1、第一部分自我分析通過(guò)這些天的網(wǎng)絡(luò)遠(yuǎn)程培訓(xùn),作為一名初中英語(yǔ)老師,我深感教育技術(shù)運(yùn)用在英語(yǔ)教學(xué)中的重要性。英語(yǔ)不同于其他學(xué)科,她不像語(yǔ)文作為我們的母語(yǔ)學(xué)生可以自由運(yùn)用,也不同于數(shù)學(xué)強(qiáng)調(diào)邏輯推理。在英語(yǔ)的課堂中,我們需要從最基本的字母開(kāi)始接觸一門(mén)語(yǔ)言。這導(dǎo)致了在初中階段,學(xué)生需要擴(kuò)充大量的詞匯以及基本的語(yǔ)法結(jié)構(gòu),這些無(wú)疑會(huì)增加英語(yǔ)課堂的枯燥性。因而,各種教育技術(shù)尤其是現(xiàn)如今的多媒體運(yùn)用在英語(yǔ)教學(xué)中有著很大的作用。對(duì)于我個(gè)人而言,我在教育技術(shù)的運(yùn)用上的優(yōu)勢(shì)如下:優(yōu)勢(shì):現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)內(nèi)容十分豐富,它包括電子課件、網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育、遠(yuǎn)程教育等,它集圖文聲像于一體。可以刺激學(xué)生的多種感覺(jué)系統(tǒng),充分調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)積極
2、性,激發(fā)他們的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。作為一名年輕的教師,我自己本身接受的教育就是在老師的各種技術(shù)運(yùn)用下完成的,因而對(duì)于各種教育技術(shù)和手段都有接觸,便于我更快的接受他們并將他們運(yùn)用到課堂當(dāng)中去。其次,由于剛剛走上工作崗位,自己的教學(xué)模式還沒(méi)有固定,可以有更多的嘗試將不同的教育技術(shù)運(yùn)用到課堂當(dāng)中去。第三,本身的計(jì)算機(jī)水平也極大的幫助了我對(duì)于這些教育技術(shù)的運(yùn)用不足:在將各種教育技術(shù)運(yùn)用到課堂的時(shí)候,有時(shí)候會(huì)為了運(yùn)用技術(shù)而強(qiáng)加了一些,導(dǎo)致課堂上面實(shí)質(zhì)性的內(nèi)容被技術(shù)運(yùn)用給掩蓋了,減少了課堂板書(shū),技術(shù)掩蓋了課堂的重難點(diǎn),讓學(xué)生有時(shí)候不能充分的把握課堂內(nèi)容。改進(jìn):在今后的教育技術(shù)運(yùn)用當(dāng)中,要始終記得技術(shù)是為了課堂而服務(wù)
