1、榮進(jìn)船管 航海須知手冊 sd0720批注大副收據(jù)（mates receipt：m/r）的注意事項和例句（一） 批注大副收據(jù)的注意事項（1） 概念：大副收據(jù)是指某一票貨物裝上船后，由船上大副簽署托運(yùn)人的作為船方已收到該票貨物的憑證，托運(yùn)人可據(jù)此向承運(yùn)人或其代理人換取提單，又稱“收貨單”。（2） 大副收據(jù)的批注：1. 批注的原則：貨物裝船時，大副必須認(rèn)真核對貨物的實際情況是否與裝貨單上記載的情況相符合，本著實事求是的原則來確定是否需要加批注，既要維護(hù)本公司的利益和聲譽(yù)，又要避免給貨主添加不必要的麻煩。批注時要做到內(nèi)容具體、明確、數(shù)量確實，字跡清晰、容易辨認(rèn)。2. 有下列情況發(fā)生時，大副應(yīng)在收據(jù)上作

2、出明確的批注：1） 夜晚或惡劣天氣作業(yè)時；2） 貨物標(biāo)志（marks）混雜、標(biāo)志不一、無標(biāo)志等；3） 貨物包裝不固、不足、不牢等；4） 貨物殘損，如包裝破裂、補(bǔ)包、換包（袋）或貨物潮濕、結(jié)塊、融化、蒸發(fā)、污損、變質(zhì)等；5） 溢、短貨或貨物數(shù)量有爭議，或因發(fā)貨人原因來不及裝船而退關(guān)；6） 由于裝卸工人原因造成的貨損；7） 由于海水、淡水、油、雨雷、浪花、發(fā)汗等造成的濕污；8） 甲板貨應(yīng)注明由托運(yùn)人自負(fù)風(fēng)險；9） 散裝貨應(yīng)注明系根據(jù)發(fā)貨人重量，船方不負(fù)責(zé)重量上短少或注明裝船重量據(jù)稱為多少公噸；10） 易腐爛、變質(zhì)、液化、融化、枯萎等貨物應(yīng)予注明；11） 有蟲、鼠害的糧食作物；12） 死亡、受傷、生
