10、fiedtenderers from eligiblesourcecountriesasdefinedunderthe"guidelinesforprocurem ent"of theworldbank.3.2allgoodsandservicestobesuppliedunder this contract shallhavetheiroriginineligiblesourcecountries,andallexpenditures madeunderthecontractwillbelimitedtosuchgoodsandservices.3.3theorigino

11、fgoodsandservicesisdistinctfromthe nationalityofthetenderer.3.4tobe eligible for award of contract, tenderers shall haveprovidedevidencesatisfactorytotheemployeroftheireligibility underclause3.1above,andoftheircapabilityand adequacy of resources toeffectivelycarry out the contract. to this end, the

15、, tenderers who have beenpre- qualifiedmayupdateandaugmenttheinformationsupplied with theirapplication for pre-qualification, and, in particular, shall giveparticularsofworkinhandatthedateoftendering.3.6tenderssubmittedbyajointventure of two or more firms aspartnersshallcomplywiththefollowingrequire

16、ments:(a) thetender,andin case of a successful tender the form ofagreement,shallbesignedsoastobelegallybindingonallpartners;(b) oneofthejointventuremembersshallbe nominated as sponsor;andthisauthorisation shall be evidenced by submitting a power ofattorneysignedbylegallyauthorisedsignatoriesofall th

17、e members ofthejointventure;(c) thejointventuresponsorshallbeauthorisedtoincurliabilitiesandre ceiveinstructionsforandonbehalfofanyandallmembers of thejointventureandtheentireexecutionofthecontractincludingpaymentshallbedoneexclusivelywiththejointventuresponsor;(d) allmembersofthejoint venture shall

18、 be liable jointly andseverallyforthe execution of the contract in accordance with thecontractterms,andarelevantstatementtothiseffectshallbe includedintheauthorisationmentionedunder(b)aboveaswellasintheform oftenderandtheformofagreement(incaseofasuccessfultender);and(e) acopyoftheagreemententeredint

19、obythejointventurepartnerssha llbesubmittedwiththetender.3.7domestictenderersorcombinationsorjointventures o domesticandforeigntenderersapplyingforeligibilityforthe application ofwitha%marginofpreferenceinthecomparisonoftheirtenderothertendersshallsupplyallinformationrequiredtosatisfythecriteria for

20、eligibilityasdescribedinclause29oftheseinstructions.4.costoften deringthetenderershallbearallcostsassociatedwiththepreparation andsubmission of his tender and neither the employer nor hisagentcompanywillinanywayberesponsible orliable for thosecosts,regardlessoftheoutcomeofthetenderingprocess.5.site

21、visit5.1thetendererisadvisedtovisitandexaminethesiteoftheworksandt hesurroundingsandtoobtainforhimselfonhisown responsibility,allinformationthat may be necessary for preparing the tender andenteringintoacontract.thecostsofvisitingthesiteshallbe at thetenderer'sownexpense.5.2arrangementsforavisit
