technology of China, which is composed of the vice-president in charge of international affairs, the directors in charge of office of Academic Affairs, graduate school, office of international cooperation and exchange, school of international education, financial department along with

21、professors in relating disciplines. The vice-president is the Committee leader, the director of office of international cooperation and exchanges is the secretary to the Committee, the Committee secretariat is located at the School of International Education, who is responsible for the day-to-day af

22、fairs of the scholarship.第九條 電子科技大學(xué)留學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金評(píng)審委員會(huì)負(fù)責(zé)制定和修改獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金評(píng)定辦法， 并接受學(xué)生申訴。Article 13 The Committee is responsible for the formulation and revision of the scholarship regulations, as well as accepts the student' s appeal.第十條 留學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金評(píng)定委員會(huì)秘書(shū)處對(duì)申請(qǐng)者的資格、 申請(qǐng)條件進(jìn)行認(rèn)定后， 將符合申請(qǐng)條件的申請(qǐng)者名單和材料報(bào)學(xué)校留學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金評(píng)定委員會(huì)審議。Article 1

23、4 The Committee Secretariat is in charge of the identification of the eligibility of applicants, and then submits the list of qualified applicants and materials to the Committee for assessment.第十一條 留學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金評(píng)審委員會(huì)根據(jù)秘書(shū)處提供的申請(qǐng)者材料進(jìn)行評(píng)審， 可通過(guò)材料審閱、面試提問(wèn)、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)答辯等方式，最終確定獲得獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金學(xué)生的名單， 并由評(píng)審委員會(huì)組長(zhǎng)簽字生效。Article 15 The Intern

24、ational Student Scholarship Review Committee reviews the application documents provided by the Secretariat, finalizes the scholarship winners list after assessment or interviewing. The list will become effective after the Committee leader signs into force.第十二條 留學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金評(píng)審委員會(huì)秘書(shū)處可根據(jù)當(dāng)年申報(bào)情況，適當(dāng)調(diào)整各 項(xiàng)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金具體評(píng)審實(shí)

25、施細(xì)則，報(bào)留學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金評(píng)定委員會(huì)審議通過(guò)。Article 16The Secretariat is entitled to adjust the implementation details appropriately based on the applications, and submit to the Committee for reviewing.第四章 申請(qǐng)方式及審核 Chapter 4 Application and Review 第十三條 凡符合申請(qǐng)條件的留學(xué)生，可向電子科技大學(xué)國(guó)際教育學(xué)院來(lái)華留 學(xué)生科提交申請(qǐng)和審核材料。 不提交申請(qǐng)材料者， 視為自動(dòng)放棄獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金評(píng)選資格。 Ar

26、ticle 17 Students, who meet the application criteria, are supposed to submit an application document to the office of International Student Affairs of School of International Education, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. Those who fail to submit application documents are deeme

27、d as a waiver of the scholarship selection eligibility 第十四條 申請(qǐng)“學(xué)習(xí)優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金”的本科生需提供上一年度考試成績(jī)單和相 關(guān)院系推薦證明，碩士和博士需提供全部課程考試結(jié)束后成績(jī)單以及各類(lèi)論文發(fā) 表證明、獲獎(jiǎng)證書(shū)和導(dǎo)師推薦信；Article 18 The undergraduate applicants applying for Scholarship for Academic Achievements must provide the previous year's examination transcripts and rec

28、ommendation letter from his/her school. Master's and doctoral applicants need to provide a complete courses transcripts as well as all kinds of papers published, certificates received, letters of recommendation by his/her supervisor. 第十五條 申請(qǐng)“杰出表現(xiàn)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金”的學(xué)生需提供近一年內(nèi)在藝術(shù)、體育、文 化交流、公益活動(dòng)等某一方面表現(xiàn)突出的獲獎(jiǎng)證書(shū)、證明等；

29、Article 19 Applicants applying for Scholarship for Excellent Performance must provide awarded certificates or proof of his/her outstanding performances in a particular aspect of the arts, sports , cultural exchanges, and public service activities within a year.第十六條 獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金評(píng)定結(jié)果將進(jìn)行公示，公示期間任何人對(duì)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金評(píng)審結(jié)果有 異議者，

30、可向留學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金評(píng)審委員會(huì)提出申訴，委員會(huì)將進(jìn)行答復(fù)。Article 20 Scholarship evaluation results will be in publicity. Dissident during the publicity period may appeal to the Committee and the Committee will reply to the appealing.第十七條 公示結(jié)束后，評(píng)審委員會(huì)將上報(bào)學(xué)校最終結(jié)果，并公布最終獲獎(jiǎng)名 單。Article 21 At the end of the publicity, the final result wil

31、l be reported to the University by the Committee, and winners will be announced.第十八條 獲獎(jiǎng)留學(xué)生將獲得電子科技大學(xué)頒發(fā)的相應(yīng)獲獎(jiǎng)證書(shū)及獎(jiǎng)金。 Article 22 The scholarship winners will receive premium and certificate awarded by the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China第五章權(quán)利與義務(wù)Chapter 5 Obligations and Rights第十九條

32、 凡符合某項(xiàng)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金申請(qǐng)條件的留學(xué)生，有權(quán)申請(qǐng)參評(píng)該項(xiàng)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金， 任何個(gè)人和組織不得違法干預(yù)。Article 23 Any student, who meets the criteria of a particular scholarship, can apply for this scholarship. Any individuals or organizations cannot interfere with it illegally. 第二十條 評(píng)審委員會(huì)有權(quán)根據(jù)當(dāng)年實(shí)際情況，同時(shí)適當(dāng)聽(tīng)取留學(xué)生意見(jiàn)，對(duì) 當(dāng)年獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金評(píng)定細(xì)則進(jìn)行修改和調(diào)整。Article 24 According to th

33、e actual situation and international students a'ppropriate suggestion, Scholarship Review Committee has the right to modify and adjust the scholarship regulations.第二十一條對(duì)于違反中國(guó)法律法規(guī)，違反電子科技大學(xué)校紀(jì)校規(guī)的獲獎(jiǎng)留學(xué)生， 評(píng)審委員會(huì)有權(quán)調(diào)整、扣發(fā)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金，直至取消該生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金資格。Article 25 For those who violate Chinese laws and regulations, UESTC

34、disciplines and rules, the Committee is entitled to adjust, withhold, or even cancel the scholarship.第二十二條獲獎(jiǎng)留學(xué)生有義務(wù)配合和服從國(guó)際教育學(xué)院安排，參加學(xué)校教學(xué)、 文體、藝術(shù)、競(jìng)賽等相關(guān)活動(dòng)。凡無(wú)故拒絕服從國(guó)際教育學(xué)院安排的，評(píng)審委員 會(huì)有權(quán)調(diào)整、扣發(fā)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金，直至取消該生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金資格。Article 26 Scholarship students have the obligation to cooperate and obey arrangements from school of international education, actively participate in study, sports, arts, competitions, and other activities.
