1、全詩第一段,主要意象是西風(fēng)和樹林中的殘葉,描繪了西風(fēng)橫掃林中殘葉并且傳播生命的種子的景象。此處,暗喻和象征的寫作手法得到了充分的利用。作者將“西風(fēng)”比作“秋之實體的氣息”,即大自然中不可戰(zhàn)勝、所向披靡的存在。而又將“春風(fēng)”比作“陽春蔚藍(lán)的姐妹”,又顯得柔和。接著,詩人用“殘葉”來象征英國的反動階級,用“疫癘摧殘的落葉無數(shù)”來描繪了反動階級所處的垂死狀態(tài)。在作者的筆下,西風(fēng)是“不羈的精靈”,它既“破壞”著,又“保護(hù)”著??褚暗奈黠L(fēng)喻指著革命的力量,它在摧毀一切陳舊、腐朽的事物的同時,也在孕育著一切有著生機(jī)和活力的新事物。全詩開篇便體現(xiàn)了西風(fēng)奔騰的氣勢,它技能摧毀舊世界,又能創(chuàng)造新世界。the p
