2、ct process. 為了規(guī)范生產(chǎn)檢驗過程的SPC的控制。2.0 SCOPE (范圍)This procedure is applied to all the producti on part and process n eed to SPC con trol. 本文件適用于公司內(nèi)有 SPC監(jiān)控要求的所有產(chǎn)品及工藝。3.0 FUNCTIONS AFFECTED(涉及部門)Quality (質(zhì)量部)Productio n(生產(chǎn))Project (項目)Desig n(設(shè)計)Engin eeri ng(工程)Quality System (質(zhì)量系統(tǒng))4.0 DEFINITIONS (定義)4.1
3、 The primary determ in ate in con trol chart selecti on is Data Type.選擇控制圖最基本的決定條件是數(shù)據(jù)類型。4.1.1 Continu ous data: the data from test ing, for example: label dime nsions.計量型數(shù)據(jù):通過測量得到的數(shù)據(jù),如標簽尺寸。4.1.2 Attribute data: the data from counting, the attribute data have two outcome (Pass/Fail, Good/NG).計數(shù)型數(shù)據(jù):通過

5、o improve the process ability.統(tǒng)計過程控制:使用統(tǒng)計技術(shù)(如控制圖)去分析一個過程或輸出數(shù)據(jù)的穩(wěn)定性,采取適當?shù)拇胧┤ミ_到和保持統(tǒng)計控制狀態(tài)并改進過程能力。4.3 Control of chart : The classical and effective tools to be used for reaching SPC control.控制圖:達到統(tǒng)計控制的典型和有效工具。4.4 Ability of con trol: The ability of process un der the SPC can be con firmed, the data must
6、 beran dom, in depe ndent, and no rmally distributed.控制能力:只有過程在統(tǒng)計控制狀態(tài)下才能被用于SPC控制,數(shù)據(jù)必須是隨機,獨立的和符合正態(tài)分布的。5.0 PROCEDURE (程序)5.1 Parametric choice : Quality engineer, Design engineer or manufacture engineer together to confirm the way of collect data, information of each batch, frequency and which control

8、ce: For the continuous data and normal distribution, usually use the X bar-R, X barS, I-MR. For the attribute data, usually use the failure rate P-chart.SPC圖形選擇:對于計量型數(shù)據(jù)并且滿足正態(tài)分布,通常采用的是:均值變差圖(X bar-R),均值標準差圖(X bar-S )和單值極差圖I-MR。對于計數(shù)型數(shù)據(jù),通常采用不合格品率的P圖。l-MR chart單值移動極差QUALITY SY STEMS PROCEDUREStatistical

10、g to the historic data; it will make alarm for the data out ofcontrol limit and toleranee of customerrequirement. When make a issue alarm, wen eed to take a acti on for improv ing as soon as possible.確定控制線及報警規(guī)則:SPC系統(tǒng)將根據(jù)原始數(shù)據(jù)建立控制線,而且超出控制線及客戶公差線將報警。當發(fā)生問題警報, 我們需要盡可能快的采取行動改善。The Western Electric Rules ar

Recorder n eed to follow the CP, BOO and customer draw ing requireme nt.生產(chǎn)操作員和IPQC按規(guī)定收集并記錄數(shù)據(jù)。記錄需要依據(jù)控制計劃,BOO
12、和客戶圖紙要求進行。5.5 Action plan : Operator and recorder-leader-technician-engineer( ME, QE, DE )-managerIPQC and operator need to judge the process stability at any time, when found the control chart issue to notice DE, ME and QEIPQC和生產(chǎn)人員應(yīng)隨時判斷工序是否處于穩(wěn)定受控狀態(tài),當控制圖上的點發(fā)生異常時應(yīng)及時通 知工藝工程師,制造工程師和質(zhì)量工程師。QUALITY SY STE

IT n eeds to mai nta in the useful of SPC software and related SPC server.使用SPC系統(tǒng)對相關(guān)生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)進行管理和維護,協(xié)助客戶對SPC中生產(chǎn)歷史數(shù)據(jù)進行分析和研究。IT協(xié)助對SPC軟件及相關(guān)SPC server進行維護。6.0 RESPONSIBLITIES (職責)6.1 Man ufacturi ng Engin eer will
