5、完評(píng)委之后，讓我們來重溫一下比賽規(guī)則。There are two sections for each contestant. One is a -2- minute prepared speech ,the other is a-2- minute impromptu speech . Each speech should be finished within the required time , otherwise , one of the judges will have to stop you. In the first section, each of the contestants

6、 will choose one from the given four topics , which are: to be the best VS to be yourself, It is time to, If time could be turned back, To be grateful. In the second section, Each contestant will draw the topic of an impromptu speech 5 minutes before their performances. The full score for each secti

7、on is 10. The final score is the average of all the scores from the judges after cancelling the highest and lowest scores. We will announce the scores after every 5 contestants have finished their speeches. And this competition will be decided at two first prize winners ,_ second prize winners and _
