31、 should obtain relevant working voucher.5.工藝工藝 process 5.1.模板設(shè)計(jì)模板設(shè)計(jì) mould design基礎(chǔ)梁與剪力墻模板 foundation beam and shear wall mould 基礎(chǔ)梁與承臺(tái)模板 foundation beam and bearing platform mould(1)本工程副樓基礎(chǔ)為鉆孔樁,樁承臺(tái)、柱、基礎(chǔ)梁,平臺(tái)板為梁板結(jié)構(gòu)?;A(chǔ)梁用木模板,電梯井做磚胎膜。 the foundation of deputy building is drilling pile, the pile bearing pl
32、atform, column, foundation beam and flat plate are beam and slab structure. the foundation beam takes wooden mould, the elevator well is brick membrane.(2)本工程主樓獨(dú)立基礎(chǔ)在靠近地基第一臺(tái)階時(shí)采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)磚做磚模,其余部分采用鋼模板或者木模板。using the standard brick as the brick mould for the first step nearby the independent foundation of ma
33、in building; using the steel mould or wooden mould for the remaining parts.具體做法: 在基坑開(kāi)挖時(shí),測(cè)量員隨基坑開(kāi)挖速度跟蹤測(cè)量,并根據(jù)基礎(chǔ)梁翻樣圖及時(shí)用白灰線放出基礎(chǔ)梁位置線,用機(jī)械開(kāi)挖梁槽,人工清底,挖到基礎(chǔ)梁設(shè)計(jì)墊層標(biāo)高時(shí)及時(shí)用 c15 砼澆筑墊層,在墊層上施放梁內(nèi)邊線。而后開(kāi)始砌筑梁胎模,砌筑到底板底標(biāo)高時(shí)進(jìn)行梁胎模外回填,回填質(zhì)量必須達(dá)到規(guī)范要求,在基礎(chǔ)磚胎模內(nèi)側(cè)支設(shè)模板,上口標(biāo)高為底板底標(biāo)高,而后補(bǔ)澆墊層砼,并壓實(shí)抹光。 specific method: measure in comply with the
34、 excavation, and pay off the foundation beam position line with lime per the foundation beam drawings; excavate the beam trench with machine and clean manually, pour the cushion with c15 concrete while excavating till the design cushion elevation and paying off the beam edge line on the cushion. mas
35、onry the beam membranes till the elevation of bottom slab prior to backfilling, the backfilling should satisfy the regulation, set the mould on the interior side of foundation brick membrane, the back cut elevation is equivalent to the bottom slab elevation, then pour the cushion concrete, compact a
36、nd polish. 導(dǎo)墻模板: 導(dǎo)墻模板面層采用 18 厚膠合板,外側(cè)用 50100木方作龍骨,外側(cè)加 2 根48 鋼管,間距 600,用 14 螺栓與鋼管連接。 guide mould: use the 18mm glued board as the surface, the 50100 mould as keel at the exterior side, add two48 steel, the space 600, connect the14 bolt with the steel.5.2.結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)及模板排架設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)及模板排架設(shè)計(jì) structural parameter and
37、 mould arrangement design 柱模板設(shè)計(jì),鯤池倒班公寓一層層高 3.96m,二至七層層高 3.6m,地下室層高 4.68m,柱斷面尺寸為 800800 及 600600,柱高以 3.6m-4.68m 計(jì),柱模采用雙鋼管做柱箍,柱箍500。 column mould design, the height of first floor is 3.96m, the height from second floor to seventh floor is 3.6m, the basement floor height is 4.68m, the column section si
38、ze is 800800 and 600600, the column height is calculated between 3.6m-4.68m; using double steel pipe hoop 500 as the column mould. 樓板排架模板 樓板板厚為 120mm,排架立桿間距為 1.0m,立桿步距為 1.80m,應(yīng)設(shè)立體剪刀撐。 floor slab bent frame mould: the thickness of floor slab is 120mm, the space between bent frame poling is 1.0m, the
39、pace is 1.80m, and three-dimensional bridging should be set.梁模板及支架設(shè)計(jì) 梁斷面尺寸:該工程副樓梁最大截面梁按 3001500 計(jì),梁底立桿橫向間距為 0.60m(梁底增加一根立桿) ,沿梁跨度方向間距為 0.60m,立桿步距為 1.80m。 主樓梁最大截面梁為 350900,梁底立桿橫向間距為 0.60m(梁底增加一根立桿) ,縱向沿跨度間距為 0.40m,立桿步距為 1.80m。小于等于 250x400 梁底可不設(shè)立桿,其他梁底均應(yīng)設(shè)立桿。beam mould and support design beam section s

42、design地下室外墻板,墻斷面為 3004680,計(jì)算高度為 4680,采用鋼模板,50100 木檁條200(豎向設(shè)置) ,采用 483.2 雙鋼管圍檁400(橫向布置) ,設(shè) 16 對(duì)拉片 7 道,豎向間距400mm,水平間距400。 underground exterior wall board, the wall section is 3004680, calculate height is 4680, use steel mould, 50100 wood purlin 200 (vertical set); use 483.2 double steel tube purlin 40
43、0 (horizontal set), set 7 lines of 16 pairs pulling-on pieces, the vertical space is 400mm, the horizontal space is 400mm.5.4.柱、梁節(jié)點(diǎn)模板設(shè)計(jì)柱、梁節(jié)點(diǎn)模板設(shè)計(jì) column, beam joint mould design梁柱接頭模板采用四塊用多層板制作帶梁豁的柱模組合而成。梁豁模板制作時(shí),緊靠梁豁周邊的模板背后加 50100 木方,木方必須雙面刨平直,在木方與多層板組成的平面上加一塊 50 寬多層板,多層板一邊必須與梁豁多層板內(nèi)側(cè)對(duì)齊,且與背楞木方固定牢固。梁豁以
44、下的柱模長(zhǎng)度不小于100。beam column joint mould is composed with beam and column mould made by 4 multi-layer boards. while fabricating, add 50100 wood at the backside of mould around the beam joint, the wood must be straight at both sides; add 50 multi-layer board on the surface composed by wood and multi-boar
45、d, align one side of the multi-layer board with the interior side of beam multi-layer board, and tightly fast with back wood. the length of column mould below the beam joint is no less than 100. 多層板模板、背楞模板是一個(gè)固定在一起的梁豁模板,一個(gè)梁柱接頭的四塊帶梁豁的模板采用公母扣模,用母扣模頂緊公扣模,這樣保證合模嚴(yán)實(shí)。在梁豁下,用柱箍(100100 刨平木方)將柱模四面抱死。 multi-laye
