8、es this model is applicable from strategy, organizational structure to human resource management this article applies only to organizational structures* customer value organization: the presence of an enterprise depends on external customers the enterprise must provide the value that the customer re
9、cognizes, and the value determines the way the organization creates value within the organization.* customer value employee: the value that the customer recognizes is created by the employee; value determines what type of employees the organization needs and what level of employees it needs* organiz
10、ational value employees: value associates businesses with employees and defines the relationship between the organization and the employee; the value orientation of the enterprise determines the performance of the employeesvisible, value to customers, organization and staff closely relates in togeth
