28、）段，包括電力綜合管線、井蓋監(jiān)控工程、通風(fēng)空調(diào)工程、隧道照明工程、現(xiàn)狀路、綠化、照明及路邊構(gòu)筑物拆除新做及管線保護(hù)工程。2.1.2主要工程量本工程設(shè)計(jì)起點(diǎn)與北環(huán)路東南側(cè)規(guī)劃5.2m豎井相接，沿南環(huán)路向西北方向延伸，設(shè)計(jì)終點(diǎn)與現(xiàn)況舊忠路西側(cè)現(xiàn)況電力埋管相接。電力管線位于南環(huán)路西側(cè)、南側(cè)紅線東側(cè)、北側(cè)1.5m處，干線新建12150+2100電力埋管及2.6x2.9m暗挖電力隧道780米， 2.2m×1.5m明開電纜隧道約185米，過街支線新建8150+2100。全線共5.2m埋管豎井2座、5.2m直線豎井4座，自然通風(fēng)口3處、機(jī)械通風(fēng)口3處、接地裝置2處，機(jī)械排水2處。2.1.3主要材料

29、（1）噴射砼強(qiáng)度等級(jí)c20，采用普通硅酸鹽水泥，標(biāo)號(hào)不小于425；噴射砼中摻加8%（重量比）fs-p型混凝土補(bǔ)償收縮防水劑，噴射砼中石子粒徑不大于16mm?，F(xiàn)澆混凝土強(qiáng)度等級(jí)為c30、c40，埋深10m時(shí)抗?jié)B等級(jí)p6、埋深10m時(shí)抗?jié)B等級(jí)p8。板墻結(jié)構(gòu)：迎水面保護(hù)層50mm，背水面保護(hù)層40mm。梁柱結(jié)構(gòu)：迎水面保護(hù)層50mm，背水面保護(hù)層45mm。墊層、人行步道混凝土強(qiáng)度等級(jí)為c15。（2）鋼筋受力筋為hrb335(20mnsi)，構(gòu)造筋為hpb235(a3)。（3）暗挖隧道防水層采用聚乙烯丙綸雙面復(fù)合防水卷材，規(guī)格要求不小于600g/m2.（4）砌體材料均為mu15頁巖磚，m10水泥砂漿。

30、（5）埋管材料為150cpvc管（壁厚6.0mm）、100cpvc管（壁厚6.0mm）、150m-pp拉管、100m-pp拉管。2.2、設(shè)計(jì)概況2.2.1淺埋暗挖法(1)隧道設(shè)計(jì)概況電力隧道設(shè)計(jì)原則a、電力隧道主體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)使用年限100年，結(jié)構(gòu)安全等級(jí)為二級(jí)，結(jié)構(gòu)抗震設(shè)防烈度為8度，防水等級(jí)為二級(jí)。b、電力埋管結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)使用年限50年，結(jié)構(gòu)安全等級(jí)為二級(jí)，結(jié)構(gòu)抗震設(shè)防烈度為8度，防水等級(jí)為三級(jí)。（2）、橫斷面設(shè)計(jì)電力隧道尺寸為2.6×2.9m，直墻、圓拱、厚平底板，凈寬2.6m，起拱線高2.25m，矢高0.65m，凈高2.9m，采用噴射砼+網(wǎng)構(gòu)鋼架+鋼筋網(wǎng)支護(hù)+現(xiàn)澆鋼筋砼，襯砌厚度為0

31、.25m，復(fù)合襯砌內(nèi)模注厚度0.25m，襯砌內(nèi)加鋼筋。二襯變形縫處初襯結(jié)構(gòu)相鄰的兩榀拱架外擴(kuò)50mm，初襯厚度不變，二襯結(jié)構(gòu)加厚至0.3m。 受力鋼筋采用20mnsi418，其間用12鋼筋冷壓成形的“8”字形加強(qiáng)筋焊接而成受力好的鋼架，拱架內(nèi)側(cè)、外側(cè)用20鋼筋連接，縱向連接筋間距1m，內(nèi)外錯(cuò)開布置，拱架內(nèi)外側(cè)附設(shè)6網(wǎng)片筋。為保證噴射混凝土支護(hù)與地層密貼，要及時(shí)進(jìn)行襯砌背后回填注漿。注漿孔分別布置在拱頂，兩側(cè)交錯(cuò)布置，且回填注漿管要背對(duì)開挖方向，錯(cuò)后掌子面5m步距跟進(jìn)。注漿管采用32鋼管，縱向步距2m。注漿壓力應(yīng)小于0.4mpa。背后回填注漿配合比：水泥、砂比1：1.5-1：1.3（重量比）水灰

32、比：1：1-1：1.1二襯形成后，在拱部采用高強(qiáng)無收縮水泥漿進(jìn)行初襯、二襯之間的回填注漿。每倉設(shè)置一個(gè)注漿孔及一個(gè)排氣孔。注漿壓力在0.1-0.3 mpa，注漿孔處應(yīng)局部增加一層防水層。(3)縱斷面設(shè)計(jì)新建明開電力溝道在所有管線以下，暗挖施工段埋深10.0-12.0m之間。2.2.2豎井設(shè)計(jì)井口設(shè)現(xiàn)澆鋼筋混凝土鎖口圈梁，在鎖口圈梁下采用“噴射混凝土+網(wǎng)構(gòu)鋼架+鋼筋網(wǎng)支護(hù)”+“防水膜”+“現(xiàn)澆鋼筋砼”，支護(hù)初襯厚度0.25m（0.30m），鋼架豎向間距0.6m，二襯厚度0.25m（0.30m），采用鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)形式。豎井初襯底板采用噴射混凝土，厚0.3m，再施做0.50m厚現(xiàn)澆鋼筋混凝土，鋼筋

33、與二襯側(cè)墻鋼筋連接。初襯受力鋼筋18，其間用12鋼筋冷壓成形的“8”字加強(qiáng)筋焊接而成受力好的鋼架。拱架內(nèi)側(cè)、外側(cè)用20鋼筋連接，縱向連接筋間距1m內(nèi)外錯(cuò)開布置，拱架內(nèi)外側(cè)附設(shè)6網(wǎng)片筋。豎井環(huán)向錨桿，豎直方向兩榀一打，上下錯(cuò)開，角度1520度，錨桿直徑32，長2.5m，水平間距1m。通過錨桿向地層壓注改性水玻璃，加固地層，要求固砂體單軸抗壓強(qiáng)度達(dá)到0.30.5mpa。2.2.3豎井平臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)最上層平臺(tái)距蓋板底約2.5m；中間段每4.0m設(shè)置一道；最下層平臺(tái)距井室內(nèi)底3.5m。5.2m豎井采用鋼結(jié)構(gòu)形式。2.2.4防水設(shè)計(jì)在噴射混凝土摻加fs-p型混凝土補(bǔ)償收縮防水劑，摻加量為水泥用量的8%（重量比

34、）。先對(duì)初襯結(jié)構(gòu)主體進(jìn)行合格驗(yàn)收，其次對(duì)其結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行堵漏防水，且在無水條件下做聚乙烯丙綸防水卷材，最后需對(duì)已做防水層進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)，合格后方可進(jìn)行下道工序。沉降縫處、接地極處，須在原柔性防水卷材基礎(chǔ)上，局部附加一層補(bǔ)強(qiáng)。二層模筑混凝土抗?jié)B要求達(dá)到p6，且在二襯綁扎鋼筋時(shí)需要對(duì)其已做防水層加以保護(hù)。所使用的防水卷材應(yīng)滿足如下要求： a、一次復(fù)合成型工藝生產(chǎn)； b、復(fù)合強(qiáng)度不小于1.2n/mm； c、片材粘接剝離強(qiáng)度不小于1.5n/mm；（標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試驗(yàn)條件）。2.2.5變形縫設(shè)計(jì)初襯結(jié)構(gòu)：豎井出口2-3m處設(shè)置變形縫，新舊溝相接處均應(yīng)設(shè)置變形縫。二襯結(jié)構(gòu)：不大于30m設(shè)置一道變形縫；并且初襯結(jié)構(gòu)變形縫處二襯結(jié)

35、構(gòu)也要在此設(shè)置變形縫。二襯變形縫內(nèi)設(shè)置中埋式止水帶，其變形縫的其它做法同一襯。二襯變形縫處需增大兩榀初襯拱架，以二襯變形縫為中心，前后設(shè)置。在變形縫處應(yīng)先用30m聚苯板作分界板，待隧道兩側(cè)噴射混凝土及防水層做好后，先將縫中聚苯板剔成寬30mm，深65mm的縫，然后用聚合物水泥砂漿嵌縫深30mm，在聚合物水泥砂漿干硬后，在縫中嵌雙組份聚硫橡膠。注意在縫底，聚合物水泥砂漿頂面上粘貼牛皮紙，以起到隔離作用。初襯結(jié)構(gòu)在施作完變形縫后用焦油聚氨酯及滌綸布就地制作止水帶。2.2.6明開隧道設(shè)計(jì)要求：明開電纜隧道施工開槽后，須由建設(shè)單位、勘察單位、監(jiān)理單位、設(shè)計(jì)單位、運(yùn)行單位等進(jìn)行驗(yàn)槽，驗(yàn)收合格后方能進(jìn)行下

36、道工序。2.2.7排管橫斷面設(shè)計(jì) 8150+2100熱浸塑鋼管單層排列，高為0.600m，寬為2.120m。 12150+2100熱浸塑鋼雙層排列，高為0.680m，寬為1.900m。2.2.8排管縱斷面設(shè)計(jì)埋管與大部分管線垂直交叉，高程按規(guī)劃控制高程設(shè)計(jì)。電力埋管與市政管線有矛盾時(shí)，可根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)市政管線的埋設(shè)進(jìn)行適當(dāng)調(diào)整。2.2.9接地設(shè)計(jì)每個(gè)井室均設(shè)置接地裝置，接地極采用鍍鋅角鋼，在井室外打設(shè)，其它接地電阻不得大于10。2.2.10通風(fēng)設(shè)計(jì)（1）通風(fēng)口應(yīng)設(shè)置在樹池、綠化帶或中央隔離帶中。（2）通風(fēng)口處地面部分應(yīng)考慮與周圍環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)一致。2.2.11排水設(shè)計(jì)2.6×2.9m暗挖隧道采用

37、機(jī)械排水設(shè)計(jì)。2.2.12照明設(shè)計(jì)設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容a.照度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)隧道及豎井內(nèi)底平均照度20lx；最小照度10lx。b.照明供電新建電力隧道內(nèi)電源采用三相五線制供電；電源由各井處箱變引接，引入線采用zr-yjy22-1kv-4*50+1*25mm²電纜。引入線直埋敷設(shè)，過硬化路面和穿越結(jié)構(gòu)墻時(shí)，穿鋼管g80敷設(shè)。照明電源箱內(nèi)共設(shè)六個(gè)照明之路，支路開關(guān)選用帶漏電保護(hù)器開關(guān)，漏電保護(hù)動(dòng)作電流為30ma。每一支路分別采用zr-yjy-1kv-3*4mm²電纜供電，利用槽盒沿隧道明敷設(shè)在首層電纜支架上。照明線路電壓380v/220v，燈頭耐受電壓240v。所有燈具均帶接地線。c.照明控制及燈具

38、布置照明采用分段控制，兩地雙向手控。控制開關(guān)安裝在豎井隧道入口處1.5米左右電纜支架外側(cè)，盡量靠近人孔或樓梯。燈具在隧道頂部明裝，間隔6米。燈具安裝線纜穿pvc管固定在隧道頂部。pvc管在隧道頂板上安裝采用尼龍漲塞固定，pvc管與燈具引出線銜接采用圓三疃盒。燈具引出線出口加裝防水密封接口，加裝金屬軟管，三疃盒加裝密封接口。在隧道中設(shè)置應(yīng)急疏散照明裝置，在隧道內(nèi)設(shè)置反光應(yīng)急疏散指示牌，間隔20米，并在隧道出口設(shè)置反光應(yīng)急安全出口指示牌。d.照明燈具、控制開關(guān)選擇燈具選用led節(jié)能燈光源，防潮等級(jí)不低于1p65，防腐等級(jí)不低于wf2，防爆等級(jí)為1區(qū)，光源壽命不低于10萬小時(shí)，適用于危險(xiǎn)場(chǎng)所。控制開

39、關(guān)選用防潮等級(jí)不低于1p65，防腐等級(jí)不低于wf1，防爆等級(jí)為1區(qū)。安全保護(hù)各配電箱設(shè)專用接地線，配電箱采用防潮、防爆、防腐箱體，防潮等級(jí)不低于1p65，防腐等級(jí)不低于wf2，防爆等級(jí)為1區(qū)防爆電力隧道內(nèi)所有燈具、控制開關(guān)、金屬槽盒等均可靠接地。2.2.13電纜支架設(shè)計(jì)本工程電力隧道內(nèi)電纜縱向間距為1m，水平方向安裝誤差±100mm，垂直方向安裝誤差±5mm，電纜支架應(yīng)垂直隧道底板安裝，且距變形縫距離大于20mm.2.3、工程地質(zhì)和水文地質(zhì)3.1參考南海子郊野公園北環(huán)路電力管線工程巖土工程勘察報(bào)告，第一層水地下水為上層滯水，其水位埋深約3.6m，地下水位標(biāo)高為26.22m；

40、第二層為地下水水類型為潛水，地下水水位埋深為12.7m15.6m，地下水水位標(biāo)高17.04m19.22m。根據(jù)地勘報(bào)告，本工程電力隧道主要穿越粉細(xì)沙層，覆土為7.0m，不考慮地下水影響。3.2工程地質(zhì)及地形北京市處于華北臺(tái)地北緣，市區(qū)西、北及東北三面環(huán)山，東南為廣闊的河北平原，第四紀(jì)以來受構(gòu)造運(yùn)動(dòng)的影響，山區(qū)部分不斷抬升，平原不斷下降，并接受巨厚的河流相沉積物，自西北部的山前地帶向東南部平原區(qū)河流相沉積物逐漸增厚。地貌單元由沖洪積扇過度為沖積平原，地層巖性由以卵石類土、砂類土為主漸變?yōu)橐苑弁?、粘性土為主的交互地層。第一層為人工堆積地層，含房渣土層、粘質(zhì)粉土填土層，第二層為新近沉積層，含粘質(zhì)粉土

41、砂質(zhì)粉涂層、細(xì)砂中砂層、卵石圓礫層、中砂粗砂層、粘質(zhì)粉土粉質(zhì)粘土層，第三層為一般第四紀(jì)沉積層，含粉質(zhì)粘土粘質(zhì)粉土層、粉細(xì)砂層、中粉質(zhì)粘土層。3.3工程地質(zhì)及水文地質(zhì)對(duì)工程的影響評(píng)價(jià)工程地質(zhì)對(duì)工程的影響評(píng)價(jià)本工程擬建電力隧道沿線圍巖類別多為類，自穩(wěn)能力較差，施工前應(yīng)加強(qiáng)超前探測(cè)，施工過程中應(yīng)加強(qiáng)超前支護(hù)質(zhì)量控制。水文地質(zhì)對(duì)工程的影響和評(píng)價(jià)根據(jù)水位勘察報(bào)告本隧道目前施工可不考慮地下水位影響，但不排除局部有上層滯水分布的可能，局部滯水客采用明排加自滲措施。2.4、工程重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)及對(duì)策4.1 處理好地面降水后地層中的殘余水，達(dá)到無水施工條件，是本工程的難點(diǎn)。難點(diǎn)分析：由于地面條件限制，地面降水局部容易

42、形成降水盲區(qū)，上層滯水不易通過地面降水完全疏干；地面下有雨、污水地下管線，滲漏水容易使硬塑粘土成飽和土，且管線滲漏具有不確定性，是引起局部坍塌與管線斷裂的潛在因素。主要對(duì)策：對(duì)于管線滲漏水，應(yīng)引起足夠重視，開工前對(duì)管線進(jìn)行詳細(xì)調(diào)查，摸清管線滲漏情況及使用情況。在施工中隨時(shí)觀察掌子面情況，發(fā)現(xiàn)含水量變化異常時(shí)立即采取措施；對(duì)于拱部上層滯水與管線滲漏水，采用堵水的方法，根據(jù)地質(zhì)情況，選擇適宜注漿漿液，進(jìn)行注漿堵水并加固地層；隧道拱部潛水采用堵排結(jié)合的方式治水，先在洞內(nèi)打水平鋼管將水排出抽至洞外，剩余少量殘余水，輔以掌子面注漿止水措施；當(dāng)上述措施效果達(dá)不到安全施工要求時(shí)，擬增設(shè)洞內(nèi)輕型井點(diǎn)真空降水措

43、施。 4.2周邊環(huán)境復(fù)雜，施工制約因素多。難點(diǎn)分析：本工程需穿越市政道路，道路中有許多管線，應(yīng)該采取措施避免地面沉降，以免造成地面上建筑的塌陷、開裂及地下管線的拉斷、拉裂。主要對(duì)策：必須對(duì)地面、地上、地下的所有設(shè)施進(jìn)行綜合分析，結(jié)合具體要求，制定保護(hù)措施和保護(hù)方案，實(shí)現(xiàn)三維控制。根據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)重要程度確定監(jiān)測(cè)報(bào)警值，以監(jiān)控量測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)分析反饋?zhàn)鳛橐罁?jù)基礎(chǔ)。為保護(hù)對(duì)周圍環(huán)境的變形控制，施工中處理好工序銜接，嚴(yán)格按批準(zhǔn)的施工作業(yè)程序施工，嚴(yán)格遵守管超前、嚴(yán)注漿、短開挖、強(qiáng)支護(hù)、快封閉、勤量測(cè)的原則；同時(shí)，控制好每層開挖步距，盡量縮短暴露時(shí)間。當(dāng)通過監(jiān)測(cè)，變形接近警戒值時(shí)，采取補(bǔ)償跟蹤注漿或注漿加固等措施確保

44、周邊環(huán)境的安全穩(wěn)定。具體監(jiān)測(cè)方案見施工測(cè)量及監(jiān)測(cè)章節(jié)的具體內(nèi)容。第三章 施工目標(biāo)及部署3.1總體部署3.1.1施工部署總體思想本工程以對(duì)業(yè)主的各項(xiàng)承諾為施工部署的目標(biāo)，積極響應(yīng)業(yè)主關(guān)于合同工期、質(zhì)量、安全、綠色施工、環(huán)保的要求，充分運(yùn)用網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)，分析重點(diǎn)難點(diǎn)，合理劃分施工區(qū)段，合理安排交叉項(xiàng)目的施工。按照“重點(diǎn)部分攻堅(jiān)”和“整體工程協(xié)調(diào)一致”的原則，合理安排頂管施工隊(duì)和結(jié)構(gòu)施工隊(duì)的進(jìn)度計(jì)劃，并保持各小隊(duì)的協(xié)調(diào)與銜接，確保施工的連續(xù)性，全線施工進(jìn)度的總體一致性。嚴(yán)格按照建筑工程項(xiàng)目管理規(guī)范進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目法施工管理，按照gb/t 19001-2008 質(zhì)量管理體系標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行工程質(zhì)量管理和控制，按照gb/t

45、 28001-2011職業(yè)健康和安全管理體系實(shí)施職業(yè)健康與安全生產(chǎn)方面的管理和控制，按照gb/t 24001-2004環(huán)境管理體系標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、北京市工程建設(shè)管理?xiàng)l例進(jìn)行生活區(qū)和施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的環(huán)保管理和污染預(yù)防，以及綠色施工的管理。3.1.2布置原則施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)布置原則為：在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)業(yè)主指定位置處布置臨設(shè)，利于交通方便、材料運(yùn)輸；通過現(xiàn)有供電系統(tǒng)，解決工程用電問題。生活、施工臨時(shí)設(shè)施建設(shè)根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際情況而定，以滿足施工需求。開工前，施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)做到四通一平，施工、生活臨時(shí)設(shè)施將于進(jìn)場(chǎng)后5天內(nèi)建成完善。3.1.3施工臨時(shí)用水及用電（1）臨時(shí)用水：根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)情況調(diào)查，計(jì)劃利用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)臨時(shí)水源供水，另需租用2臺(tái)水車備用，以滿足施

46、工用水。（2）臨時(shí)用電：根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)查情況，本工程的臨時(shí)用電由業(yè)主負(fù)責(zé)，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)立5臺(tái)315kva變壓器，暗挖段施工用電就近接入，明開段施工用電變壓器設(shè)于沿線中部，在變壓器處引出電源安裝二、三級(jí)配電閘箱，以保證施工、生活區(qū)用電。3.1.4、臨設(shè)布置臨時(shí)設(shè)施建在施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，占地300平方米。建設(shè)職工宿舍8間（5米×3米），辦公室2間（5米×3米），庫房2間，食堂2間，資料室1間。公共廁所2間（男女各1間）。建15米×10米材料堆放場(chǎng)3.2、施工管理目標(biāo)3.2.1、工程進(jìn)度目標(biāo)（1）計(jì)劃工期：2013年 11月20日開工，2014年 7月15日竣工，工期 237日歷天。3.

47、2.2、工程質(zhì)量目標(biāo)本工程質(zhì)量目標(biāo)：達(dá)到北京市工程質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的合格等級(jí)，符合工程設(shè)計(jì)文件和有關(guān)技術(shù)規(guī)范要求，貫徹執(zhí)行質(zhì)量終身制，確保工程質(zhì)量。3.2.3、安全綠色施工目標(biāo)杜絕重傷以上事故；杜絕重大交通、火災(zāi)事故；嚴(yán)格按照北京市建設(shè)委員會(huì)印發(fā)的關(guān)于轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)（建設(shè)工程安全防護(hù)、綠色施工措施費(fèi)用使用管理規(guī)定）的通知（京建施2005802號(hào)）及京造定20094號(hào)文件規(guī)定，結(jié)合工程特點(diǎn)，制定相應(yīng)的安全防護(hù)、綠色施工措施。實(shí)施環(huán)保施工、綠色施工，嚴(yán)格控制環(huán)境因素，確保施工噪音、粉塵不超過國家及北京市規(guī)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；廢氣、廢水（液）、廢棄物按行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)處理。3.2.4、協(xié)調(diào)目標(biāo) 做好內(nèi)外關(guān)系協(xié)調(diào)，結(jié)合工程情況充分發(fā)揮
