1、 信息技術(shù)運(yùn)用成果信息技術(shù)運(yùn)用成果 護(hù)國(guó)中學(xué) 英語(yǔ)教師 師明琴一一 個(gè)人研修計(jì)劃個(gè)人研修計(jì)劃個(gè)人研修個(gè)人研修計(jì)劃計(jì)劃自我自我分析和環(huán)境分析分析和環(huán)境分析自我分析:根據(jù)培訓(xùn)結(jié)果,可知自己在計(jì)算機(jī)與教學(xué)結(jié)合方面還存在一些問(wèn)題,在計(jì)算機(jī)的靈活運(yùn)用方面還不夠好。信息技術(shù)如果運(yùn)用的好,可以吸引學(xué)生的注意力,加大學(xué)生的接收量。環(huán)境分析:學(xué)校的多媒體設(shè)備還算比較齊全,信息化環(huán)境、信息化資源庫(kù)等方面都比較豐富,也給學(xué)生塑造了一個(gè)良好的信息技術(shù)壞境。我的發(fā)展目標(biāo)我的發(fā)展目標(biāo)發(fā)展目標(biāo):在接下來(lái)的教學(xué)活動(dòng)中多使用多媒體來(lái)展示,給學(xué)生視覺(jué)沖擊。偶爾也讓學(xué)生自己在電子白板上面做練習(xí)與答題。備課是提高數(shù)學(xué)教學(xué)質(zhì)量的重要環(huán)

2、節(jié),尤其是課程改革后,新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)更注重學(xué)生的終身發(fā)展和能力的培養(yǎng)。要實(shí)現(xiàn)這一目標(biāo),備好課很重要。備教材與學(xué)材。教材是備課的資源之一,但決不是唯一的,網(wǎng)絡(luò)、報(bào)刊、書籍以及日常生活都是教育教學(xué)的源頭活水,在備課時(shí),教師要把握好教材的教學(xué)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和三維目標(biāo),要善于發(fā)掘教材的教學(xué)價(jià)值,要善于將生活素材轉(zhuǎn)化為課堂學(xué)材行動(dòng)計(jì)劃行動(dòng)計(jì)劃實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo)過(guò)程中可能面臨的困難或挑戰(zhàn):有可能在使用多媒體計(jì)算機(jī)方面會(huì)遇到使用不嫻熟的困難,也會(huì)遇到許多不會(huì)的地方??墒沁@些都可以在不段的練習(xí)中學(xué)。實(shí)現(xiàn)發(fā)展目標(biāo)的具體途徑:遇到不懂得向前輩請(qǐng)教,或者上網(wǎng)通過(guò)查資料看視頻進(jìn)行自學(xué)。其次,還有不太會(huì)的可以去參加計(jì)算機(jī)培訓(xùn)。再次,可以通過(guò)實(shí)

18、科一直以來(lái)就備受爭(zhēng)議,如果不積極主動(dòng)的培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的興趣,就會(huì)導(dǎo)致學(xué)生對(duì)待英語(yǔ)的態(tài)度變得越來(lái)越糟,然后最后放棄。2.參與專家視頻答疑活動(dòng)、瀏覽簡(jiǎn)報(bào)、學(xué)習(xí)同伴優(yōu)秀作品等收獲:觀看了專家的答疑視頻,讓我受益匪淺。專家們的優(yōu)秀方法的確可行并值得我們學(xué)習(xí)。特別是陳愛苾專家關(guān)于師德師風(fēng)的講解讓我們感受頗深,要成為一名合格并且優(yōu)秀的老師,師德師風(fēng)必須要好,要熱愛關(guān)心每位學(xué)生,不僅在學(xué)習(xí)方面要給予學(xué)生幫助還要關(guān)心學(xué)生身心的發(fā)展。 3.參與研修活動(dòng)的收獲:在參與研修活動(dòng)中,觀看了其它優(yōu)秀教師上傳的優(yōu)秀課件,教學(xué)反思。從中學(xué)得了要認(rèn)真?zhèn)湔n,認(rèn)真研究教材,抓住教材的重點(diǎn),運(yùn)用計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)美化ppt課件,加入能夠吸引學(xué)生興趣的動(dòng)畫和聲音,并與實(shí)際生活相結(jié)合。不斷
